(My comment was something along the lines of "shame there is only one political party which recognises who a woman is.." ). Even our' independent' national broadcast and TV producer only supported two years ago with pro-news (two happily transed girls, ie. born females, one thanked profusely the LGBTQ!), and a TV organisation (for non-anglo background residents) with a recent program, where nothing was mentioned what the aim and effects is of transgender politics, ie. what it does to all those born female! "Confirming warnings of pro-family groups re efforts to legitimize adult-child sex, the @APAPsychiatric sponsored a symposium discussing removal of pedophilia from the psychiatric manual of mental disorders."
My "pro-choice" liberal (I'm a former "lifelong" liberal – and "pro-choice" which doesn't make me "anti-life; language, language...) friends would instantly dismiss this because The Interim is a Tranadian "pro-life life and family issues newspaper", as if being against abortion and pro traditional family structure makes you incapable of telling the truth (of course I cancelled my 20yr subscription to the NYT for that very reason).
Putting aside the obvious fact that this is utterly, utterly evil for one second, you'd think the APA would be swimming in research data that proves adults having sex with children leads to suicide, psychosis, personality disorders, depression, self-harm, and a whole long laundry list of other problems (like gender dysphoria!) that cause them to seek therapy as miserable, broken adults. Survivors usually describe themselves as 'survivors' rather than 'fans.' The individuals pushing this need to be named and shamed at the very least.
