It is my great pleasure to present for your edification a few of the good news stories from the gender beat this week. Enjoy!
The Thin Blue Line
The Scottish Police Force is severing its links with Stonewall having withdrawn from its Diversity Scheme.
Scottish Conservative community safety spokesman, Russell Findlay, commented, “Police Scotland’s decision seems entirely proper due to the serious concerns that have been raised about the charity’s activities”.
Out Now!
Hannah Barnes’ book, ‘Time to Think’, was released this week and is now available in all good stores.
It is also available on Kindle.
It was The Times ‘Book of the Week’.
It was an Amazon No 1 best seller.
And, even before it was officially released, it topped the Hive bestseller list.
Listen To Detransitioners
Genspect are offering a (paid) platform to detransitioners. Please get in touch with them if you would like to make a submission.
BMJ Grows A Spine
The British Medical Journal has published an important analysis of paediatric gender medicine which challenges the affirmation model and concludes that the practice of medicalising gender confused children cannot be considered ‘evidence-based’.
Vimeo Sees Sense
Vimeo has defied the gender zealots and restored the documentary, Affirmation Generation, to its site.
Within These Walls
Trans-identified male prisoners with intact genitalia and/or convictions for violent crime will not be accommodated in the female estate thanks to new regulations which came into effect this week.
Even those with a gender recognition certificate will be barred from female prisons in England and Wales if they fall into either category.
Dr Kate Coleman, director of Keep Prisons Single Sex, commented, “This is a positive step in the right direction and I hope that we will see similar movement throughout the criminal justice system”.
Slam Dunk
Players on the Mid Vermont Christian School girls basketball team have withdrawn from a state tournament because they are refusing to play against a squad which features a trans-identified male.
In an email to the Valley News, MVCS head of school, Vicky Fogg, wrote, “We believe playing against an opponent with a biological male jeopardizes the fairness of the game and the safety of our players. Allowing biological males to participate in women’s sports sets a bad precedent for the future of women’s sports.”
Leaving Them Kids Alone
A lesson plan that would have taught junior pupils in Irish schools that gender identity is ‘experienced along a spectrum’ has been dropped.
According to documentation seen by The Sunday Times, Ireland’s National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NCCA) agreed to change a social, personal and health education (SPHE) curriculum after a public consultation.
Selling Like Hog Cakes
Despite the best efforts of trans activists to have it ‘cancelled’, just two weeks since its release, Hogwarts Legacy has sold over twelve million games and earned $850 million in global sales. Furthermore, it broke company records with 280 million hours played.
According to the Daily Mail, “This makes 'Hogwarts Legacy' one of the fastest selling games of all time and the most lucrative launch ever for the Warner Bros. Discovery media empire”.
Thanks for this good news, Glinner! Also: Benjamin Boyce has done his first trans widow interview with Tracy Shannon, and it produced an unusual set of shocked pauses from the usually unflappable Boyce. He replied to my comment there (this was posted Mar. 1 on his youtube channel) telling me he's never seen so many contentious comments for his interviews. What if Tracy had actually told him another true gem, that her now ex-husband tried to breastfeed their third child!
On another note, I will be interviewed by King Critical this Sunday, March 5 at 8 pm UK time. It will be a live stream and I imagine the trolls will pull out their daggers, so any friendly viewers are most appreciated. Like Boyce, he's never interviewed an ex-wife of a cross-dresser. See you there, at KC Streams youtube channel. Our true tales include direct contact with the grooming therapists, and therefore confirm a great deal of the illogic that Ritchie Herron, Kiera Bell and Chloe Cole relay.
The GC momentum has been consistant since the start of the year hasnt it ? That's not to say that there wont be bumps in the road of course , but compared to this time last year its real progress with the meedja and public paying attention to gender eugenics etc .
