It was hushed up and he continue to abuse young girls in the congregation. Twenty years later she got justice and he’s now thankfully in jail. Jehovah’s Witness elders were told to contact headquarters instead of the police when abuse was reported. This is rife among the Jehovah’s Witness religion. Also, as a child I went to a convention where a Jehovah’s Witness leader (Tom Maltby) stated that it was perfectly righteous to be homophobic, as they were “Sodomites” and deserving of death. Forgive me for being a bit miffed about her claims that they aren’t homophobic or misogynistic. This is my last comment on this, I don’t want to argue with her!
