As a journalist, I’m mostly ashamed of my media colleagues these days. Morris’ slurs were egregiously factually wrong. But it’s de rigeur on too many newspapers etc to not care that they published lies when it comes to genderwoo.
One bright spot in the anti-women desert of Australian media is the The Australian newspaper is now running more factual pieces exposing genderwoo.
The egregious treatment of Helen Joyce and the lies about WN NI were a disgraceful abuse. ,the Belfast Telegraph is a hotbed of activists and hacks and their ignorant twits of " bosses". SHAME ON YOU ALL, but the fact that a stupid hack of a woman was to blame is the worst if it. She us a disgrace to her sex and the safety of children and truth. That's my honest opinion
It's very obvious to me that in the discussion with Helen Joyce she was caught short by speaking to a woman who actually understood the issue. She panicked, started lying about her reflexively and is now caught in a trap of her own making

They made an argument against a "straw woman", by constructing her as "right-wing", "heavily funded", and "misogynist" - which is what they are. It's a remarkable sleight of hand.
This made me smile so much this morning. Nothing can stand in the way of truth in the long run, but I cannot imagine how exhausting it is to be in your positions having to argue with a cult. Thank you for being the best sort of man and standing up for truth with integrity.

There's no surprise they didn't allow the right to reply nor correct their false claims because they know their arguments and statements unravel in a second. It is indeed a mystery why someone would be baffled by the concept of men using a trans identity deliberately to gain access to women. I'm scratching my heads. The cult turns nasty when faced with good and honest argument. ' heavily funded' ' allied with misogynists'... my (English) WRN group has zero money and operates purely on volunteers' commitment to defend women s right to self organise and have some space free from men.
Morris’s best moment was when she started listing the various lengths predatory men will go to in order to access victims. It hadn’t occurred to her buying a wig and a lipstick was a fairly effortless option they might enjoy taking.
I find it astonishing that Morris, a woman, a journalist, which implies a degree of good education, not only turns her back on facts but even turns against her own sex.
