Thanks for this good news, Glinner! Also: Benjamin Boyce has done his first trans widow interview with Tracy Shannon, and it produced an unusual set of shocked pauses from the usually unflappable Boyce. He replied to my comment there (this was posted Mar. 1 on his youtube channel) telling me he's never seen so many contentious comments for his interviews. What if Tracy had actually told him another true gem, that her now ex-husband tried to breastfeed their third child!

On another note, I will be interviewed by King Critical this Sunday, March 5 at 8 pm UK time. It will be a live stream and I imagine the trolls will pull out their daggers, so any friendly viewers are most appreciated. Like Boyce, he's never interviewed an ex-wife of a cross-dresser. See you there, at KC Streams youtube channel. Our true tales include direct contact with the grooming therapists, and therefore confirm a great deal of the illogic that Ritchie Herron, Kiera Bell and Chloe Cole relay.

Yes Ute, good luck! I’ll definitely try to catch that interview live/premiering in order to be helpful in the chat. Thanks for speaking up and out from a trans widow’s perspective, which has been sorely lacking in all the hype around these mentally ill people. Kudos! ❤️

The GC momentum has been consistant since the start of the year hasnt it ? That's not to say that there wont be bumps in the road of course , but compared to this time last year its real progress with the meedja and public paying attention to gender eugenics etc .

The Times and the Telegraph frequently feature the issues now. Annoyingly though, The Times puts most of their articles in the hard copy and not online making it difficult to comment. I am not sure if the Telegraph does the same as I only have a digital subscription to that.

“Time to Think” is excellent, although there is no pleasure in seeing things we feared were happening confirmed. There is even a mention of Munchausens parents. They need a book of their own. Ultimately, your heart goes out to children so dreadfully let down.

What a gathering of good news! I was aware of a lot of it (The Times really keep it in the news) but I had not read about the BMJ so I'm so pleased to finally read this, and, of course, it's nice to have this weekly summary.

The pushback really is getting widespread.

The lovely videos really crown it all.

The cat almost played was sounded like the Rolling Stones' "We Love You" and I love the end 'meow' but again, the dopy dog made me laugh even harder.

Yes, it seems that the media is finally twigging that this is becoming a hot topic. Many more articles are appearing in the Daily Mail, yes I know, but I only read it for the comments, but at least it is getting the message out to us baby boomers!

I cannot comprehend someone video recording a dog falling off a table. It's not funny, it's brutal, and the dog may have injured its spine. Having just put down my lovely Ryka I have no sympathy with people who video animals harming themselves. When I fear my dog will fall off the sofa, I move him.

I'm sure no one is laughing at the possibility that the dog might get hurt. Ouch! They are amused by the guard dog falling asleep on the job.

I just love these posts, feels like the tide is turning thanks JL.

I have started to direct my attention to trying to understand what the trans lobbyists actual want in regards to the law and any changes.

For the sake of the little child i know who’s parents starting the trans process for them at pre walking age this is of the most upmost importance.

The trans community need to actually declare what they want in plain english or any other language, enabling a meaningful debate with them. This is NOT UNREASONABLE.

The children who are struggling with their identity need to know what the real life implications of being trans are.

It is simple immoral to not provide children with the legal information they need to help them make their decisions.

Its so important, how do we move forwards in this anyone?

Expand full comment

It is becoming more and more obvious that TRAs cannot "declare what they want in plain English" because they do not understand how the world works at its most basic level. Telling chlldren that going down the "trans" path will (98% certainty) lead to severe illness and need for surgery to remove dying organs - dying because of the effects of the "wrong" hormones in their bodies, not just lopping off healthy ones out of choice. Just keeping talking about Mastectomy and Castration - real descriptions - not euphemisms, and then people will grasp the full horror and recoil from Stonewall's glitter horror show.

Ah so glad you love the posts, CB. And thank you for your kind words. I'm so sorry to hear about that poor wee mite being pushed down the 'trans path'. Are the parents approachable?? Is it worth trying to point them to Transgender Trend or Genspect? I wish had some wise advice to offer but I really don't know where to start with this one. Are you on Twitter? Perhaps StillTish (who also has a Substack) could help? Of the aforementioned orgs?

thanks JL, i’ve come to the conclusion that talking to the parents would most likely cause anxiety and the most important thing is little one’s life is as calm as possible. Plus should they change tack they’ll need people to support them should they want it. It’s really sad.

Pre-walking age???!!! Good grief. Give the child a chance. I've no idea how to move forward in regards to parents who are completely bought and sold into this ideology. I know I'm up for some 're-education ' next week from a mom I see regularly in the home ed community here in Shropshire who has found out recently I'm rather terfy. I can only presume that she assumes I have no dealings with the trans community whereas I actually knew very well a transwoman who was my parents friend in my teens and also supported a very good friend at the time who was transing her youngest and that was back in 2008. The amount of children we know who are now either NB or trans is growing rapidly. This home ed acquaintance seems to relish in her child's supposed dysphoria and I suspect she has pushed this onto this child, I don't say this lightly as other parents I know who have trans children at least seem to struggle with the idea. She told me on a night out over Christmas that she doesn't believe in boundaries. The music was too loud and the booze flowing too freely for me to have a proper discussion with her regarding the importance of boundaries. I'm pleased that at least medical experts are starting to get a back bone.

Good luck Gem B, i’ve always felt that given one can’t change their sex- (i always say at this point…) don’t take my word for it, take Evolutionary biologist Richard Dawkins word for it, then what does one actually want to achieve with telling a child they are in the wrong body. Much better to say gendering activity is regressive and men/women are quite welcome to dress as they please and express themselves as they please. Welcome to the liberal democracy! Telling a child their behaviour is feminine/masculine is highly offensive- i am a stay at home dad and as much as man as mike tyson or Martin Luther King, or Stephen Hawkins or any other adult male. Anyone who wants to tell my young boys or girl what is expected of their sex is going to get an ear full. Sorry i’m nearly 2 beers in after a long day!

ha ha, i should point out of course that according to the mermaids gender scale i might not be that masculine but to that scale and the staff of mermaids i say in the kings english… go fu€k yourself!

Have your device ready with some horror stories (Inc pics) lined up.

Ask her "what do you see in your mind when you see X at 30?". Then tear her "I see a proud, confident man/woman in a happy relationship" apart.

Say "I'm sorry if I've upset you but I do believe in boundaries. Societies establish taboos and boundaries to protect their members. Healthy societies protect their children over and above the interests of others."

Its fucking madness. You have described such a terrible and upsetting thing. Poor poor kids with these bloody awful parents. I just tried to get into twitter to try and understand/talk to people about this, fucking hell i feel sick. This guy who works at foodbanks says he sees a family he’s helping at macdonalds three times a week, and he’s like wtf. All the non thinkers- india willobough is one are putting the boot in. Anyway its fucking exhausting, i’m out. Don’t know what the point of it is, just a load of people hating one group and pretending to love the other. For the record i love everyone on grahams site.

These parents with their designer children. Using their kids to make statements about themselves. What i don’t understand is your ex friends didnt want to assign a gender……

nature assigns a gender,

society puts all sorts of shit on said genders. We tell society to go screw itself because society has got so much wrong like when society thought women were too stupid to be trusted with political representation, and slavery and the persecution of homosexuals etc. Why can’t these F wits see that gender politics is regresssive. Are they just thick or brain washed. I dare anyone to tell me that my kids are portraying male or female behaviour. I’m a liberal. There is NO SUCH thing. Only what society teaches. But society can fuck off just like it had to when homosexuality was decriminalised. I’m not going to tell a woman or man how to behave if they are causing no harm to others. Fucking hell sorry. I’m angry again.

It's very difficult to deal with when you know word will get around or complaints will be made. I admit my response was a bit of a rant and some nuance is required. I'm in the fortunate position that no-one can complain to my employer but I am prepared to lose 'friends' over this issue. At the very least I think saying something along the lines of "I'm all for rejecting outdated gender stereotypes but it strikes me we all need to be careful of turning the clock back and endorsing them by accident" is in order. Planting little seeds of doubt!

I really feel for you! I think there a lot of good people like you in the same situation. You're right, plot a careful course and support others who need it or are in a position to speak out.

I'm not normally as hard-line and ranty as I've been this evening so don't think I was criticising you - I just had one of those moments where I got so angry that I had to rant or cry in despair.

They don't know what they want. Or they do but can't say it publicly.

Start with the fact that you can ask 'What human rights don't trans people have?' till you're blue in the face and you will never get an answer because what they want is privileges.

And they have made 'trans' such a broad umbrella that they can't articulate or reconcile the privileges different groups want.

A lot of the younger SJWs just want to feel they've changed the world by compelling other people's speech and behaviour.

A lot of men's rights activists just want to get back at women for all the perceived wrongs that have been done by 'feminists'.

A lot of men just want to able to wank to the thought of flashing their tackle to a non consenting and fearful room of women.

A lot of them want to enjoy the hard on they get whenever someone calls them Mavis or refers to them as a woman.

A lot of them just want to disrupt and break things, ie boundaries, language, families, society.

A few of them want to make it easier to access vulnerable women and children.

All this is why there should not be talk of compromise. If you compromise with the SJW you are also extending privileges to the pervert, whether you want to or not.

New subscriber here, and mum of an autistic gender-questioning adolescent girl who has been experiencing extreme mental health trauma linked to her body changing. I've been a reader for a while now and just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to all the writers (and commenters) on here. It's been an incredibly important source of information and it feels like our family might be out of the other side, thanks in no small part to this valuable site. Hooray for the Hannah Barnes book coming out last week and landing with a splash in the media. The momentum took an uptick when the Isla Bryson case toppled the GRR bill in Scotland (and of course Nicola Sturgeon), then women speaking out about unfairness in sport.... and finally now the focus is on children. Progress and hope! 👏👏

MoJ needs to have a policy that NO male whether retained or lopped off his genitalia, whether he has committed a violent or non violent crime should be housed in the Female estate at all. There are no circumstances where a male of any kind should be in a female prisons. I personally think that there should not be any male staff there either.

IMPORTANT!

I know I'm not alone in having been outraged by reading nonsense such as "her penis" and "woman convicted of sexually assaulting 6 year old" etc.

Media outlets have used conforming to IPSO trans reporting guidelines as an excuse.

Now (very quietly) IPSO are revising their guidelines and have issued a new draft for consultation. This is a short consultation period of only 4 weeks and I doubt many people are aware of it. The consultation ends on March 10th.

The guidelines look to me to be an improvement because they acknowledge 'gender critical' views but still (by avoiding the key issues) err on the side of 'don't offend the trans' through the examples they use.

They also misquote the protected characteristics (yes, it's the Stonewall approved substitution of gender identity for gender reassignment!).

You can download the draft guidelines (only a few pages to read) and there's an easy form to submit a response via the link below.

Please, please respond to this consultation.

Its worth checking out what the Editors'Code as well re truth and accuracy as this may help you word your replies.

Apart from the inaccuracy re the protected characteristic, note that the rear cover of the draft guidelines refers to some other resources, including The Crown Prosecution Service Trans Equality Statement and the Courts and Tribunals Judiciary Equal Treatment Bench Book. Legal Feminist has some things to say about the latter which I was surprised to read about and which others may find interesting: https://www.legalfeminist.org.uk/2022/01/03/the-new-interim-version-of-the-equal-treatment-bench-book/

IPSO consultation:

https://www.ipso.co.uk/what-we-do/consultations/public-consultation-on-guidance-on-reporting-of-sex-and-gender-identity/

If someone could put this on Twitter etc, I'd be grateful.
