Monday 25th April - These Are Not Our Crimes
THE DUNDEE COURIER: A trans-identified male appeared in court to admit to charges of acting in a threatening or abusive manner.
Alannah Morgan is a 50-year-old trans-identified male who is recorded in the court roles as also being known as Alan. He appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court on Friday to admit to charges of acting in a threatening or abusive manner.
On 23rd March police apprehended Morgan behaving violently outside the hostel where he’d been living for the previous five months. After being asked to leave the hostel, he ‘lost the plot’ and started shouting and swearing at staff, kicking waste bins and flinging a skateboard around.
Morgan then acted aggressively during the journey to the police station, making offensive remarks to police officers, exposing his buttocks and hitting the interior cell wall of the police vehicle. He also pulled down his trousers and exposed his genitals. In court, his solicitor argued that exposing himself was ‘not a sexual act’ but ‘a demonstration’ during an argument over gender.
This report in The Courier describes Morgan as ‘a woman’ and refers to him with female pronouns throughout.
Prior to his appearance in court, Morgan had been held on remand in Cornton Vale, a women’s prison.

TIMES OF INDIA: A trans-identified male has been charged with sexually assaulting and robbing a woman in a female-only space.
23-year-old Prafulla Panchal is a trans-identified male who calls himself Sania. He was arrested in Mumbai following an incident on a local train. He boarded the female-only carriage and sat opposite his victim. Once the uniformed guard had left the carriage, at around 6am, Panchal began making lewd remarks. He then produced a gun (later found to be fake) from his handbag, threatened his victim and snatched 4,000 rupees (about £40) from her. He then sexually assaulted her before leaving the train.
His victim had the foresight to secretly record her attacker with her phone and, when she reported the incident to the police, they were able to use this footage to locate Panchal. They arrested him for extortion and molestation.
Tuesday 26th April - This Never Happens #2
NEW YORK POST: A trans-identified male was sentenced to seven years for raping a female inmate while incarcerated in a women’s prison.
Ramel Blount, a 33-year-old prisoner with previous arrests for assault, claims to ‘identify as female’. He was housed in the Rose M. Singer Centre, the women’s facility in the Rikers Island prison complex. In February last year, he raped a female inmate in a prison bathroom where his victim was using the shower.
Investigators reported that Blount approached his victim from behind, held her down by the neck and raped her. The woman reported the attack and the results of a rape kit matched Blount’s DNA.
Blount was initially charged with first-degree rape, sexual misconduct, first-degree sexual assault, and sexual touching. However, he accepted a plea deal and pleaded guilty to attempted rape. He received a seven-year sentence with an additional eight years of post-release supervision, was issued with an order of protection and will be required to register as a sex offender.
Wednesday 27th April - Leave Them Kids Alone
Proposed legislation in Ohio which would protect children from experimental medical treatment is under threat.
The Ohio House Bill 454, The Save Adolescents from Experimentation (SAFE) Act, was introduced 5 months ago. The bill states: “It is of grave concern to the general assembly that the medical community is allowing individuals (children) who experience distress at identifying with their biological sex to be subjects of irreversible, permanently sterilizing genital gender reassignment surgery, despite the lack of studies showing that the benefits of such extreme interventions outweigh the risks.”
This legislation would, if passed, introduce a variety of measures to protect children from unnecessary medicalization and experimental treatment. Such protections are urgently required in Ohio which currently has seven gender clinics where children with gender issues are sent down a pathway of hormones and surgery.
Unfortunately, the bill is in jeopardy. State Representative, Susan Manchester, has decided to table the bill in order to work on her election campaign instead of organising the hearings she hitherto promised.

Thursday 28th April - I Can’t Believe It’s Not Satire #1
THE TELEGRAPH: Midwifery students are being trained to assist males giving birth in a guide that experts have warned is riddled with ‘anatomical fiction’.
Students of midwifery at Edinburgh Napier University are being taught that they may need to assist a ‘birthing person’ who has male genitalia and a prostate gland.
A module guide about providing safe care in childbirth told students, “It is important to note that while most times the birthing person will have female genitalia, you may be caring for a pregnant or birthing person who is transitioning from male to female and may still have external male genitalia”.
It went on, “You need to be familiar with the catheterisation procedure for both female and male anatomy… Male persons should be warned of discomfort as the deflated balloon passes through the prostate gland”. It also talks about “Ensuring the scrotal area is covered”.
Since the story was first published by Reduxx, the guide has been edited. Now, however, it is even more confusing as it suggests that midwives may be caring for biological females who have a penis.
Several experts have criticised the university, describing this course material as ‘remarkably ignorant’ and ‘dangerous’.
Kat Barber, the co-founder of the Sex Not Gender Nurses and Midwives group told The Telegraph, “This policy reads to me as though it is inclusive to the point of nonsense…What's more concerning is that the students have had to take to journalism to ask questions about it, which tells me a lot about the state that our nursing and midwifery institutions are in, who should be able to ask questions”.
Friday 29th April - Your Name Will Also Go On The List
THE POST MILLENNIAL: Trans activists drew up a ‘transphobe list’, targeting gender critical Twitter accounts, mostly women, to have them reported and banned.
Around 4000 Twitter accounts were intentionally targeted by a ‘Report a transphobe’ list produced and maintained by trans activists. The intention was to identify gender critical voices and have them banned from the platform by making them the subject of mass reporting.
In addition to the rundown of names, the list tallies how many accounts have been suspended or permanently banned from Twitter. It also instructs users on how to find and report gender critical tweets.
And it seems that ‘the wrong sort of trans’ people are also deemed actionable.

THE DAILY MAIL: A former Girlguiding leader has described being vilified and shunned because she tried to safeguard the girls in her care.
Dr Katie Alcock is a senior lecturer in psychology at Lancaster University and has two children. For a decade she volunteered her time for the Girlguiding organisation and led a flourishing unit.
In 2017 Girlguiding introduced a ‘trans inclusive’ policy which allows boys who believe themselves to be girls to be members. Even more alarmingly, it allows adult males, even those who have not undergone any medical treatment, to be Girlguiding volunteers if they ‘identify as female’ (or claim to).
Katie was immediately concerned about girls sharing sleeping accommodation or bathroom facilities with adult males, conscious that predators could easily exploit this policy. She was also concerned how this directive would affect the girls from certain faiths and cultures for whom sharing spaces with males is impossible. Moreover, she knows that it is not possible for humans to change sex and, therefore, opening up membership to trans-identified males would mean that Girlguiding is no longer the single-sex organisation it purports to be.
Katie tried to discuss her concerns with Girlguiding but was told they had consulted Stonewall and were following the law. She wrote to Girlguiding's HQ to question why there had been no consultation on this policy. She was informed, emphatically, that the regulations had been decided and there would be no further communication.
Katie set up a private social media group to discuss this issue with a small number of other leaders. One of them made a complaint about her views. She was then subjected to a four-month inquiry during which she was interrogated by Girlguiding’s human resources investigator. “It was like being questioned by the secret police in some totalitarian state”, she told the Daily Mail. “I felt like a criminal.”
The inquiry concluded that Katie had breached Girlguiding’s social media rules and had broken its ‘code of conduct’ by refusing to adhere to its policy on transgender inclusion. She was summoned to a meeting with the organisation's County Commissioner and given an ultimatum; she could rescind her views or lose her post. She refused to back down and was subsequently expelled from the organisation at which she had been a loyal and hard-working volunteer for over a decade.
Eventually, Katie took legal action in order to pursue a discrimination case against Girlguiding. The case was settled out of court last week with Girlguiding issuing ‘an apology of sorts’ and agreeing to pay a proportion of Katie's legal costs. However, their ‘diversity’ policy hasn’t changed and they are still ‘proudly’ inclusive of males.
Katie has been invited her to re-join the organisation but she is unlikely to do so. “I'm not enthusiastic about running a unit any more”, she told the paper. “In fact, I feel quite cynical about the organisational side of Girlguiding.”
As well she might. While Katie was forced to protest her expulsion through legal action, we learned about the trans-identified male Girlguiding leader who posted social media photographs of himself toting a rifle, flaunting his ‘boobs’ and posing in a leather bondage dress.
Saturday 30th April - Leave Them Kids Alone #2
THE TELEGRAPH: The heads of the Tavistock & Portman clinic have severed ties with parents of gender-distressed children, claiming they promote ‘transphobic’ views.
Bayswater Support Group is an organisation supporting about 400 parents of children who identify as as trans, many of whom are patients at the Tavistock. Last year they complained to the trust about ‘defamatory’ comments made about them by a GIDS clinician in a social media group.
Following an investigation, Paul Jenkins, the trust’s chief executive, threw out the complaint, stating that the clinician was commenting in a personal capacity. In his official response to the group, Jenkins accused it of a ‘clear lack of balance’ and criticised links to gender critical sites, such as Transgender Trend, on its website. He told parents that it would be ‘difficult’ for the trust to work with them in the future.
The Bayswater group then escalated its complaint to the chairman of the Tavistock, Professor Paul Burstow. However, he replied to say that he did not see any reason to overturn the decision. He told parents that their group is ‘not neutral’ and that its website containing ‘transphobic’ links “Makes it more difficult to have a constructive dialogue”.
A spokesperson for Bayswater Support Group told The Telegraph, “We are surprised that an NHS clinic refuses to engage with parents on ideological grounds, especially when our concerns are evidence-based and reflect many of the issues raised in the recent Cass Review interim statement. Why are the views of groups such as Mermaids and Stonewall taken into account, but not ours?”.

THE TELEGRAPH: Trans-identified males have been advised to phone the emergency services if asked to leave women-only spaces.
Last month the EHRC ruled that trans-identified males can be excluded from female-only spaces if there is legitimate cause, such as protecting privacy and dignity. However, Mermaids seems to believe they know better than the EHRC. They have issued a help-sheet called ‘Single-sex spaces: know your rights’ which advises trans-identified males to telephone the emergency services and dialling 999 if being asked to vacate female-only facilities makes them feel ‘unsafe’.
Amanda Jones is a barrister specialising in equality law. She told The Telegraph, “Mermaids appears to advise ignoring the EHRC’s advice, but then relies upon assertions about the law which are unclear and dubious”.
Last year Mermaids was fined £25,000 for failing to keep the personal data of its users secure. It has been linked to disgraced GP, Helen Webberley, and offshore clinic, GenderGP, in the news recently for selling puberty blockers to minors online without parental consent. No surprise, therefore, that this spurious advice is being described as ‘grossly irresponsible’ by actual legal experts.

An 18-year-old male has been arrested and charged with 12 felony crimes related to child pornography and luring a minor.
Kellen Nicholson was arrested following a month-long investigation by the Portland Police Bureau’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit. Police say that he groomed a 13-year-old victim via online chat rooms and they believe that he purposefully targeted the child because of their ‘LGBTQ2S+ identity’. Police also determined that Nicholson possessed and duplicated child pornography.
He was arrested for five counts of first-degree encouraging sex abuse, five counts of second-degree encouraging sex abuse, luring a minor and second-degree online sexual corruption of a child.
According to journalist, Andy Ngô, Nicholson is a trans-identified male who has posted photographs of himself invading female toilets to social media.
There is certainly a Facebook profile linked to a Kellen Nicholson from Portland who describes himself a ‘transfem lesbian’.
Sunday 1st May - The British Police Farce
THE DAILY MAIL: The College of Policing is promoting mixed sex facilities and urging police forces to become a ‘Stonewall Champion’.
In a recruitment drive to attract new officers, the College of Policing has issued a jargon-filled ‘equality manifesto’.
Forces and universities offering professional policing courses are being advised to ‘consider introducing gender neutral facilities’ to cater for trans-identified candidates. The manifesto also urges police forces to join one of Stonewall’s schemes.
The Norfolk Constabulary was in the news today after a freedom of information request revealed the contents of its guide called ‘The + in LGBT’.
This guide has been issued to police officers and staff to assist them when dealing with the public. Not only does the guide list 37 different sexual and gender identities - such as maverique, grey gender, varioriented and polygender - it uses the wholly discredited ‘genderbread person’ diagram.
Norfolk Police declined to say whether or not this waste of tax payers’ money was produced in-house or by an external organisation.
Meanwhile, another Freedom of Information request revealed that the Devon and Cornwall Police Force “Do not have a specific definition of ‘women and girls’”. Furthermore, a male sex offender will be recorded according to his self-declared ‘gender identity’ rather than his sex, rendering their statistice meaningless.

4W: UK women forced to share prison accommodation with trans identified males have shared their stories with Andreia Nobre.
One of these women, Annie, is a rape and sexual assault survivor. She was terrified when she was housed in a prison with two trans-identified males. One of these prisoners was incarcerated for violence against his female partner and Annie described him as ‘over 6ft and very heavy’ with a male voice and male clothing. The other was a convicted murderer. Neither had been through and kind of physical transition process and both had fully intact male bodies.
Annie was so frightened of being raped while incarcerated that she requested a contraceptive coil from the prison medic.
Female prisoners were forced to share the communal shower facilities with these trans-identified male inmates. Annie said that some of the women chose not to shower at all rather than risk having to share the facilities with them. On one occasion, Annie was locked in a holding cell with one of the males despite there being no prison officer present. She said that female prisoners dare not protest as they face punishments such as having their privileges and visitation withdrawn if they do. They can even be ‘literally evicted for using the wrong pronoun’ and sent to another prison miles away from their families.
“There is no escaping these men from morning until night and unless women refuse to work and remain in their cells they can't be safe… How is it possible that in a female prison, I would need to worry about being attacked and/or raped by a man?”

The folks at Napier University really have lost tge plot if they think that men with prostate and a penis can get pregnant. In fact, should such people have anything to do with teaching nurses since they don't understand basic biology?
