Very young children were available to be raped in brothels. Women in the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries fought very hard to bring in laws to protect children. Yaniv, Tatchell and the rest of the pricks want to make the Savile motto "If they're big enough, they're old enough" into their inalienable legal right.
