There are a lot of individuals, groups, news outlets and organisations that owe you an apology, in my view.

Too true. They made Graham a scapegoat to prove their ideological purity without even having to make an effort and didn't care about the consequences to Graham or to the children they were letting down so badly.

You've been proved right, I suspect that will be the only comfort you can draw from all this, don't expect the cowards and zealots who went along with this to offer any apologies, it's not in their nature nor do they have the self-reflection or concern for children that might mean they would.

If they were to apologise it would have to be squeezed out of them. It would be amusing to watch all the squirming that would take place first.

I also suspect that many of those who have denigrated and demonized Graham and others will claim that they were hoodwinked by Stonewall et al. : They couldn't possibly have known what was really happening, their compassion was used against them, their trust was betrayed, they are victims as well, yadda, yadda, yadda...

An apology? They should crawl in the dirt FFS. If they had done their job right in the first place instead of looking for YOUR scalp maybe a lot of children would have been saved and you wouldn’t have had to suffer so much all these years.

Good point. Those who won't accept the truth, or cover it up, are complicit in the harm to children. They should be exposed for that and have their noses rubbed in it.

Absolutely. What reinforced the hand of Stonewall etc was that it wasn't JUST gobshites like Owen Jones who backed them but mainstream organisations like the BBC who are expected to report things fairly. As a result of many complaints there was an internal BBC investigation some time ago into its alledged unfair treatment of Israel and they finally admitted there was a problem and they took some steps to try and be fairer - not enough, but some. Similarly after they misread the English national mood on Brexit they admitted that they hadn't fairly reported on migration issues or the EU etc despite many complaints over the years.

The Trans/Stonewall scandal has its roots in the same BBC problem - a metropolitan elitist, liberal left view of the world. This is compounded by a BBC need to ignore or do-down those seen as backward, racist, homophobic, Islamophobic (a term invented by the Muslim Brotherhood to suppress Muslim dissenters and feminists ) or Transphobic.

The SAME BBC mindset is seen in Sarah Smith's NewsNight interview with our Graham. She didn't just want to interview and challenge him about his views. She wanted to destroy him, expose him as a bigot and get a 'scalp'.

Sarah Smith is Labour Party royalty. Her father was the highly respected John Smith, the Labour Party leader whose sudden death led to the rise of Tony Blair. The fact that someone with her background and experience should fall for the Stonewall/Trans crap shows how far the rot in journalism went

The rot in journalism is certainly very pervasive, but why don't they show any intelligence at all? Thanks for the information she's John Smith's daughter. Not that I'd heard of her before today. I avoid the BBC like the plague.

I remember her from Channel 4 News years ago I think. There was a lot of coverage when John Smith died as he was so highly regarded and I recall his three daughters looking terribly sad etc. They would have been in their late teens and early 20s. Unfortunately Sarah Smith, to judge from her interview with Graham, didn't inherit her parents' empathy and emotional intelligence. By the way, since I was a child I've been a news junky, especially for British news, so that's why I'm familiar with these journalists etc.

That ‘interview’ on Newsnight, was a disgrace. Cringeworthy and biased, sadly expected from the BBC.

A grovelling apology at the very least … when the flying pig has landed, of course!

Expand full comment

Yes they do and we will watch to see that the apology is forthcoming.

They do. As do other celebs who turned their back on you adn hold your musical to ransom.

How you kept so calm is an achievement in itself. Well done.

You won’t get an apology from Sarah Smith. During the 2014 Scottish Independence Referendum campaign she was a conniving unionist liar as many from the BBC were and still are. She spread misinformation to the public and was disingenuous in the extreme. She is an establishment tool and if the BBC are in thrall to Stonewall ideology she’ll make sure her anti-women, homophobic, child abusing credentials are seen and heard. Good luck with that one!!

Graham did extremely well against Sarah Smith. Such an arsehole.

Quite amused when she moved to the US because she claimed Scottish politics was 'toxic, all the while ignoring her part in making it so. Good riddance.

Toxicity attracts the toxic. She just can't face the fact that she's the toxic one.

'Unionist' or 'nationalist', Scottish politics and associated media is corrupt, incompetent and engrained with networks of family connections.

Don't expect an apology or justice - instead keep holding your head up high.

Expand full comment

Nah nows the time to demand one imho - yep head high .... whether you get an apology or 'faux apology' the general public will see what weasels they truly are ..... and so will Hat Trick!

Could you get back on as the Most Observant Man on the internet?

Expand full comment

Lol yeah!

Expand full comment

Yes, they do. Appalling interview.

Seriously, you need a right to reply. They villified your 'conduct' to deflect from the points you were making. The Tavistock was experimenting on children and you should be given a chance to address the attacks on your character by their programme and the rightness of your argument. The point about Nazis was about clearly about medical experiments on vulnerable people to prove an ideological theory - its a valid point that they deflected from cause no one likes to think they're behaving like a Nazi. But the lockstep approach of trans and Nazism is apparent to anyone not blind, deaf and dumb.

If you’ve revealed hostility in the BBC (etc) towards anyone who raises concerns about ‘trans issues’, then that’s their in-house problem to sort not yours. You did a good job. 👏👏👏

You took a hit, but it has since been proved that your concerns were well-founded.

You were the grown-up in the room.

Now for other Corporates, Universities, Police, Politicians & NHS? Not far to go! 🤣✊

I saw a Twitter ad today, from the Home Office LGBTQUncleTomCobbleyandall, advertising. Stonewall still gripping them by the balls. The rot lies deep.

They've stopped paying Stonewall and taken the whole sick philosophy in-house.

I propose the format for this apology is an award ceremony in which you hand over the trophy for "most hated man on the Internet" to Owen Jones.

Don't hold your breath, Graham - this is the BBC after all. The media in general owe you an apology too.

Is it too late to file a complaint?

I wanted to report to you on my presentation. It went so well! I was amazed and surprised. I didn't get the kind of reception I expected; I anticipated silence and/or criticism. But the people listening were very receptive, including a transwomsn who had a lot of interesting and enlightening stuff to add in the discussion afterwards. Some didn't say much, but the response from most was constructive, positive and honest. I'm so pleased 🙂

So pleased Radhwa - care to share the context? Understand your need for privacy tho .... respect and well done you! 🙂 xx

I can't disclose too much, but I'm a psychotherapist and like many in the profession, I'm concerned about the legal changes some groups are pushing for. If this went ahead, it would effectively prevent therapists from doing their job. They would be required by law to adopt a clinically unethical stance, or potentially risk prosecution. Our role in any context is to be exploratory not affirming. The latter is not therapy.

Thanks for your response - I totally affirm your approach! So important.

Phew! Such good news, what a relief and thank you :-). It sounds like you have fairly sensible colleagues.

In terms of colleagues I largely do, but I didn't know most of the people present, so I wasn't sure how I'd be received.

Even braver! I hope the word spreads.

I feel more optimistic than I did
