Monday 5th February - The CPS in the Shadows
GB NEWS: The Crown Prosecution Service held secret meetings with Stonewall and Mermaids when developing its ‘sex by deception’ prosecution policy.
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is the publicly-funded body that prosecutes serious crime in England and Wales. It has been revealed that the CPS held secret meetings with trans lobby groups, Mermaids and Stonewall, prior to making recommendations which all but erased ‘sex by deception’ prosecutions.
Lawyer and director of The Gay Men’s Network, Dennis Noel Kavanagh, appeared on GB News programme, Free Speech Nation [1.37.16] to discuss this issue with Andrew Doyle. He began by explaining that ‘sex by deception’ is a very serious criminal offence in which someone lies about their biological sex to a sexual partner. Such cases are rare but, when they do occur, often involve victims who are young, naive and/or vulnerable.
In 2022, the CPS introduced a radical new policy with regard to the ‘deception as to gender’ section of the Rape and Serious Sexual Offences (RASSO) legal guide. Very unusually, this new consultation advises reasons not to prosecute a defendant. It not only instructs prosecutors that ‘gender identity’ is real, but states that if a defendant claims to have a ‘gender identity’ and, in the words of the policy, is ‘living as’ the opposite sex, then they should not be prosecuted. Furthermore, in a shocking display of victim-blaming, the policy advises that the defendant should not be prosecuted if the victim had ignored ‘the obvious’.
The CPS initially refused to name the organisations with which it had consulted. However, thanks to the dogged tenacity and hard work of social media user, ‘Gill’ (@thespiralquirk), The Information Commissioner’s Office finally forced the CPS to reveal the groups with whom it had engaged in consultation.
Among the numerous organisations named were Stonewall and Mermaids. (At the time of the consultations, Mermaids was engaged in a - subsequently unsuccessful - legal attempt to shut down the LGB Alliance.) The CPS also consulted with Gendered Intelligence and the Scottish Trans Alliance, the latter being an unusual choice given that the RASSO guidance applies only to England and Wales.
As Dennis explained, the influence of trans lobby groups on the CPS consultation is self-evident. The policy demonstrates an uncritical adoption of the language and agenda of trans ideology. It mentions, for example, people being ‘gender queer’ and ‘non-binary’ and of sex being ‘assigned at birth’. It even contains comments about the provision of gender identity health care services for children, a subject way beyond the remit of a legal guide on Rape and Serious Sexual Offences legislation.
“It’s institutional capture. The DPP [Director of Public Prosecutions] needs to get a hold of this because we can’t have confidence in an ideologically captured public service that’s supposed to be independent.”

THE DAILY MAIL: A therapist whistleblower in the US has spoken of being pressured into automatically affirming the ‘gender identity’ of even very traumatised and vulnerable children.
Tamara Pietzke is a 36-year-old mother of three and former therapist. After graduating from the University of Washington with a master’s in social work, she worked as a therapist for over a decade, most recently for MultiCare, one of the largest health care providers in Washington state.
Last month Tamara left the profession and is now making public her experiences. Writing in The Free Press, she described being forced to adhere to the ‘affirmation only’ model when dealing with gender-confused kids, even those with extreme vulnerabilities and co-morbidities.
She had to attend mandatory training on so-called ‘gender-affirming care’. When she asked the instructor “Why 70 to 80 percent of female adolescents diagnosed with gender dysphoria have prior mental health diagnoses”, she was reprimanded for spreading ‘misinformation on trans kids’ and ‘demonstrating a hostility toward trans folks’.
Told to ‘throw out’ her medical training and offer only ‘gender affirming care’, Tamara was expected to sign off any child’s request for puberty blockers and/or sex change surgeries immediately and without investigating the cause of their distress. Some of the children she saw who claimed trans identities also demonstrated a range of other issues, including anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts, and some had suffered mental and/or physical abuse.
“I was getting the message from my supervisors that when a young person I was seeing expressed discomfort with their gender—the diagnostic term is gender dysphoria—I should throw out all my training… No matter the patient's history or other mental health conditions that could be complicating the situation, I was simply to affirm that the patient was transgender and even approve the start of a medical transition.”
One of her clients was a 13-year-old girl who had a number of mental health issues - depression, PTSD, anxiety and intermittent explosive disorder - in addition to expressing feelings of gender dysphoria. She had also suffered physical and sexual abuse and was on the autism spectrum. Tamara was strongly encouraged to write a letter recommending cross-sex hormone treatment for the girl. Such a letter is a pre-requisite of the patient’s gender clinic, Mary Bridge Children's Gender Health Clinic in Tacoma, Washington, which is operated, of course, by MultiCare, Tamara’s employer.
Tamara was reluctant to sign off on hormone treatment for such a vulnerable child so early into her therapy. Consequently, she was was reprimanded by her superiors and accused of having ‘personal biases about trans kids’. The girl was removed from her care and sent to an alternative therapist. When she emailed a MultiCare programme manager to express her concerns, Tamara was instructed that a child’s trauma history has no bearing on whether or not she should receive hormone treatment.
Although scared to speak out at first, Tamara says, “That fear pales in comparison to my strong belief that we can no longer medicalize youth and cause them potentially irreversible harm.. Nothing will change unless people like me—who know the risks of medicalizing troubled young people—blow the whistle. I am desperate to help my patients. And I believe, if I don't speak out, I will have betrayed them”.

THE DAILY MAIL: Trans activists tried to disrupt an event at which Bethany Hamilton and Riley Gaines were appearing.
Women’s rights champions, swimmer, Riley Gaines, and surfing legend, Bethany Hamilton, appeared at a ‘story hour’ event hosted by a Missouri library this week. Hundreds of families were in attendance to hear the two sportswomen share their stories and read from children’s books.
A group of trans activists descended on the library and, according to The Washington Examiner, “Made their presence known with random disturbances”. The Daily Mail reports that the trans activists dispersed throughout the audience and heckled the speakers.
In 2003, Bethany Hamilton, then just 13 years old, survived a terrifying and near-fatal attack by a 4 metre tiger shark in which she lost her left arm at the shoulder. Despite this life-altering injury, she overcame insurmountable odds to become one of the world’s best loved and most successful surfers.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the Atlantic, trans activist, Charlie Craggs, was interviewed on ITV News about remarks made by Rishi Sunak in the House of Commons this week. (Sunak was mocking Keir Starmer’s belief that some women have a penis.) Craggs told ITV News that Sunak should ‘kill himself’.
And then he bragged about making the comment on his Instagram account.
This is the right side of history, apparently.
Tuesday 6th February - This Never Happens #1
THE ADVERTISER: A trans-identified male TikTok celebrity in Australia has been convicted of numerous child sexual offences.
46-year-old Rachel Queen Burton was an Australian TikTok celebrity with around 36,000 followers. He is the father of four children but described himself on his social media accounts as ‘a proud trans woman’ who is ‘living my best life with no regrets’.
In many of his TikTok videos he was scantily clad, lip-syncing to songs and/or dancing provocatively. In one video he mouthed along to a clip from the film Jumanji - “Oh my God there is literally a penis attached to my body right now” - while pulling down his Denim shorts to reveal his pink underwear.
In another video Burton bragged about receiving his new birth certificate which gives him legal female status.
In October 2022 Burton was arrested on eight charges including gross indecency and producing child exploitation material. He initially denied all charges.
This week, Burton appeared in Adelaide District Court and pleaded guilty to aggravated counts of producing and possessing child exploitation material, gross indecency and indecent assault. The offences occurred at various locations around South Australia in 2019, prior to Burton becoming an internet celebrity.
The court heard harrowing statements from Burton’s two victims, a boy and a girl, and from their mother and older brother.
The children’s mother told Burton, “You are a gross, phoney, self-indulgent thing who has cheated my children out of so much… You can wear any mask you like, but the truth is out and everybody knows who you really are, finally”. She also spoke of Burton stalking her family, forcing them into homelessness, and she described him as a ‘monster’.
Burton’s victims spoke of their terror at his hands. “I felt like a bird trapped in a cage, all I wanted was to be free”, said the girl. “I still worry that you will find me.” The boy said he struggled to sleep at night due to his chronic nightmares. “I'm always worried you are going to turn up somewhere, and this makes me feel terrified.”
Judge Rauf Soulio remanded Burton in custody for further sentencing submissions in April.

In another story from Australia, a male suspect wanted for domestic violence offences is hiding behind his ‘gender identity’.
Sutherland Shire is an area in the state of New South Wales, Australia. This week the Sutherland Shire Police Force posted to its Facebook page that it is seeking the whereabouts of a ‘Rebecca’ Spencer who is wanted on domestic violence charges.
‘Rebecca’ (formerly Michael) is quite clearly a man.
Wednesday 7th February - This Never Happens #2
REDUXX: A trans-identified male paedophile who abused a baby in his care has avoided a prison sentence by agreeing a plea deal.
25-year-old trans-identified male, Maria Childers, was employed at a children’s day-care centre in Paducah, Kentucky when he was accused of abusing a baby in his care there in November 2022.
Local news station, WPSA, reported that police became involved in February 2023 after the Department of Community Based Services (DCBS) received an anonymous call from a witness, reportedly one of Childers’ colleagues at the facility. This witness accused Childers of sexually abusing a baby while he was changing the child’s nappy.
Reduxx obtained the citation from the Paducah Police Department which detailed the complaint (referring to Childers with female pronouns). According to the citation, Childers was changing a baby’s nappy and a co-worker was concerned he was harming the child as the infant appeared to be in distress. The witness reported that Childers rubbed the infant’s genital area in a ‘circular motion’ and then commented, “That was her clit area and she likes it. It just made her day”.
Following the initial complaint, a police officer and a DCBS case worker visited the daycare centre to interview witnesses. After speaking to a number of staff, they were able to corroborate the anonymous report. Childers was subsequently arrested and charged with one count of 1st Degree Sexual Abuse of a Victim Under 12 and three counts of 1st Degree Criminal Abuse of a Child Under 12.
Childers’ sex was initially recorded as male by both police and prison. However, documentation obtained by Reduxx reveals that is was later altered to ‘female’ at McCracken County Jail.
The lawyer Childers chose to defend him is a prominent trans activist, Madison Leach, who began ‘identifying as a woman’ six years ago.
Leach submitted a motion to reduce Childers’ bond, complaining that he did not have access to oestrogen while in solitary confinement at McCracken County Jail. Eventually, the motion was approved and Childers’ bond was reduced from $100,000 to $5,000 surety. Childers was released from custody in January 2024.
It appears that Childers then struck a plea deal with prosecutors. In exchange for pleading guilty, his charge of 1st Degree Sexual Abuse of a Victim Under 12 was amended to Class A Misdemeanour Sexual Misconduct, and the remaining charges were dropped. Childers was given a 12-month penalty, but the judge withheld sentencing and imposed a conditional discharge for 6 months. If Childers abides by the court’s conditions during this six-month period, he will avoid incarceration and may not even receive a criminal record.

THE DAILY MAIL: Helen Joyce’s book on gender ideology was removed from a display at Swansea University’s library following one single complaint.
Dr Helen Joyce’s award-winning and best-selling book, Trans: When Ideology Meets Reality, is a detailed analysis and critique of the tenets and aims of trans activism.
This week, staff at Swansea University’s library removed it from a temporary display intended to mark LGBT+ History Month after a complaint was made about its inclusion. That’s one complaint from among the 20,415 students currently enrolled at the university. The Daily Mail reports that the book was removed within an hour of staff being notified of that one complaint.
Thursday 8th February - A Room Of One’s Own
HERALD SUN: Teenage girls at an elite private boarding school in Australia are expected to share their sleeping accommodation with a trans-identified male.
Geelong Grammar School is an elite private school in the state of Victoria, Australia. It is co-educational, offers primary and secondary education and accepts both day and boarding pupils.
This week, it was reported that a ‘furious father’ removed his daughter from the school when he discovered she was expected to share a dormitory with a trans-identified male. The girl was to have boarded at Geelong’s Timbertop campus, at which the school fees are around $84,000 per annum. The boy who was to share her sleeping accommodation is described as ‘transitioning from male to female’ and is a long-term boarder at the school.
School Principal, Rebecca Cody, commented, “We are very open about being an inclusive community and supporting all of our students, including those identifying as LGBTQI+… Our inclusivity policy makes it clear we will respect a student's gender identity, and that gender identity will be considered when assigning a student to a boarding environment”.
The Geelong Grammar School website makes clear that its Timbertop Campus is for Year 9 pupils only. Although there can be slight variations between the states, in Australia most children in Year 9 are between 14 and 15 years old. Geelong expects adolescent girls to share their sleeping accommodation with a teenage boy.
Also Today - The Love That Still Dare Not Speak Its Name
THE DAILY MAIL: Former gay hook-up app, Grindr, now appears to deem same sex-attraction ‘transphobic’.
Grindr is a location-based dating and social networking app. It bills itself as “The world’s largest app for gay, bi, trans, and queer people” but it is, and has been since its launch in 2009, predominantly used by gay men.
As documented on social media by @TransHomophobia, the site’s policy will not allow users to search specifically for those of the same sex.
The app claims that allowing users to filter out those trans-identified (and therefore ensure the sex of a prospective sexual partner) would “Further perpetuate discrimination and harm for the trans and non binary community”. It goes on to claim that “Trans men are men and trans women are women”. Grindr clearly expects gay men to accept heterosexual women into their dating pool.
Of course, the site does allow users to search specifically for trans-identified partners and claims that it is “Critical for this community to be able to find each other easily”.
Friday 9th February - I Can’t Believe It’s Not Satire
REDUXX: A transit police force in Canada claimed not to know that a suspected sex offender is male, despite having a sample of his semen.
In the early morning hours of August 2023, a woman was sexually assaulted in the Central SkyTrain Station in Surrey, Vancouver. She was travelling on the escalator when the perpetrator approached from behind and assaulted her.
The perpetrator has still not been apprehended and on 8th February, The Metro Vancouver Transit Police issued a press release, asking for assistance in tracking him down. They described the suspect as being 30 – 40 years of age, 5’10’ – 6’ tall, with a dark complexion and slender build and wearing a wig with long, dark wavy hair, a light t-shirt, black biker shorts and light coloured running shoes.
The press release failed to mention one very salient detail about the suspected predator; his sex.
In a recorded telephone conversation, journalist, Amy Hamm, spoke to Constable Amanda Steed of the Metro Vancouver Transit Police about this incident. Steed said the transit police does not know if the suspect is male or female. She commented, “The video evidence shows someone who… would appear female, who is female presenting, but the physical evidence is that of a genetic male”. In an email to Reduxx, the transit police later confirmed that the physical evidence they discovered is the suspect’s semen.
When asked if the victim was raped, Constable Steed replied, “The suspect we believe does have a penis. But the video shows someone who appears to be female presenting, so that’s why we left the gender out. Because we weren’t really sure how this person identifies—we didn’t want to get it wrong”.
A suspect’s preferred pronouns are the most important concern to police when a dangerous sex offender is at large. We are truly through the looking glass.

LIMERICK POST: Barbie Kardashian is to appear in court yet again over making threats of violence against two women in Limerick.
We have written numerous times about extremely violent and ‘homicidal’ trans-identified male, Barbie Kadashian. The 22-year-old has fifteen previous convictions for offences including sexual assault, assault causing harm, causing criminal damage to property and threats to kill. He attacked his mother when he was just 10 years old and was subsequently remanded to special care at Coovagh House secure youth facility. There he displayed violent and ‘sexualized’ behavior towards female staff.
When he was 13 years old, Kardashian assaulted a female care worker who had been driving him home from a court appearance. Without warning or provocation, he attacked the woman from the back seat of the car, tearing her eyelids with his nails and pulling out clumps of her hair. He also wrapped his legs around the victim’s head and chest and bit her on the hand. He later told Gardaí officers that it had been music to his ears to hear the woman scream and cry.
Even though he has not received any hormone treatment or physical alteration, thanks to Ireland’s self-ID laws, Kardashian was able to change his legal sex to ‘female’ shortly before he left the secure unit in 2020.
In May 2022, Kardashian was found guilty of seven counts of threatening to kill or cause serious harm to his mother. He was finally sentenced in March 2023 and will serve five and a half years in prison with the sentence backdated to May 2022.
Kardashian was originally incarcerated in Limerick’s female prison. However, following his repeated threats to rape and injure female staff members, he was transferred to a male facility in July 2023. According to a prison source who spoke to the Irish Mirror, Kardashian was deemed ‘extremely violent towards women’ and considered a ‘huge threat’ to inmates and staff.
Kardashian was back in court this week, accused of a total of four counts of making threats to kill or cause serious harm.
According to an indictment brought by the Director of Public Prosecutions, he is alleged to have made a threats to kill or cause serious harm to Tegan McGhee and Roisin Linnane, intending for them to believe that the threats against them would be carried out. He was remanded to appear before Limerick Circuit Criminal Court for trial on all four charges on 8th April.
Saturday 10th February - These Our Not Our Crimes #2
The police and local media outlets reported that a ‘woman’ has been charged with child sex offences when, in truth, the suspect is male.
This week The Oxford Mail ran a headline that a ‘Whitney woman’ had been charged with child sexual abuse offences. The article continued, “A 51-year-old woman has been charged after a teenage boy was allegedly sexually assaulted in a town centre”.
The incident happened on 7th February in Witney, Oxfordshire. On 9th February, Osareen Omoruyi was charged with two counts each of sexual assault by penetration and causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
Despite the charges involving ‘sexual assault by penetration’, The Oxford Mail refers to the suspect as a ‘woman’ throughout its article.
Similarly, The Witney Gazette ran the same story, describing Osareen Omoruyi as a woman and using female pronouns with which to refer to him.
The Thames Valley Police press release also describes Osareen Omoruyi as a woman.
But Omoruyi is not a woman; he’s a trans identified male and the public are being lied to by their press and their police about a suspected sex offender. What an unforgivable insult to the victim.
Sunday 11th February - Physician, Reveal Thyself
THE TELEGRAPH: Over 77 doctors have registered a ‘change of gender’ with the GMC, raising fears that clinicians are able to conceal their true sex from patients.
Over the past 20 years at least 77 doctors have altered their ‘gender’ on the General Medical Council (GMC) register. Only two of these 77 medics notified the GMC that they hold a gender recognition certificate (GRC). This has led to fears that doctors are being permitted to ‘self-identify’ their sex and that patients are being treated by clinicians of the opposite sex without their knowledge or permission.

The data was requested by Labour’s Baroness Hayter. Writing to the Baroness, the chair of the GMC, Professor Dame Carrie MacEwen, stated that, “The data on the published register may not reflect, in all cases, a doctor’s sex at birth… We believe that patients who want to see a doctor of a particular sex or gender are more likely to seek, and be able to obtain this information, from their local healthcare providers – not from our register.” This means that patients may not be able learn if their doctor is male or female from the GMC’s official register but will have to rely on their doctor’s veracity.
The GMC said that it stopped requiring a GRC from doctors in 2010 “Because many found it difficult to secure one”. It went on to say, “The doctor’s entry on the medical register in their previous name, gender and GMC number will in most cases remain, unless there is a risk of disclosing their transgender status which has legal protection”.
Baroness Hayter responded, “While welcoming the ability of any doctor to live in their chosen gender, this must not overwrite patients’ rights. Any patient must be able to ask for a medic of their own biological sex and not be faced, without their consent, by a biological man. I am concerned that the GMC, by putting doctors’ interests above those of patients, is failing in its statutory duty”.
Maya Forstater told The Telegraph, “The General Medical Council’s handling of this issue is chilling and demonstrates that it prioritises trans identities over the safety and wellbeing of female patients. If a woman has been told that she will be examined by a female doctor, then it is a violation of her consent for her to find herself with a man posing as a woman… This policy disregards women’s human rights and puts women at risk of state-sanctioned sexual assault”.

So infuriating and depressing that these sexual deviants are still being presented in the media, and in police reporting as 'she/her/woman'. It is shocking that this outrageous lie continues. The images of these ghouls are the stuff of nightmares and horror movies.
I just do not know what to make of the young women zealots objecting to sheroes Riley Gaines and Bethany Hamilton. We can only hope they experience guilt and deep embarrassment in the not-too-distant future for their naivety and blind faith in the cult. Thank you for keeping us up-to-date JL. They already thought gender ideology was all nonsense but had no idea the scale of it, and how captured our institutions are.
