Monday 14th March - “Pick Me! Pick Me!”
GB NEWS: Emma Watson appeared to make a snide remark about JK Rowling during her appearance at the BAFTAs.
Host, Rebel Wilson, introduced Emma Watson to the stage with the comment, “She calls herself a feminist, but we all know she’s a witch”.
Watson replied with a smirk, “I’m here for all the witches!”
Earlier in the evening, Wilson had made a depreciating comment of her own when discussing her recent weight loss. “I’ve done quite a transformation – I hope JK Rowling still approves.”
Wilson and Watson may call themselves feminists but their behaviour - participating so gleefully in the demonization of another woman who is already inundated with rape and death threats - hardly bears that out.

A misogynistic male who ‘identifies as female’ is participating in an event intended to celebrate womanhood.
Poet in the City is a London-based group which organises live poetry events and workshops and commissions new work etc. It is a National Portfolio Organisation and receives Arts Council funding.
The group has organised a Herstory Festival, part of a collaboration with The British Library. One of the events, being held at Newcastle Library, is called What a Woman! and described as “Celebrating the unique experiences of womanhood”.
One of those artists involved is a composer called Alexis Beaufoy-Salguero. He is a trans-identified male whose musical contribution, it is claimed, is “Drawing on her own response to who inspires her and her experience of womanhood”.
He has a Twitter account with the handle @sodsidian.
Poet in the City did not explain why he has been selected to represent womanhood when he seems to view women with obvious contempt.
When Twitter users criticised his inclusion in its Herstory Festival, Poet in the City immediately doubled down and accused protestors of ‘transphobic abuse’.
You can contact Poet in the City here, the Arts Council here, Newcastle City Library here and The British Library here.

THE TELEGRAPH: Women’s groups are being excluded from a review of NHS policy re single sex wards while a lobbyist for self ID appears to have a leading role.
Women’s groups believe they are being excluded from an NHS review into Annexe B - the policy which allows trans-identified males to be accommodate on female-only wards - while a vociferous trans activist appears to be leading proceedings.
Dr Michael Brady is the LGBT health adviser at NHS England. He describes himself as a trans ‘advocate and an ally’ and is a keen proponent of self ID legislation. He is also a staunch Stonewall champion and credits CEO Nancy Kelley with inspiring some of his research within the NHS.
Several months ago Sajid Javid authorised a review into Annexe B. Although NHS sources deny his involvement, two government ministers believe Brady is amongst those leading the review, according to The Telegraph.
In emails seen by The Telegraph, Brady contacted Trans NHS, asking for the group’s input. When he was asked if feminist groups had been allowed any involvement, Brady responded: “Some of those groups have been engaged with. To be honest we had no choice and there have been many more LGBT organisations (Stonewall, Mermaids, LGBT Foundation etc), intersectional organisations and organisations representing protected characteristics who have contributed very helpfully.”
Wednesday 16th March - These Are Not Our Crimes
REDUXX: A trans-identified male has been found guilty of first-degree murder following the fatal stabbing of a woman in 2020.
21-year-old Cohen Heath calls himself ‘Vinn’ and ‘identifies as a woman’.
Last week he pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the stabbing of Colorado Springs nurse, Bridget Kenner, in April 2020. He was also found guilty of felony murder, robbery and two counts of tampering.
Heath was involved in a romantic relationship with then 16-year-old Emma Kenner, the victim’s daughter, whom he persuaded to carry out the murder. Emma ‘identifies as a boy’ and calls herself ‘Kenny’. She also has a history of self-harm and bore fresh wounds at the time of her arrest.
At Heath’s trial last week, Emma testified that he was responsible for planning the murder. She told the court that Heath manipulated her into killing her own mother, telling her “If you really want to prove you’re a man, you will do this”.
Emma also told the court that shortly after her mother’s murder, Heath sexually assaulted Bridget Kenner's body whilst filming himself doing so. That video was presented in evidence to the court.
It is an insult to Bridget Kenner’s memory that a local news station reported this story referring to Heath with female pronouns and describing him as a woman.

REDUXX: An Oregon children’s hospital is offering advice to minors on ‘tucking’ and breast-binding and directing them to an ‘adult retailer’.
The Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Oregon has a gender services clinic offering “A full range of services for transgender and gender-nonconforming children and teens”. Its patients usually begin treatment around the age of 10 or 11, though clinicians will be ‘happy’ to see younger children, and it accepts new patients up to the age of eighteen.
The clinic’s website provides these young patients with advice about ‘chest binding’ and ‘tucking’. It explains to children how to ‘tuck’ male genitals with or without tape, by placing the testicles inside the body and by wearing specialist underwear.
In the case of breast-binding, children are offered advice on how to measure, choose and shop for a binder.
Furthermore, children wanting buy a breast-binder or specialist ‘tucking’ underwear are directed to a ‘sex positive adult retailer’ in Portland.
Children who search for Shebop online will be directed to the shop’s website (WARNING - SEXUALLY EXPLICIT CONTENT). This is the home page:
They will only be one click away from investigating the shop’s brands, such as Cute Little Fuckers, Filthy Farmgirl, InHer Tube and the Damn Good Rope Company.
Friday 18th March - First Do No Harm
GB NEWS: NHS staff were complicit in covering up an alleged rape to protect a trans-identified male who had been accommodated on a female-only ward.
Baroness Nicholson of Winterbourne revealed the details of this shocking story during a House of Lords debate on single-sex NHS wards.
A woman reported to police that she had been raped while a patient on a female-only ward at an NHS hospital. When police officers contacted the hospital, staff denied this could have happened and claimed there was no male on the ward.
The hospital seemed to forget it has a CCTV system and GB News reports that there is video evidence showing the assault. Nevertheless, it has taken almost a year for NHS officials to admit the truth; a male was accommodated on that ward.
The case is currently being investigated by the police.
Saturday 19th March - “No Debate”
THE TELEGRAPH: A conference for trainee psychiatrists had to be cancelled after trans activists refused to appear alongside those who challenge their agenda.
Trainee child psychiatrist finalists from across London were due to take part in a day-long virtual conference focusing on support for young people with gender-related issues. The event was organised by Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH), one of the world’s leading children's hospitals.
A number of people representing all sides of the gender debate were invited to take part. Amongst the panel members due to appear by Zoom were Susie Green, CEO of Mermaids, Stephanie Davies Arai, founder of Transgender Trend, and Helen Joyce, author of the best-selling book, Trans: When Ideology Meets Reality.
However, trans activists could not allow this debate to take place and trainee clinicians made various allegations about Helen Joyce and Stephanie Davies-Arai to the event organisers. One trainee child psychiatrist claimed that the event would not be a ‘safe environment’ with Helen Joyce participating (remember, this was taking place via Zoom) and one of the other speakers refused to appear alongside her. Consequently, only five days before the event, Joyce’s invitation was revoked.
Similarly, Stephanie Davies-Arai was ‘disinvited’ only two days before the event after allegations were made about her by a trainee doctor and Mermaids CEO, Susie Green, the latter refusing to take part in the conference if Transgender Trend was to be given a platform.
Susie Green has a trans-identified son who began taking puberty blockers aged just thirteen. Green took him to Thailand in order that he could undergo sex-reassignment surgery on the day of his sixteenth birthday. (This surgery is now illegal in Thailand for patients under the age of eighteen.) Last year Mermaids was fined £25,000 for failing to keep the personal data of its users secure. It has also been linked to disgraced GP, Helen Webberley, and offshore clinic, GenderGP, that was in the news for selling puberty blockers to minors online without parental consent.
In an email to the NHS Green tried to smear Transgender Trend with accusations of it being ‘anti-trans’ and a ‘pseudo-medical platform’. (Green is a former IT consultant.) She also tried to dictate that CAMHS (child and adolescent mental health services) should ‘stay clear’ of the organisation. Perhaps she is unaware that the Cass Review’s recent interim report echoed and vindicated the concerns Transgender Trend has been expressing re the treatment of gender dysphoric children for the past six years?
Eventually it was agreed between GOSH and Health Education England that the conference should be cancelled altogether while a review is undertaken.
Helen Joyce told The Telegraph, “It's outrageous that a journalist who has written a best-selling book spelling out the harms of this bizarre, evidence-free ideology is no-platformed and subjected to a smear campaign. Children are being harmed by gender clinics, and yet when I try to blow the whistle to the child psychiatrists of the future, I'm slandered, insulted and silenced.”
Stephanie Davies-Arai said that it “Should concern everyone that the NHS has allowed unsubstantiated claims of ‘transphobia’ to influence their decisions”. She said that given the Cass Review’s interim report, “It is unconscionable of the NHS to continue to silence the voices of those who have always urged caution”.
Sunday 20th March - Leave Them Kids Alone
THE DAILY MAIL: The number of children on an NHS waiting list for ‘gender swap’ treatment has risen dramatically in recent years.
The number of children waiting for medical treatment at the controversial Tavistock and Portman Trust’s Gender Identity Clinic has risen by more than a fifth since the Covid 19 lockdowns.
Just 138 children were referred for treatment in 2010/11. That number had increased to 2,383 by 2020/21 and now, according to information uncovered by The Daily Mail, there are about 5,500 children seeking treatment for gender-related issues. Ten years ago most of the children referred for treatment were male but now the vast majority of patients are female.
Stephanie Davies-Arai of Transgender Trend explained how lockdown impacted young people with gender issues. “Life stopped really, so adolescents at that stage in their lives, where they're really searching for their identity, turn online. They're bombarded with messages about being trans and that all of their problems and insecurities and anxieties are because they're trans.”

Maggie Chapman is the Green Party MSP for North East Scotland. She is the Deputy Convener of the Equalities, Human Rights and Civil Justice Committee for the Scottish Parliament, the lead committee of the Gender Recognition Reform Bill.
Her recent interview on the political podcast, Ungagged, was littered with inaccuracies and gives major cause for concern. Chapman does not appear to understand the bill her committee is scrutinising.
The wonderful For Women Scotland have very helpfully transcribed the part of the interview during which Chapman talks about the bill. The peerless Susan Dalgety has highlighted the glaring gaps in Chapman’s knowledge in this excellent thread.
Chapman asserted that the bill will not come to the lead committee until it has passed Stage 1. WRONG. It will be with the committee (of which she is Deputy Convener) from the start of Stage 1.
Chapman stated that the bill “Seeks to make it easier for trans people to get a gender um… reassignment certificate.” WRONG. It’s called a gender recognition certificate.
Chapman claimed that the bill will allow people to change their sex on ‘personal documentation like birth certificates, passports’. WRONG. A GRC only changes a birth certificate.
Chapman stated that current legislation requires people to undergo ‘invasive and intrusive medical… um… diagnosis, medical intervention’. WRONG. The Gender Recognition Act 2004 does not require medical intervention, surgery, hormones or counselling.
Chapman insisted that “Predatory men have never needed to identify as a woman to get into women’s-only spaces”. WRONG. There is plenty of evidence to the contrary.
Furthermore, Chapman doesn’t believe that biological sex is binary and will argue her view quite vociferously.
As Susan Dalgety writes, “A key MSP charged with the serious task of scrutinising this bill does not understand even its most basic proposals. This is wrong.”
See you next week.
I’ve had to stop reading for a bit because I’m apoplectic with rage. I want to bring back the guillotine, the thumbscrews, the rack. These people are without any conscience or feelings for women and children. I wish the very worst for every one of them who is part of this outrage. I need to go and calm down.
Maggie Chapman, eh? Titanic levels of ignorance and stupidity.
