No wonder you are fuming. I did a quick search and looking at coverage it seems only The Daily Telegraph have the ability to report this vaguely correctly as him being a 'trans woman' and The Times and others also refer to him as a 'woman' as The Edinburgh Evening News did.
So they are fully implementing and following the 'trans style guide' to remove the fact that these are men, no mention they may be 'trans identifying' men, and now flat out lie that they are 'women' with no mention of their 'trans' status at all.
It used to be that transvestites knew they were and are transvestites. We all knew what fetishes were. This 'trans' bunch that anyone can 'identify' into seem totally deluded liars and that judge seems totally deliberately naive.
