A Week in the War on Women: Monday 27th December - Sunday 2nd January
A mind-boggling collection of stories from JL
Monday 27th December - Controlling The Past
4W: Trans lobbyists are trying to censor news stories that don’t suit their agenda and numerous media outlets are letting it happen.
The Trans Journalist Association is a US lobby group with 14.5k Twitter followers. It provides ‘guidance’ on news stories pertaining to trans people and trans issues.
In recent months the TJA has been advertising its ‘Style Guide’ on social media. This document has been available since the group was set up in 2020 and appears to have considerable influence with various media outlets.
This guide insists that news stories should conceal somebody’s trans status, true sex and previous name etc. It recommends that details of a trans-related news story should be amended or deleted “If a trans person contacts a newsroom or reporter”. It states that outlets should ‘avoid giving a platform’ to ‘TERFS’, ‘gender critical feminists’ and ‘truscum’ and advises that “Narratives of detransition should be generally avoided”. It also encourages journalists to avoid stories about trans criminals.
The TJA even tries to dictate the very language which journalists should use. Of course, words and phrases relating to biological sex are deemed offensive whereas meaningless terms such as ‘cis gender’, ‘gender fluid’ and ‘assigned male/female at birth’ are actively encouraged.
One of the people who sits on the TJA’s ‘organizing committee’ is Ana Valens, a trans-identified male formerly known as Philip Wythe. He is a games journalist and creator of pornographic ‘interactive fiction games’ who makes public his rape fantasies.
Of course, he claims to be a lesbian whilst deeming actual lesbians ‘transphobic’ for rejecting males.
He recently designed a game which involves ‘breeding kink’, dominance and submission (D/s), ‘trans women having mystical leathersex’ and ‘forced oral’ (or ‘rape’ as it’s more usually called).
Tuesday 28th December - The Clocks Are Striking Thirteen In Court
THE TIMES: The guidance provided for the judiciary allows a defendant’s trans status to be concealed and dictates the use of ‘preferred pronouns’ in court.
The 540-page Equal Treatment Bench Book is produced by the Judicial College, the body responsible for training judges, and issues guidelines for dealing with trans-related issues and transgender people in court.
It dictates that a trans defendant’s true sex or transgender history should not be disclosed unless it is 'necessary and relevant to the particular legal proceedings'. Judges have been advised that they can prevent the press from reporting on a trans defendant's original name and can even keep court appearance a secret from the media. The guidance also states that a defendant’s chosen name and preferred pronouns must be used and respected.
What this article does not clarify is that the advice re pronouns has been in place for several years and, until recently, included no exceptions. The new interim ETBB, published last month, does makes certain allowances for a witness to use pronouns in accordance with the defendant’s biological sex rather than their ‘gender identity’; those giving evidence about domestic or sexual violence will not be required to call a male perpetrator 'she'.
This may seem like progress. However, as barrister, Allison Bailey, points out:
“A woman in a rape trial who is *permitted* to call her attacker ‘he’ will still be faced with everyone else, judge, barristers etc, calling him ‘she’. In a jury trial it's an unacceptable & added burden on victims that should not exist. We've allowed people to identify into a sex class to which they do not belong, absent a GRC, by legitimising pronoun use. We need to view pronoun use as subverting the law on legal sex change & not allow the judiciary to be hoodwinked into embedding & normalising gender identity theory in our courts.”
Wednesday 29th December - Bomb Threats Because T-Shirts
THE DAILY MAIL: A feminist businesswoman has suffered a barrage of violent threats from trans activists over her t-shirt designs.
Angela Wild is a French-born lesbian feminist activist and single mother. Four years ago she started her own business creating and selling t-shirts and badges bearing slogans and designs which campaign for women’s sex-based rights.
Her business was targeted by trans activists who mass-complained to Etsy, the site through which she sold her merchandise, and to her suppliers, three of whom subsequently refused to work with her. Furthermore, she was bombarded with abusive messages and threats of violence to such an extent that she was forced to contact the police on several occasions.
When Etsy banned her products, Wild set up her own website, Wild Womyn Workshop. Her business was given a tremendous boost when JK Rowling tweeted a photograph of herself wearing one of Wild’s t-shirts. But that just enraged trans activists even further and the intimidation and threats grew even worse. Wild suffered bomb threats and found that trans activists were trying to discover her home address by placing dummy orders.
“It's baffling to me that I am a woman and my right to free speech is taken away because I want to express gender critical views. My opinions aren't hurting anyone. We live in a democracy. Yet, with trans rights activists they seek to cancel you and make you feel as if you are nothing… The more we are harassed the more we will stand up and fight.”
Thursday 30th December - The Most Oppressed
4W: A Norwegian man has been given a custodial sentence after mis-gendering and insulting a trans-identified male on social media.
Earlier in the year a man known only as ‘MF’ engaged in a discussion with a trans-identified male in a Facebook discussion group about Oslo City Council. The exchange became heated and lead to MF making several personal comments regarding the other male’s gender identity.
MF was reported to the police by the other male and he was subsequently charged under Norway’s recently tightened hate speech legislation. The court rejected MF’s defence that he was exercising free speech and he was sentenced to three weeks in prison and ordered to pay a fine.
Friday 31st December - The New Dentons Document
The Transgender Law Centre has published a blueprint for trans youth acceptance which rivals the Dentons document for Machiavellian schemes and strategies.
According to its own website, The Transgender Law Centre is ‘the largest national trans-led organization’ in the US. It is also extremely well-funded and raised $6 million in 2019 alone. It has just released its ‘Messaging Guide’, Transgender Youth & The Freedom To Be Ourselves.
In 2019 The Spectator reported on a document produced by international law firm, Dentons, and written in conjunction with LGBTQI lobby group, IGLYO.
The intention was to assist trans lobby groups in affecting legislation that allows children to legally change sex. It advised trans activists to tie their campaign to a more popular human rights movement. “In Ireland, Denmark and Norway, changes to the law on legal gender recognition were put through at the same time as other more popular reforms such as marriage equality legislation. This provided a veil of protection.”
Hopping on to the coattails of the LGB liberation movement is no longer as successful as it once was for trans activists, especially with them losing significant support over males in women’s sports. Consequently, The Transgender Law Centre had to seek out a new host on which to attach its movement. And it found one; race.
Developed several years ago, the race-class narrative examines the divisive tactic of using racism to cause conflict between poor/working class people.
The Transgender Law Centre is seeking to exploit this narrative and is now peddling a version in which gender identity is erroneously aligned with race.
Kathleen Stock has spotted it.
Looks like they’re already putting their plan into action.
Saturday 1st January - Foxes In The Henhouse
4W: The American Civil Liberties Union, ACLU, is helping a dangerous male criminal to access state-funded gender reassignment surgery while in prison.
Cristina Nichole Iglesias, also known as Cristian Noel Iglesias and Kenneth R West, is a trans-identified male currently serving a 20 year prison sentence for terrorism offences.
He was already incarcerated in Miami’s Federal Detention Centre for threatening to commit acts of terrorism when he mailed a letter which he claimed contained Anthrax to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London. He later pleaded guilty to one count of threatening to use a weapon of mass destruction.
With the help of the ACLU, Iglesias was moved to a female prison in April 2021. Now the ACLU is acting on his behalf in a legal action which could make him the first federal prisoner to access state-funded gender reassignment surgery.
The ACLU has form in championing the demands of violent trans-identified male prisoners. It has facilitated a number of dangerous men, many convicted of violence and sexual violence against women - to transfer to women’s prisons.
Those men include Andre Patterson, who strangled his male cellmate to death and is accused of raping a female inmate in a women’s prison, Jordan Kuykendall, a registered sex offender who murdered his teenage ex-girlfriend, Eric D. Padilla, a registered sex offender who was recently convicted of a racially-motivated attempted murder, and Diego Melendez, a convicted killer.
Sunday 2nd January - This Never Happens
THE SUNDAY TIMES: Trans-identified males are ‘conning’ the Scottish Prison Service and abandoning their ‘gender identity’ once released from jail.
The British Journal of Criminology has just published a study by Dr Matthew Maycock of Dundee University. He worked for the Scottish Prison Service when he undertook the research at four Scottish prisons.
The report includes interviews with female inmates who fear predatory behaviour from the trans-identified males in their prisons. One woman, for example, spoke of a so-called ‘transwoman’ in her work party who “Wanted to be in this hall because he wanted to have sex with loads of lassies”.
Several women told Maycock they knew of ‘transwomen’ in the female estate who had abandoned their ‘gender identity’ once released from prison.
One prisoner described two trans-identified males housed in her prison who, following their release are both ‘back living as a man’. One of the men in question spoke to female inmates of giving up his medication while incarcerated because it affected his ability to sustain an erection.
Another woman told Maycock about a trans prisoner who frequently exposed his male genitalia. “I feel like it was a bit of an act. Because she had a beard and she didn’t try. She basically had a short back and sides… And she didn’t try to cover up her ‘down belows’.”
Criminals pulling a con in order to access female prisons then giving up their pretend identity as soon as they’re released. Something which the self-ID propogandists claim has never, could never and will never happen.
Happy new year and see you next week.
Why don't we steal the idea from The Trans Journalist Association and create a Feminists style guide. We could send the first copy to James Max at TalkRadio. I think he needs it. Could we include a statement like this "instead of referring to TERFs or gender critical feminists just use the word women"
This political ideology has permeated society from top to bottom. Big business finances this!
and
"Trans-identified males are ‘conning’ the Scottish Prison Service and abandoning their ‘gender identity’ once released from jail."
Oh really you don't say! wake up you dozy woke beggars...they are blinking criminals!
