I think it is a shame Posie gets grief, some people might not like her style but all "wars" need people at the front who are fighting in direct combat, as well as strategists back at base and Posie is a fighter. Whilst she didnt invent the dictionary definition, it is thanks to her that "woman: adult human female" is the defining slogan, she is the one flying to the US trying to peak them, to help us. I wish she had been at the infamous ladies lunch. She deserves a place at that table. She is fantastic.

I wasn't a fan at first, as she is very on the nose. However as trans activism has got ever dafter,, she's remained a constant and now I usually find her hilarious. The woman who will always be there shouting at the emperor that he's got no clothes on. As demonstrated very bluntly this year with Lia Thomas, where she was bellowing "he's a man" at poolside rather than wasting time on the twattersphere.

She did an interview with Tuckers Carlson. Do you know where the interview is? I can’t find it anywhere. I really love her not giving a shit what the activists think style. I think it’s time we all confronted these activists like she does. If we don’t more children will be harmed.

I haven't watched it myself, not sure if I will. I doubt Kellie will say anything new for a UK audience, and Tucker is a bit... well what can anyone say after the testicle tanning episode?

She is really really important and as I always say, reaches so many people that noone else would. She is one very important wing of the overall fight in the UK together with Julia and Venice. Who could replace what she does - dont think anyone?

Yes, I agree. I think Kellie-Jay is a Class Act and I totally admire her courage. She is totally fearless - and as she has previously explained, she has never courted the press, they come to her. It is always wonderful to see her so easily out-debate anybody on this whole trans malarkey woo-woo nonsense!

Amen to that. I've often argued that Posie deserves Time's award of "Person of the Year" - if not of the decade - for her campaign emblazoning the definition for "woman" - "adult human female" - on buildings and billboards all across the UK:

https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-45650462

Another "shot heard round the world" 🙂. The modern-day equivalent of "mene, mene, tekel, upharsin" - the writing on the wall in many more ways than one:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belshazzar%27s_feast

For one thing, she more or less set the stage for Starmer and Company getting hoist by their own petards - couldn't happen to a nicer bunch - with their idiotic claims that some women have penises.

However, she kind of left hanging out in the cold the question of exactly how we should be defining the word "female". Something of a "pregnant question" - so to speak, fraught with contentious claims and problematic consequences. Particularly as too many transloonie nutcases and their "useful idiots" are desperate to redefine "female" as a gender - as with Wikipedia's own quite risible claim, in their article on transwoman and Olympian Laurel Hubbard, that "she" had "transitioned to female". But to a female what?

ICYMI, my tale of woe about being "deplatformed" there for objecting to that particular pile of odious claptrap:

Great update….but I want to comment on the transgender person breastfeeding thing. The issue is not that male ‘milk’ could ‘poison’ a baby (not physiologically likely) but the unwarranted and gross interference with the mother’s right to breastfeed & the baby’s right to have breastmilk from his/her mother without this being upset, curtailed or otherwise messed up by an interloping other, for purely selfish (and possibly sexual) reasons. Mothers & babies need to be close, feeding needs to be frequent, in the early days and weeks, to establish supply. Allowing anyone else ‘in’ disturbs this. It’s ‘trans rights’ totally in conflict with, and overwhelming, women’s rights.

Expand full comment

Surely it's both? But you are making excellent points. Well done.

That was just vile

I'm sorry, it is poisoning the baby when the excretion is not carefully analyzed for potential harmful effects. Who knows what all those drugs will do to a baby? Our environments are already toxic enough.

I agree that there’s been no decent research on this, and it’s experimental. It’s very wrong to experiment on a baby like this.

Ellie Mae O’Hagan, Vichy feminist:

"you know, I actually don’t know why some people are women, and some people are male, no one on this panel does, and anyone who claims to know the answer to that question is a liar."

Surely this clip will go down in history as irrefutable proof of 'gender' ideology's cult thinking? Priceless in that respect. I ALMOST feel sorry for her.

p.s. I love Posie too. I'm on the 'side' of anyone who pushes back against the cult of 'gender' ideology, and she does so magnificently.

That was quite an interview of O'Hagan; what tangled webs we weave.

But of particular note in the longer segment at about 00:33 is the interviewer asking this:

“What about the definition of ‘woman’ as your biological sex rather than gender identity?”

https://twitter.com/BBCPolitics/status/1460942680440061954

That seems the crux of the problem - using "woman" as both a sex - i.e., "adult human female (produces ova) - and as a gender - i.e., "anyone who exhibits any physiological, psychological, or behavioural traits typical of adult human females (produces ova)".

It can't be both, at least simultaneously. Which is how Starmer and Company managed to paint themselves into a corner, and got themselves hoist by their own petards - couldn't happen to a nicer bunch.

While we CAN theoretically define the word "woman" - or any other word for that matter - any way we wish (pay them extra as Humpty Dumpty put it), there are practical reasons why the one for "woman" based on a simple biological trait - i.e., "female (sex; produces ova)" - is much preferred. Far easier and shorter to simply say "adult human female (produces ova)" than to list probably literally hundreds if not thousands of those behavioural and psychological traits that would be necessary to differentiate between "woman" and "man" as genders.

Five words as opposed to literally thousands. And that still leaves hanging the question of words to denote and differentiate between those who are "adult human females (sex)" and those who are "adult human males (sex)".

We might be obliged to qualify each and every use of "man", "woman", "male", and "female" just to forestall the transloonies' desperate efforts to obscure the differences: man (sex), man (gender), woman (sex), woman (gender), male (sex), male (gender), female (sex), and female (gender).

That Jo Bartosch article is excellent. Quote: "(Creasy's) stance might be politely described as ‘bull-milk’."

As Jo points out in conclusion; Labour have been handed their biggest open goal in years but instead of taking it, they're busy gibbering about women with penises.

A load of stuff from an awful lot of people should be ashamed of themselves for saying and doing. If that never happens, I hope they are punished somehow for their vileness towards half of humanity.

As for Billy Bragg, has he been lobotomised and reprogrammed, or something? He isn't even making sense now. Something that seemingly doesn't matter or is lost on him. I hope eventually his words, and the words of others like him will go straight in the bin without being thought about.

The attacks on Posie and others by fifth columnists and those who are desperate for attention are deliberate attempts to deflect from what’s going on.

Expand full comment

Posie Parker has a track record of being vile about/to people who disagree with her. I am not desperate for attention (I am purposefully anonymous here), I just want her to stop saying she is fighting for women's rights. She is welcome to do what she wants, and people are welcome to idolise her, but she does not speak for me and I will not have Glinner chastising me for a lack of gratitude when she endorses a stunt that looks racist and just gives the TRAs ammunition.

With respect, it only looks racist if you’re deliberately ignoring what it’s based on. How on earth is wearing a black bodysuit and a nappy an attempt at blackface? There should be solidarity when a ridiculous attack on an ally is attempted.

Have you considered what's going on in your head rather than just Kellie Jay's? Such as asking yourself how and why you've concluded that a visual parody of a group harrasing women and trying to prevent them from speaking in a public place, is racist.

Are the men and women in black garb expressing racist sentiment, or concealing their identity and attempting to appear manacing? I would say the latter. But if it is the former, then how would someone opposing and ridiculing them by doing likewise be giving them anything they could possibly use as ammunition? By your rationale they've already blown themselves up.

That aside, TRA's aren't looking for ammunition, seeing the need for it would imply something more contemplative and evolved on their part. They are persecutors permently on the attack. Whether it's focused on exploiting women and appropriating their identity, or preventing women from defining themselves and protecting their rights, their bodies and their spaces.

And make up your mind, either Kellie Jay is welcome to do what she wants or she should do as you say.

Expand full comment

I didn't say the Manc thing was racist - I said the stunt by Menno (?) looked racist. As I said, anyone can do what they like, but Glinner is out of order telling anyone to be grateful.

Expand full comment

Okay, that's my misunderstanding and I apologise.

Given that the attacks and attempts to aggressively influence that TRA's, their supporters and enablers are making against women, womanhood, children and young people and LGB people are ferocious and relentless, it's important and necessary for women and men who support women in this horrendous fight, to show unity with one another. So much has been lost and there is more to lose. The people responsible for that aren't going to stop, and because they are being helped and subsidised on every level, they aren't going to have to.

The principal and perhaps the only way this can be countered right now is by making as many people aware of what is happening as possible. A large number people are still unaware or not fully aware of the changes that have taken place. Obviously, that's going to change in a fairly short time when they find themselves in situations they didn't anticipate, and will inevitably feel powerless against. For those involved in this, frequently consuming news and information about the monstrous abuses and injustices taking place, it's not difficult to overlook this.

Kellie Jay's approach is to be as persistent, forceful and informed as the misogynistic attackers, politicians and bureaucrats, etc., currently exploiting, intimidating and manipulating as many individuals and organisations as they can. These are the people telling others what they can think and say, and familiarising them with the idea of censure and possibility of legal consequences if they're uncooperative. Actively resisting all that is a colossal undertaking, and anyone prepared to commit themselves to it needs and deserves all the support they can get. There is more than enough to be appreciative of and grateful for.

Lots of crazy shit in this post. Like others, I very much admire Posie and I love her style. It's not one I could ever pull off nor would I want to. JL's work is also praiseworthy. I have forwarded her long list to my best friend in the hope that she reads it and really gets to understand that no woman is safe until we crush this evil ideology. I have a lot of contempt for the BBC and their editing of a rape victims words is just another example of why we should not be compelled to pay for them. End the license fee and let them earn their living.

Kellie jay is the reason we have such a vocal and presence fighting the cult - the other woman's groups do their bit but not in the face of the men who are screaming at women to obey - she is disliked by them 'cos she's 'not #bekind' or panders to egos of the academics and others. I would follow her to the end of the earth if it means we will win this all out war on women.
