REDUXX: A trans-identified male has been awarded compensation after his employer referred to him by his real name and asked him not to wear so much make-up at work.
22 year old Syntia Dersoir is from Maine-et-Loire, a region in Western France. He began working at a branch of McDonald’s in September 2022. At the beginning of January 2023, he announced a transgender identity and began wearing make-up and false breasts to work. He also adopted the female name Syntia.
By Spring 2023, Dersoir had taken advantage of France’s simple gender recognition process - which requires no medical diagnosis or treatment, just the filing of some documentation before a judge in court - and he was legally recognised as female.
In March 2023, within weeks of altering his legal ‘gender’, Dersoir took long-term sick leave from his job at McDonalds, claiming that he was suffering from stress and alleging he’d been the victim of harassment. Dersoir then complained to the French Labour Inspectorate and was provided with legal representation by the French Democratic Confederation of Labour (CFDT), an organisation of national labour unions. He filed a criminal complaint against the management at the branch of McDonalds where he was employed.
Dersoir said that he had been referred to by his previous (male) name. This is the name under which he had been employed and which still appeared on his official staff records. He was also instructed to ‘tone down’ his make-up while at work, on one occasion being given a choice of going home or removing some of his cosmetics. He claimed this amounted to harassment on behalf of his employer. However, McDonald’s lawyer stated that Dersoir was simply asked to wear make-up in keeping with the company policy which requires any cosmetics to be ‘light and discreet’ for reasons of hygiene and to protect uniforms.
On 24th June, the employment tribunal of Angers ruled in Dersoir’s favour and instructed McDonald’s to pay him €7,000 (about £6,000) in compensation. Dersoir’s lawyer said the verdict set a precedent for other ‘victims’ to come forward.
A German drag queen / trans-identified male who calls himself Kylie Divon is also pursuing legal action against his employer, a Berlin branch of McDonald’s. He was prevented from using the female changing rooms at his workplace after a Muslim woman expressed concern about having to share these facilities with an intact male. Divon is alleging that he was the victim of discrimination.

GENDER CLINIC NEWS: It is alleged that health authorities in Australia are blocking a review of the country’s gender clinics.
Dr Andrew Amos is an academic psychiatrist at James Cook University. He is the deputy editor of Australasian Psychiatry and he chairs the RANZCP’s Section of Rural Psychiatry (QLD) and the eLearning Advisory Group. He believes that Australian medical authorities are blocking a review of the country’s gender clinics, either by refusing to acknowledge the significance of the Cass Report or by claiming that it is not relevant locally.
Last week Dr Amos spoke at a forum in Parliament House, Sydney, alongside American detransitioner, Chloe Cole. He told the forum, “Cass specifically evaluated the clinical guidelines used by all of Australia’s public gender services for minors, and they show they’re not fit for purpose… Essentially what that means is that the blueprint for gender medicine for kids in Australia is incompetent, and it’s biased”.
He went on to say that those who opposed a ‘desperately needed’ review of Australian gender services were using the ‘cosmetic’ differences between the UK and Australian health systems as an excuse to claim that the Cass Report is not relevant in Australia. He also spoke of the ‘institutional capture’ of the medical authorities, saying that, “You really only need to get four or five people on to the right committee and they can make the decisions for an area of medicine.”

THE TIMES: Former MP and gender stalwart, Harriet Harman, is rumoured to be taking over from Baroness Falkner at the EHRC.
Baroness (Kishwer) Falkner of Margravine is a Pakistani-born British politician who, after a career in public service, was elevated to the House of Lords. Since December 2020 she has been the Chair of the Equalities and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), the UK’s equality watchdog.
Since taking up the role, Baroness Falkner has been a staunch defender of women’s sex-based rights and spaces. In an interview with The Times shortly after her EHRC appointment, she said that women must have the right to question transgender ideology without being abused, stigmatised or risking their livelihood. Her statement proved prophetic and she soon had to face down a witch-hunt by trans activists who tried to oust her from her role.
Baroness Faulkner’s term as Chair of the EHRC comes to an end in November. It had been anticipated that her contract would be extended by Kemi Badenoch, the former women and equalities minister. However, the calling of an early election and subsequent Labour Party victory now mean that Baroness Falkner’s position is at risk.
Two different Labour sources have said that the party is considering appointing Harriet Harman, a long-standing Labour MP who recently retired from The House, to the role. Unlike Baroness Falkner, Harman is unlikely to be such a champion of women’s sex-based rights. Indeed, she was the architect of the Equality Act 2010 which first established ‘gender reassignment’ as a protected characteristic in law and has often professed a belief that ‘trans women are women’.
During a 2021 interview with Julia Hartley Brewer on Talk Radio, Harman tried to argue for the inclusion of trans-identified males in women’s sport. Dismissing Hartley-Brewer’s points about fairness and safety for women, she claimed that deciding who is male and who is female is ‘very difficult’ for sports authorities. When Hartley Brewer commented that it is actually quite simple because sex is determined by biology, Harman claimed “In many situations it is not as simple as that”. She added, “I want us to be championing those who are facing oppression”.
In a 2022 interview Harman told Sky News, “I stand behind the Gender Recognition Act. So as far as I’m concerned, women are women who are born women, but women are also women who are trans women. I think that we also need to recognise that in some respects there need to be same-sex services, which can be delivered and you can’t have a blanket exclusion of trans women”.
After four decades as an MP, during which undertook a variety of prominent roles both in government and in opposition, there is no denying Harriet Harman’s talent, dedication and achievements as a long-standing stateswoman. But her appointment as Chair of the EHRC, should it happen, would be extremely troubling.
As Tom Harris writes in The Telegraph, “Critics fear her appointment would result in the continuation, or even extension, of Stonewall’s influence throughout Whitehall…Replacing Baroness Falkner with Harriet Harman would be an explicit statement of intent that the next Labour government will be no champion of women’s rights”.

NATIONAL REVIEW: It has been claimed that Oregon health authorities buried the results of a review into the medicalisation of gender-distressed minors.
In 2014, Oregon’s Health Evidence Review Commission (HERC), decided to provide comprehensive Medicaid coverage for puberty-blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries for anyone, including children, who identifies as transgender. (Medicaid is the US’s public health insurance programme for people with lower incomes and covers around one-fifth of the population.) This decision was based primarily on studies of adults over 30 and made at a time when very few people in the state - approximately 175 patients per year - sought treatment for gender-related issues.
By 2019 over 7,500 people in Oregon were receiving so-called ‘gender affirming’ medical treatment and, according to the National Review, hundreds of children have received puberty-blockers, cross-sex hormones, and even surgeries since then. In 2023, Oregon’s HERC commissioned a thorough review of these treatments. The draft report was obtained by journalist, Paul Terdal, via a freedom-of-information request. This report found that the clinical evidence for medical transition was still very limited. Furthermore, investigators were unable to find any systematic reviews with ‘extractable data’ which could demonstrate the benefit of medicalising gender-distressed children.
In the spring of 2023, Oregon passed House Bill 2002, legislation which expanded rather than restricted the medicalisation of children and teenagers struggling with gender issues. It requires Medicaid and private insurers to cover more procedures under the umbrella of so-called gender-affirming care (including laser hair removal and facial feminisation surgeries) and it protects clinicians in ‘gender medicine’ from legal repercussions.
Meanwhile, the HERC’s report into the medicalisation of minors was never finalised and the draft was never presented to the organisation’s commissioners. Why was that?

James Esses has written about the shocking indoctrination of trainee psychologists at Southampton University.
James was contacted by a whistle-blower who is currently a student at the University of Southampton on the Doctor of Clinical Psychology course. In June, students attended a lecture on ‘Working with Gender with Children and Young People’ given by Dr Kate ‘she/they’ Whitaker. She previously worked at the Tavistock’s now disgraced Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS), identifies as ‘genderqueer’ and now works in the Sussex Gender Service.
In her opening statement, Whitaker claimed that sex is not binary and she instructed students that they must use “Language that shows acceptance of gender diversity”. She proposed a definition of gender as “A Big Ball of Wibbly Wobbly Gender-y Blendery Stuff”.
Acknowledging that those struggling with gender dysphoria are “Four - six times more likely to be autistic”, Whitaker immediately dismissed any concerns about a link between the two, claiming that this is “Pathologising, ableist, undermining”. Similarly, she referenced the significant increase in gender clinic referrals of adolescent girls but failed to question the cause or mention that this rise should be of concern to mental health professionals.
Shockingly, she also told students that, if they are ever to work with children whose parents do not support their new ‘gender identity’, then they should “Find opportunities to have time with them by themselves”. As James Esses points out, this sounds very much like ideological grooming and it is a huge red flag.
Towards the end of the lecture, Whitaker provided the students with so-called ‘tools’ for students to use in their future practice. They included a ‘gender galaxy’, a ‘gender river’ and the now infamous ‘gender unicorn’. (Designed by alleged rapist, Eli Erlick)
Horrifyingly, she even gave them a ‘body map’ which invites children to label the parts of their body with which they are ‘unhappy’ and which they want to change.
Furthermore, Whitaker also listed so-called resources for children, pointing them to militant trans activist groups such as the Proud Trust, Gendered Intelligence and Genderkit. She even recommended the now-disgraced WPATH guidelines. The lecture ended with some blackmail and scaremongering; “Trans people’s lives are being put at risk… as professionals, we have power that we can apply to make change”, she said.
As James Esses points out, “The University of Southampton are not training their students in how to be psychologists. They are training them to be political activists. Given that these are the clinicians of the future, I worry that, in a few years from now, mental healthcare may be in an even worse state than at present”.

DAWLISH TODAY: A trans-identified male has been jailed after waging a five- month long campaign of harassment and arson against his own family members.
54-year-old Davina Moore, the father of five adult children and a plant operator from Chudleigh Knighton in Devon, believed that his sister and brother-in-law were spreading gossip about him. He consequently waged a a five-month long campaign of harassment and intimidation against them. He persecuted them at their home, threw lit firelighters into their garden, hurled a brick threw the window of their car and tried to have his sister fired from her job.
In April 2024, this vendetta came to a head when Moore doused the couple’s two cars in petrol and sett light to them both. The fire brigade had to be called and both vehicles were written off.
Moore admitted two counts of arson, criminal damage and harassment. He was sentenced to one year and eight months in prison at Exeter Crown Court this week.
When the Mid-Devon Advertiser reported on this case a few months ago, it described Moore as ‘a woman’ in both the headline and the article and used female pronouns with which to refer to him. No indication of his true sex was given.

REDUXX: The trans-identified male convicted of rape last week has been revealed as a father of two who does not appear to have undergone any formal ‘gender’ change.
Last week we reported on Alexander (aka ‘Lexi’) Secker, a trans-identified male who has been convicted of rape.
The BBC described 35-year-old Secker as a ‘transgender woman’ and wrote that he was ‘living as a man’ when he attacked and raped a woman in Blunsdon, Wiltshire, on 23rd April 2021. At some point between being charged with rape and his case going to trial, Secker developed a trans identity and began calling himself ‘Lexi’.
Outrageously, the court tried Secker ‘as a woman’ because of this very recently emerged new ‘gender identity’. (The crime of rape, as defined by the Sexual Offences Act 2003, requires the perpetrator to have a penis.)
Wiltshire Police were rather coy about revealing Secker’s true sex when reporting on the case, stating that ‘a person’ had been found guilty of rape.
The ludicrous press release - in which they refer to Secker with female pronouns - is incredibly insulting to this man’s victim.
This convicted rapist, to whose newly acquired ‘gender identity’ the courts, police and our national broadcaster all pander so readily, does not appear to have made any formal change to his status nor to have undergone any alteration to his physicality.
Secker has fathered children. He was the client of a UK charity called Outset which supports self-employment and skills development. He features on their website and is described as having a young family.
As revealed by Reduxx, Secker became a vitriolic trans activist and maintained an online presence using the name Lexi Bowen.
Both on social media and writing a vitriolic blog, Secker abused, insulted and ranted about various gender-critical women’s rights campaigners such as Rosie Duffield, Maya Forstater, Kellie-Jay Keen and our very own Graham Linehan.
He was, however, particularly fixated on JK Rowling and wrote numerous blogs and tweets about her, calling her a Nazi and a ‘transphobe’. In the example below, Secker attacked JK Rowling for her defence of female-only rape crisis centres.
On 18th June, Secker commented on social media that women’s concerns about single-sex spaces are ‘utter nonsense’ and a ‘moral panic based exclusively on bigotry’. A few days later he was convicted of rape.
It’s not always the ones you least expect.
Sunday 7th July - Without Fear or Favour?
A Party of Women candidate reported a threat to Northumbria Police but officers not only dismissed and hung up on her, they joked about assaulting her themselves.
Liz Panton was the Party of Women parliamentary candidate for Newcastle East and Wallsend. Immediately before the general election she received a violent threat from someone online. She tried to report this threat to Northumbria Police.
The officer she spoke to dismissed her and hung up on her. Not realising the phone line was still open at the end of the call, the officer, together with two colleagues, insulted and swore about Liz, belittled her safety concerns, called her a Nazi, suggested she was deserving of the threat by distributing election literature and even joked about physically assaulting her.
You can listen to the recording here. This is the conversation:
FEMALE VOICE A: Ah she was being a total dick. She’s like “We don’t feel safe going out” which is why I said “What do you expect the outcome to be?” “Well I want a report into an electoral offence”. What I expected her to say was she wanted someone to accompany them. In which case I would be like “Well we haven’t got the resources to do it”. Like fuck off. But this is it. I’m not getting anywhere and I’m like “Well I cannot actually help”. She said they had a presentation and they were told that you don’t do anything if you don’t feel safe. And I’m like “But like I said, if you distributed your leaflet with views on that people aren’t going to agree with and she’s entitled not to”.
MALE VOICE: She’s saying there Operation Bridger told her not to. I haven’t told you not to. I’m giving you some advice. If you think you are in fucking real danger, don’t go out.
[NOTE: ‘Operation Bridger’ is a package of basic security services which were offered to parliamentary candidates in the lead-up to this general election due to the increased threats of violence against current and potential MPs.]
FEMALE VOICE A: Well she’s saying “I do think I’m in danger because [inaudible]”. I actually agree with some of her thoughts. But I obviously don’t go spouting them off and putting me face on the leaflet alongside it. Or if I did I’d have the balls to back it up.
FEMALE VOICE B: Well, look at Farage [inaudible]. Gets things thrown at him all the time. I don’t think there’s any real credible threat that you’re going to come to harm.
FEMALE VOICE A: Ah she won’t accept that because she’s made reference to getting punched. And I was like “She’s not. It’s a general Facebook post”. “It’s not on a private page, it’s public. And she’s tagged my leaflet in it.” And I’m like “But you were giving them out.” You cannot take back the fact that you were handing the fucking things out. I don’t get it.
MALE VOICE: If anyone is going to come and punch her -
FEMALE VOICE A: Me! I’ll come and fucking give you [inaudible / laughter]. Punch a Nazi! [laughter]. This is why I’m not voting.
FEMALE VOICE B: I want to kill them all.
In a recent article for Women’s Rights Network, Claire Loneragan detailed the extent to which Northumbria Police has been ideologically captured. “From commissioning rainbow cars to interviewing football fans, Northumbria police have shown themselves only too willing to do the bidding of those who think that women should just shut up about the men making our lives more difficult and dangerous.”
See you next week.
Lexi the rapist is yet another example of Rapid Onset Gender Dysphoria which affects young girls entering puberty and middle age men entering prison.
Why is it when transwomen get treated like real women - the makeup in the McDonald's cases, they think they are being discriminated against, go to court and win the lottery. Women who tried this would be laughed out of court! The poor wee sausages need a proper dose of lifetime discrimination as most women face on a daily basis then see if they really want to carry on with their fantasy! A more pathetic shower of losers we have yet to see...
