I am happy to provide a witness statement on what I feel activists such as herb man have done to public discourse, women's rights and in my personal life over many years now. He has brought this on himself by his relentless attacks on individuals and entire categories of people on social media. I will not be silenced by him, or any other activist and those of us that can have a duty to speak up in support of all those silenced, intimidated and coerced. I find it hard to believe such coercive men can claim this constant state of imagined oppression, but that seems a feature of 'trans activism'.
I have not been incited, I am aware and able to speak for myself. I will also not stand to be viciously slandered and accused by men such as this who have waged a very public and lengthy campaign, all very visible on social media and within institutions I rely upon, against anyone who holds any opinion he doesn't control or agree with. It astonishes me that the police and legal system have allowed him to have free rein for so long with case after case and still he continues. Herb man has attacked my sex, my safety, my beliefs, and anyone daring to stand up for them. Knowing he is busily working away ready to fire off vexatious litigation at any point to the next person who voices their reasonable and legally protected opinion creates more than a chilling effect. I owe a great thanks to all those who've had to take or defend cases in the last few years, to uphold the rights this man seems determined to challenge and remove from me.

I’m squishy Petal, is what I am. I’m in my 40s so I don’t suffer with the terrible paranoias of a girl in her teens or twenties. I must say though, I prefer being a bit lighter. It’s easier to do my yoga poses if I’m carrying less extra flesh.

I don’t differentiate. I don’t care if Paisley himself is a predator in the sense of someone who physically attacks women or children. The point is that he is engaged in a psychological terror campaign which ultimately enables these creatures to commit their assaults and therefore his actions may be even more destructive in their consequences than the actions of any one actual physical predator.
Furthermore, given the vast backing that this malevolent project has been given from the start, Paisley will have no problem with finding “enablers” for his own financial offensives.
As is customary with these psychopaths (I have a problem with the pallid “sociopath” label), Paisley has a brute cunning for the slimiest channels that provide the most convenient pathways to his squalid bullying. On the legal level, Paisley is as much of an abuser and a thug as any paedophile rapist.
Can he not be classed as a vexatious litigant as he has sued so many other people? Where any of those cases found in his favour? I have been supporting Kelly Jay but I can find a few more £s to put your way.
He can be, but being declared a vexatious litigant just puts extra procedural hurdles in place, I don’t believe it completely prevents him filing a new complaint. Don’t know if he has been so declared.
