I can’t decide what is more unfortunate about this book of recipes by Amnesty Ireland boss Colm O’Gorman. The title? The recipe names? The tone-deaf quote from Nigella Lawson? If you can’t see the recipes, I zoomed in. Is this really appropriate? Not responding to Iseult White is one thing but this is another level of disrespect entirely.
This book does not appear to contain a section on puddings. But I should hardly be surprised by that, since avoiding his just desserts must be a full-time occupation for him.
