Imagine going home to spend the holidays with a family who actually pander to that gender identity stuff so comprehensively that they sit down and allow themselves to be re-educated on "pronouns" with a PowerPoint presentation rather than severely sanctioning such outrageously narcissistic behaviour?!?

The barrister is clearly willfully obtuse. Any police officer will tell you that sex is the most dependable factor when trying to find a perpetrator of a crime, particularly sex or violent crime. Not age, not class, not nationality, certainly not race, it’s sex - all cops, and really everybody who cares to look into it for 2 minutes, know that men make up between 90 to 95% of prison population.

Further, a barrister or solicitor should be well aware that men make up approximately 97%+ of all sex offenders. I wonder if he'd petition to have THEM housed in the women's estate, too? Probably, given the attitude displayed.

I truly wonder at how anyone whose work has anything to do with the criminal justice system, even if only at the very periphery, can advocate for prisons not to be segregated along biological lines, or indeed men to be placed in any women's spaces generally. The cognitive dissonance concerned must be immense.

Cognitive dissonance or willful misogyny and gaslighting? With all the pronouns and cries for acceptance and explanations of the alphabet that everyone needs to obey, I can’t see any reason to destroy a class of people (women, the ordinary sex-based kind). I wish the men impersonating women would just get their own pronouns and category/categories. It is misleading to call them women, regressive, disrespectful and insulting to women. And there wouldn’t be as much push back if they took that route (something reality based, measurable). It’s the women’s rights grab that’s upsetting. Perhaps they feel they feel invisible without making others squirm for their performance.

Isn’t there an international convention that would protect females from being housed with males in prisons?

Why to males need full access to all things female?

The 20s are looking a lot like the 50s in western civilization. I wonder how far back they’re really trying to push the sexes back? Apparently you can’t even use the word “woman” in certain countries these days. I wonder if that’s the direction we’re heading?

Yeah, they all have to pretend that equal treatment now extends to assuming women, as a class, are equally prone to violence and have the physical strength to be.

Except it's all predicated upon fallacious reasoning, as we know.

Charlie from Amnesty must have eaten too many tide pods. Not everyone falls for gaslighting.
