The dominoes are falling, Graham. We need to keep at it until this dangerous and unevidenced ideology is locked safely away in a box where it belongs. Only then will women and girls feel safe. It could all have been so different if the trans community had admitted you can’t change sex and dressing as a woman doesn’t make you one. They started the nastiness and vilification and look where it’s getting them in the UK at least. Women Won’t Wheesht 💚🤍💜.

What's happened to all the highly paid feminist BBC women who were campaigning a while ago for pay parity with those male colleagues who were in receipt of even more oodles of cash for reading on air teleprompters and newsfeeds etc?

Do BBC feminist women only care about money?

Why are they silent about how the BBC has tried again and again to normalise the abuse of confused children by the trans cultists and their enablers in Stonewall?

Rise up you spoilt, perfumed BBC hackettes and stand with the ordinary, less privileged women who risk jail, their careers and livelihoods to oppose the erasure of women and girls.

It will be interesting to see if Maitlis returns to this, she was one of the women at the sharp end of the pay campaign and has now left the BBC so can say what she wants.

Flashback to 2019 when PinkNews and various others dunked on her for this: https://twitter.com/maitlis/status/1202651755441508354

Those still working for BBC news such as Sarah Montague are gagged by impartiality guidelines.

Will BBC report the latest scandal from Rochdale (where one rapist in the grooming gangs worked for the council in some sort of child protection - see Daly Mail online) or bury it the way they bury Trans stuff?

The Beeb have covered it in the lunchtime news on Radio 4.

Thank goodness for that. I see Channel 4 News didn’t get to it until 30 minutes into the prog this evening.

Maitlis was the Newsnight host the night before the BBC screened ‘Transgender Kids: Who Knows Best?’ in January 2017. It was of course too brief a segment to tell much about what she might think, but it seemed she had watched the documentary, as she seemed to show sense? The trans activist guest told slanderous porkies about a leading Canadian 'watchful waiting' clinician live on air, the other guest (Ray Blanchard) was appalled at these untruths against his not-present colleague, and I recall Maitlis handling it pretty well, given zero time. Yes, it will be interesting to see if she goes there now that she's left.

Good point.

As Karl was recently categorising feminists into real and lefty, I suspect he's very selective about the issues he'd like BBC journalists to speak up over.

Very true oh Tea-Rex person. Apart from the Trans scandal they could speak up about how open borders destroy the wages and conditions of the working class, how people who are untraceable (due to the absence of Identity Cards etc in the UK) are allowed wander into the UK and, inter alia, enforce de facto sharia law in certain areas - it is now over 20 years since the brilliant Labour MP Anne Cryer complained on BBC Newsnight that white girls in mini skirts etc were hounded off certain streets in her Keatley constituency. Nothing was done. Similar silence from the BBC women over the rape gangs of Pakistani heritage operating for years in the north of England and even as far south as Oxford! It was a male reporter on the Times who broke that story - and it’s still happening but where are the highly paid BBC female reporters?

I could go on but am in the middle of eating, what we old unsophisticated folk call, tea - Aldi organic salmon with added Soy sauce, baby potatoes and steamed broccoli (all cooked by me for myself and the lady wife) now that you ask. 😇

If Graham's reading, this is a Count Arthur Strong tribute isn't it?

I mean... what can one say after broccoli!

Enjoy your meal Karl.

Thanks Tea-Rex, you are very kind to those like me just 4 years older than Saint Bono.

God bless.

DWP leaving Stonewall is only a good thing if it is not being replaced with another organisation with the same goals and methods. Global butterflies are now in the BBC, I see their website is unavailable today so can't see how similar they are. Are they in DWP and other departments that have left Stonewall?

Thank you as always, JL. It's been a momentous week. Norway were so shit last week, so it it's good to know that sinister Shinigami (brown) eye has been outlawed. I never cared much for any of those Japanese anime graphics but now, they virtually make me want to puke

Although not a sports fan at all, I find myself so incredibly impressed with Sharon Davies, using her renown to great effect. What a woman!

It used to be one step forward two steps back but this process seems to be reversing, thank God.

Thank you, Catherine. And, yes, eyes are opening all over the shop...

I found myself saying the same thing--Davies was the right woman at the right moment with the right credentials and with ovaries of steel to make a difference!

Quite a relief to see some good news after today's report. It does seem like the tide will turn the more exposure the lunatics get so it is an absolute mystery why the SNP are so determined to push an agenda which is being discredited on a daily basis. I guess virtue signalling/pursuing identity politics & dismantling the rights of women & girls is a lot cheaper than achieving any democratically valid political goals.

Thanks JL, I needed this after your earlier War on Women article. It had me quite disheartened. I knew Bristol would be rough for the women there and I knew the police would do sweet FA but their official statement makes it sound as if both sides were screaming at each other and not one side threatening and drowning out the other side who just wanted to exercise their democratic right to meet adn had to raise their voices to be heard - which is tricky as mens voices drown out womens voices due to more volumne and the pitch anyway. I think we are a long way off winning and though some things are great - like the news here - some is not so great like the Chartered Management Institute - a global body becoiming the latest pushers of Gender ideology and promoting pronouns and "inclusive" language across their membership. Worse still they published a quote by someone which implies that those who don't comly are seen as "unsafe" - so GC people are deemed unsafe by one of the largest professional bodies for leaders and managers? Great news elsewhere though - especially forr women's sports. I can only hope that Sajid Javid succeeds in instilling some common sense back in the NHS or they will find theyr are alienating women who do not feel they can go to the NHS and get the care they deserve as it is too busy policing bodies and pronouns.

Hang in there, BlackieKat. I can see the dominos fall. And thanks so much for your kind words.

Well done and thank you once more ,JL ,for the good news supplement. Much appreciated. Pity FINA hadn't just banned MALES from competing in female sports ,because now the tras will be pushing for puberty blockers for even younger children. Some states in the USA are doing this already !! I wouldn't trust the SNP and their allies to resist ANYTHING Stonewall etc alia lobby for. Keep it up ,JL. Forewarned is forearmed 💪💪💪👍👏💘

Thanks so much, Susan. I have every intention of keeping it up! ;-)

I thought the same, Susan, when I heard that children who transitioned before puberty could still take part in the opposite sex’s sports etc.

What is there to stop stupid or perverted parents bringing the child abroad to get stuff cut off etc.

Or what is to stop totalitarian states like China, Russia, Cuba etc from picking suitably physically advantaged boys (I assume no girls would be suitable for modifying for boys’ sports?) under 12 to feed full of blockers, chop off their bits and then ‘transition’ them into female sports?
