The Spanish situation is very interesting indeed, with opposition to gender ideology coming from within the coalition government of two left-wing parties. Owen Jones et al - previously very vocally supportive of the Spanish government - have suddenly stopped noticing what's happening in Spanish politics.
It's almost as if people - irrespective of their political beliefs - don't want more sex crimes & paedophilia. Who could have guessed? (Apart from Nicola Sturgeon)

By the way, Hadley Freeman wrote a column in today's Times (she starts on a regular basis in January) and the comments were great. Most of them came from people who'd left the Guardian, often after many years, for obvious reasons, and welcomed her to her new home.
Was that before when they had their little problem with bullying, not we're not, yes you are, or more recently? Hadley seems the latest in quite a line (of mainly women) forced out. I know they got external 'support' in for that before. So many organisations seem to be so utterly rotten, then they think they can get external contractors in to 'help' them. Then rinse and repeat. While petulant ring leader Little Owen is still there their problems will remain.
