I had a look at the Alan Turing Institute's recruitment monitoring. Yes, it's as bad as you'd expect:|

It all goes against the Maya ruling!

I spoke to an academic who has read some of the Alan Turing Institute output recently. Many signs of capture. Very disappointing .

The Turing Institute poster ratchets irony up into stratospheric levels.

I'm sure Alan Turing, wherever he is now, is not pleased with a homophobic namesake institute implicitly supporting the use of Lupron -- implicitly supporting the removal of sex drive by pharmaceutical.

Gawd, they have neither ears to hear, nor eyes to see.

Also, re. "They are using the facilities they feel safe in. Please do not take that right away from them."

Women are using the 'facilities' they rightfully belong in. it's not a deluded choice.

So, what do we have here? it's a 'right' for men to feel safe but not women.

Why don't we have posters demanding our safety?

The wording in that notice made my blood boil ... "protect *them* from harm" ! They do not have a right to use women's facilities. How fucking dare they! I've sent my complaint.

I love your reaction!

It’s Gaslighting. Plain and simple. Disgusting and dangerous.

Have written to the Alan Turing institute to ask them what they might do to make me - a woman that was assaulted by two men in a unisex toilet cubicle - feel comfortable. I’ll post the predictably vapid response should I get one 🙄

How horrifying for you! This must make you so angry. I feel for you. Some days, I can hardly believe what's going on, but I can't imagine what it must be for you.

That’s really sweet of you - thank you - but it was a long time ago in a different country and pleased to say that I attach little emotion to it now; only a lesson in what can result from the absence of safeguarding and the resolve that I will do whatever I can to stand in the way of this happening to other women and girls.

Friends - who do not know of this incident - don’t understand why I am so passionate about the subject of single sex spaces, as it is not a story I would casually share (really puts a downer on the mood I find!). But every time I walk into an apparently empty public toilet I cannot help but feel anxious about who might be waiting behind a partially closed cubicle door. This fear is not peculiar to me I realise…it is the lot of most women to experience anxiety when she might be isolated with unknown men, regardless of her past experiences.

However now…now that the bastards have thrown the doors wide open, EVERY woman and girl needs for their own well-being to feel apprehensive and guarded. Too sad and more so because even if I do tell my story to the true idealogues they view me as collateral damage in pursuance of the greater good, and that is something I do not again want to hear :)

Omg, the man pretending to be female gymnast! The obvious inept pretense and its subsequent adulation is now almost not funny because the parody has gone up in smoke. Still, had a belly laugh though, in spite of my critical self.

That Stephen Daisley Spectator essay is excellent. He predicts a point (soon) where most people tire of the bullying and misogyny and decide it's time to get off the fence. He sounds like he knows what he's talking about and I really, really hope he's right.

Advice to editors: Yer gonna need some sort of healing cream for all those bitten arses. Haha, love the expression 'bite you in the arse'. We don't have it here in Canada.

We do in the U.S.! It's called biting someone in the ass.

"The Girlfriend Who Didn't Exist" exposes the pure, manipulative narcissism of Ronaiah Tuiasosopo, who now excuses it all because he is "trans." He has "forgiven myself" and "I feel better about it all." His victim, a genuinely decent young man named Manti Teo, was unable to recover from the deliberate sabotage of his promising athletic career. The first half is a slow burn, the second half is damning.

Well, I’ve written to the BBC and the Turing Gaslighters today. Its such a small thing, but if we all do it, then surely it will make a difference in the end. Thank you again Graham for all you work. By the way…I don’t care how long anyone has been in this war. We need as many people to speak out as possible. I’m sick of people on ‘our side’ (feminists I think) criticising their fellow soldiers like you and Matt Walsh. I may not agree with anyone on everything, but if we are all on the side of women and children’s safety, why the hell are we nit-picking each other. Sorry…random rant there, but it’s been bothering me! 🤣

Going to have to Snailmail my Newsnight complaint, as the BBC complaints form only allows 2000 characters dammit!

Totally agree with you there👍👏

Will it take the death of a child, who "identifies" as opposite sex because she's being physically/sexually abused by someone in the home and the dangerous situation is never brought out--"affirmation" is the sole approach? I was a mandated reporter/early childhood teacher in the States for 25 years. Cross-sex ideation can be the escape, expressed by the child who's suffering abuse at the hands of some adult. Suddenly the safeguarding and mandated reporting are thrown out the window.

They don’t seem to care about death these days. The poison shots are still being offered regardless of what we now know. So why would this be any different?

Any ‘moderate’ feminists here who want to be “forgiven for their misconceptions and ignorance”? James Morton, 'period czar,' is magnanimously extending a peace offering. You know -- the MAN who's never had, or never will have a period? The MAN appointed know-it-all on women's fertility cycles. Hey, he's willing to forgive your ignorance ladies.

"Trans kids" reminds me of terms such as " catholic children or muslim children , they have not decided anything for themselves as small people.

Picking 18 as a cut off point is slightly arbitrary ,but it does assume a certain level of understanding and choice which society can live with.

Moral dilemma. I've been gifted tickets to see John Cooper Clark but on closer inspection I find the repulsive Stewart Lee is a support act. Should I get pissed & heckle???

Hahah, yes, do it! So disappointed in Stewart Lee. Went to see him 3 times before I realised what a pusillanimous prick he actually is, so obviously won’t pay to see him again. Please heckle him for me!

Amazing how much cognitive dissonance there is now in society. If these people ever come to their senses the mental health crisis that ensues will be huge ,as they realise how much they were lied to by rogues and charlatans!
