Monday 15th April - The Clocks Are Striking 13 At The CSP

REDUXX: The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy has announced a new ‘trans’ policy which enforces adherence to gender identity ideology.

The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), is “The professional, educational and trade union body for the UK's 65,000 chartered physiotherapists, physiotherapy students and support workers”. Last week the CSP launched a ‘definitive position statement on transphobia’, stating, “The CSP opposes transphobia. We are committed to eradicating it from our profession”.

That would be all well and good were it not for the CSP definition of ‘transphobia’ which is woolly, open-ended and includes adherence to sex realism. “Defining specific discrimination, including transphobia, is complex because discrimination is expressed and experienced in many ways”, it says. “There is no definitive list of transphobic behaviours but it includes, for example, the questioning of a transgender person's gender identity.”

It goes on to define ‘transphobia’ as “The fear or dislike of someone based on the fact they are transgender, including denying their gender identity or refusing to accept it”.

It makes very clear that any refusal to swallow the gender cult rhetoric will be considered ‘transphobia’.

The CSP acknowledges that sex and gender reassignment are legally protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010. But it goes on to say that “Respecting the human rights of gender non-conforming, transgender, transsexual, genderqueer and non-cis people must go beyond just observing the law as it currently stands. Respecting people’s chosen gender and identity is fundamental”.

In a section headed ‘Regulation of physiotherapists’, the CSP lists the rules set for its members by the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), the regulatory body for UK physiotherapists. One of the regulations instructs members to tell tales on colleagues should their opinions on gender be found wanting.

“You must raise concerns about colleagues if you think that they are treating people unfairly and/or their personal values, biases and beliefs have led them to discriminate against service users, carers and/or colleagues or they have detrimentally impacted the care, treatment or other services that they provide.”

This is deeply concerning giving that the CSP, openly ignoring UK law, believes that ‘discrimination’ can simply be a refusal to pander to someone’s self-declared ‘gender identity’ and/or a belief in biological reality. So, presumably, a female CSP member objecting to sharing toilet or changing facilities with a man who claims to be a woman will be deemed ‘transphobic’ and could face disciplinary action.

Furthermore, the CSP states that it is committed to showing ‘allyship’ outside the profession and this will include opposing ‘conversion therapy’. (This was published after The Cass Review Final Report.) It also quotes the ‘advice’ of its Equality Diversity and Belonging Committee, promising not to “Hold or take positions on the following issues: trans athletes, single sex services outside healthcare or gender recognition legislation”.

God help any female CSP members who need their trade union to support their legal sex-based rights in the future.

Tuesday 16th April - Physician Heal Thyself

James Esses revealed the extent to which a London NHS Trust has been ideologically captured by gender zealots.

Social commentator, journalist and co-founder of Thoughtful Therapists, James Esses, was contacted by a whistle-blower who works at the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. Esses was supplied with the trust’s ‘Policy to support trans staff, patients and service users’ and has detailed its contents on his site.

The policy makes clear from the outset that staff not adhering to its diktats could face serious consequences. It tells them they are “Expected to behave in line with Trust values at all times” and that the “Chief People Officer has the executive responsibility for ensuring this policy is implemented and monitored.”

Staff are warned that it is ‘discriminatory’ to intentionally use ‘wrong pronouns’ and that managers will be ‘required to address concerns swiftly’ should there be any ‘misgendering’. With regard to an accidental use of ‘wrong pronouns’, staff are instructed that “This should be acknowledged and rectified with an apology and commitment to try harder to get it right”.

In respect of patients, staff are instructed that “Preferred pronouns should be used at all times” and that they must “Apologise” in the event of any error being made. This edict extends to children, even if the use of preferred pronouns conflicts with the wishes of the child’s parents.

The policy explicitly states that “All patients may use the toilet/facilities/changing room that matches their gender identity”. Should any patient express concern over this issue (ie being forced to share intimate spaces with the opposite sex), the policy warns that “Harassment…will not be tolerated”. Furthermore, the Trust expressly allows patients access to “Items that assist in their gender presentation, such as those used in binding, padding and tucking”.

The document is steeped in the language of gender ideology, using phrases such as ‘assigned male at birth’, ‘genderqueer’ and ‘acquired gender’. It also encourages public-facing propaganda. “Managers should do all they can to promote an inclusive culture…including promoting Rainbow badges, using inclusive images and terminology…use of pronouns as part of staff signatures…and trans passports for patients, to ensure staff use appropriate name and pronouns”.

The policy includes the Equality Impact Assessment undertaken by the Trust in its creation. The purpose of an EIA is to consider those protected individuals and groups who may be adversely impacted by this policy. In considering the impact of the policy on ‘sex’ and ‘beliefs’, the trust has simply written “NO”.

Another NHS trust was in the news this week after unfurling its new ‘welcome’ banner. The banner now on display at the Royal Stoke Hospital includes the flags of 21 different sexualities and ‘gender identities’, including ‘genderfluid’, ‘genderqueer’, ‘non-binary’, ‘androgyne’ and ‘agender’.

The hospital is part of the University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust which, in a 2020 Telegraph NHS data tracker, was rated one of the worst performing in the country. The trust ranked 102 out of the 120 trusts in England.

Wednesday 17th April - Women Aren’t Allowed Anything For Ourselves

BBC NEWS: Scotland’s First Minister has confirmed that trans-identified males will be included in the proposed misogyny law.

Scotland’s disastrous Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Act came into force on 1st April. This legislation creates a new offence of ‘stirring up hatred’ against those with certain protected characteristics; race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, transgender identity and ‘variations in sex characteristics’. But not sex. A man in a dress is protected from ‘hate’ under this law, but actual women experiencing misogyny are not.

The Scottish government aims to introduce a separate misogyny bill before the current parliamentary term ends in 2026. First Minister, Humza Yousaf, has insisted that trans-identified males will be covered under this bill. He says that ‘anyone affected’ by misogyny would be covered, whatever their biological sex.

As if Yousaf’s contempt for women wasn’t clear enough, he told the BBC, “Women and girls will be protected, and trans women will be protected as well, as they will often be the ones who suffer threats of rape or threats of disfigurement for example. When a trans woman is walking down the street and a threat of rape is made against them, the man making the threat doesn’t know if they are a trans woman or a cis woman”.

Sure, Humza.

Yousaf then went on to make this comment on Twitter:

No, Humza. Nobody is ‘upset’ by black and disabled women being included in the misogyny legislation. They should be included. Because they are women. Males, however, are not women. Misogyny is a hatred/prejudice experienced only by women. And it is overwhelmingly perpetrated by men. To conflate the class of people requiring protection with the class of people from whom they need it will render this bill totally unfit for purpose. But perhaps that’s the idea.

Also Today - Leave Them Kids Alone

THE TELEGRAPH: In Scotland, a government-funded trans lobby group is being allowed to groom school children as young as four in gender ideology.

This week The Telegraph published three deeply concerning articles about Scottish charity, LGBT Youth Scotland (LGBTYS). The organisation operates a charter scheme to which over 200 Scottish secondary schools and over 40 primary schools have signed up. As part of their membership, school staff receive LGBTYS training and guidance.

The first Telegraph article reported that Scottish primary schools are setting up LGBT clubs and ‘gender and sexual orientation alliance groups’ as part of their LGBTYS membership scheme with children being appointed ‘LGBT champions’ and urged to question classmates as young as four if they are gay, lesbian or trans.

Another Telegraph article revealed that LGBTYS is advising teachers not to inform parents if their child identifies as trans and/or is socially transitioning at school.

A final Telegraph article told the story of ‘Holly’, a 12-year-old girl with autism who was groomed into believing that she is trans after joining her school’s ‘LGBT allies club’. Like all other secondaries in the area, Holly’s school was signed up to the LGBTYS charter scheme. The setting-up of the LGBT club was a condition set out by LGBTYS for the school to receive accreditation.

Demonstrated by its accounts, LGBTYS has received hundreds of thousands of pounds in funding from the Scottish government in recent years. The Telegraph reports that this year alone it was granted nearly £1 million of taxpayer’s money, receiving £447,000 from the Scottish government, £345,000 from councils and £154,000 from the NHS.

In January 2021, The Times reported that, thanks to LGBTYS, Scottish teachers were reporting parents to local authorities for ‘failing to support’ so-called ‘transgender children’. These referrals were the result of guidance issued to schools by LGBTYS. It advised teachers to affirm a child’s identity even without parental knowledge or consent and to inform on non-compliant families to the social services.

The organisation was in the news again in December 2022 after two young men came forward to allege that they were groomed and sexually exploited by its staff when they were children. Then a former LGBTYS volunteer turned whistle-blower revealed shocking allegations about the lack of child safeguarding measures at the charity.

Why are these people still being allowed anywhere near children?

Thursday 18th April - We Told You So

REDUXX: Four males are ‘identifying as women’ to further their political ambitions in Mexico’s municipal elections.

In 2013 Mexico began gradually introducing ‘gender parity’ legislation as a response to the country’s endemic violence against women and, specifically, its shockingly high femicide rate. It was intended to give women equal voice and representation in politics. Since the Gender Parity Law was passed in 2019, 50% of all elected positions must be held by women. Consequently, all political parties are required to nominate at least five women in order to participate in the elections.

In an apparent attempt to exploit these regulations, two left-wing parties, the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico (PVEM) and the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD), have both selected male candidates to run as women for the forthcoming municipal elections in the state of San Luis de Potosí.

For the Green Ecologist Party, José Reyes Martínez Rojas will run in Venado, Roberto Carlos Medina Hernández will run in Vanegas, and Daniel Alfonso Zavala de la Rosa will run in Villa de Arista. All three are standing as women.

Meanwhile, the Party of the Democratic Revolution is fielding Saulo Morales Guerrero as a female candidate in Ahualulco. He had originally registered as a male candidate, later changing his sex to ‘female’. Given the excess number of male candidates, Morales Guerrero is unlikely to have been selected had it not been for his sudden onset of womanhood.

Back in 2018, The Guardian reported on a story from Mexico in which 15 ‘fake transgender’ electoral candidates were disqualified after trying to take advantage of rules in the state of Oaxaca.

The indigenous Zapotec community of the isthmus of Tehuantepec has traditionally recognised a ‘third gender’ ie males who ‘identify’ as neither male nor female and are known as muxes . Electoral rules in Oaxaca allow muxes to take up candidacies intended for women. (Of course they do.) In the 2018 elections, 15 male candidates in Oaxaca ‘pretended to be transgender’ in order to exploit these regulations. They were disqualified.

The current situation being facilitated in the municipal elections in San Luis de Potosí, however, is going unchallenged. The Consejo Estatal Electoral y de Participación Ciudadana (CEEPAC), the institution in charge of overseeing the state’s electoral processes, has not taken any action against the male candidates who are standing as women. Quoted in El Tiempo del Altiplano, CEEPAC councillor, Juan Manuel Ramírez García, stated, “It must be recognised that the nominations are initially in good faith”.

Friday 19th April - The Clocks Are Striking 13 On Capitol Hill

THE WASHINGTON TIMES: The Biden administration has shoe-horned trans-identified males into a law originally passed to tackle discrimination against women and girls in education.

Title IX, passed as part of the 1972 Federal Education Amendments, was originally established to protect female rights and prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex in federally funded education programmes.

This week the Biden administration announced an ‘overhaul’ to Title IX. The Education Department is inserting ‘gender identity’ into the legislation meaning that a law established to protect the rights of women and girls will now include males.

Furthermore, the legislation is no longer applicable to ‘sex’ but to ‘sex characteristics’. The Education Department’s factsheet on the ‘overhauled’ Title IX states, “The rule prohibits discrimination and harassment based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex characteristics in federally funded education programmes”. It goes on to say, “The final regulations further recognize that preventing someone from participating in school (including in sex-separate activities) consistent with their gender identity causes that person more than de minimis harm”.

This of course, will be devastating to female participation and opportunities in sport and will eradicate single-sex spaces and facilities. Title IX is effectively erased. There is no point having a sex discrimination law that isn’t based on sex.

Saturday 20th April - “Both Sides”

THE TIMES: Dr Hilary Cass spoke to The Times about the abuse she has received, the concerns for her personal safety and the lies being told about her report.

Dr Hilary Cass OBE is 66 years of age and the former president of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. Her 388-page report into child gender services, the Cass Review, the result of a four-year investigation, was published last week.

Since then Dr Cass has had to deal with a ‘pretty aggressive’ response from trans activists and is consequently keeping away from social media. She told The Times, “There are some pretty vile emails coming in at the moment”. She added, “What dismays me is just how childish the debate can become. If I don’t agree with somebody then I’m called transphobic or a Terf.” She also told the paper that she is not currently travelling by public transport following security advice and due to concerns for her safety.

Dr Cass also criticised the spread of ‘straight disinformation’ around her report. She said that even before her report was published, there were attempts to undermine it with dishonest claims.

She explained to BBS Radio 4’s More or Less why claims she had ignored or dismissed evidence are ‘completely incorrect’. She added, “If you deliberately try to undermine a report that has looked at the evidence of children’s healthcare, then that’s unforgivable. You are putting children at risk by doing that.”

It’s no surprise that the usual suspects of trans activism remain rabidly determined to ignore the truth and are desperate to attack The Cass Review. But it would be unconscionable for one of the UK’s biggest mainstream TV channels to facilitate such irresponsible attempts to undermine the most important medical study of the 21st Century. And yet Channel 4 did just that.

The edition of Late Night Lycett broadcast on Friday 12th April included a ‘comedy’ sketch featuring Jordan Gray, Danny Dyer and Joe Lycett. Playing a weather forecaster, Gray quipped, “This week there has been a lot of hot air rising to the far right, otherwise known as the The Cass Report”. (Ironically, the sketch was supposedly parodying media outlets which peddle ‘fake news’.)

Jordan Gray, you will remember, is the trans-identified male who pretends to be a lesbian and exposed himself live on Channel 4, playing the piano with his penis after singing a self-penned misogynistic song (“I’m just better than you... My tits will never sink and I’m guaranteed to squirt and I do anal by default…”).

In the past, Gray has been a very keen supporter of child catcher charity, Mermaids. No wonder he now seems so keen to discredit the The Cass Review.

Channel 4’s complicity is depressingly inevitable given the amount of pro-gender ideology content it has broadcast recently. Huge thanks to @ripx4nutmeg for compiling this excellent thread of examples.

One example is soap opera, Hollyoaks, which is particularly popular with teenagers. A current storyline features a trans-identified 12-year-old girl called Rose. In an episode broadcast last month, Rose talks to Kitty, a trans-identified adult male character, about puberty. Kitty tells her that there are ‘lots of options’ for ‘trans healthcare’ these days. To what could that line be referring? In a later scene 12-year-old Rose tells Kitty “I’m a boy but my body’s all wrong”. She asks him, “How am I supposed to tell my parents?” Automatically affirming Rose’s ‘gender identity’, Kitty advises the 12-year-old that she must “Tell the people you love who you truly are”.

A few weeks later and Rose is now a ‘boy’ (ie she has a short hair cut and wears trousers) called Ro. She is almost universally addressed with male pronouns and deemed to be ‘in the wrong body’. Rose’s mother, Diane, is virtually the only character not blithely accepting of Rose’s new ‘gender identity’ and is painted very much as the villain. In one scene, Kitty tells Diane that medical transition “Is the best feeling in the world”. When Diane expresses concerns that Rose may be mistaken, Kitty asks, “You’re not getting all TERFy on my now, are you?”

Sunday 21st April - This Never Happens

THE DAILY MAIL: A trans-identified teenage boy brutally attacked a 12-year-old girl and media outlets are concealing his true sex.

Last week, in the cafeteria at Pennbrook Middle School in Pennsylvania, a trans-identified 13-year-old boy launched an unprovoked and extremely brutal attack on a 12-year-old girl. He left her requiring staples to the gashes in her head and needing treatment for concussion.

The boy leapt onto the girl from behind as she walked through the cafeteria. He grabbed her by the hair and struck her head against the table. He then bludgeoned her repeatedly in the head with a Stanley cup (a large, insulated tumbler made from stainless steel). One terrified witness reported, “All of a sudden you just hear these terrible loud bangs of the Stanley bouncing off her head. We had to sit in there and watch them clean up the blood off those tables and ground, and we had to watch them take her out with blood dripping down her face and I will never forget that”.

Eventually, a security guard managed to wrestle the assailant away from the victim and a teacher ushered her into a hallway. The police were called and the badly injured girl was taken to hospital where she required stapling to her head and was treated in accordance with concussion protocols.

It was later made known that teachers and school counsellors had been warned repeatedly by frightened young girls that this boy posed a danger to them. The boy had relentlessly bullied a female student, had a ‘hit list’ of girls he intended to attack, and even screamed “I'm gonna murder you!” repeatedly at his fellow students. Nevertheless, school staff failed to take any action to protect their pupils and worried girls were told ‘it won’t happen’ and ‘we have it under control’. Clearly they did not.

Reduxx reported that the boy had only joined the school very recently, that he ‘identifies’ as a girl and calls himself ‘Melanie’, that he has a history of violent behaviour at his former school of which Pennbrook Middle School was well aware, and that he had been permitted to use the girls’ toilets at school.

The school’s initial response to this horrific attack was a massive distortion of the truth, claiming that a ‘physical altercation’ had taken place ‘involving two students’.

Later statements made by School Superintendent, Todd M. Bauer, were full of apologies and placatory language but still failed to acknowledge the perpetrator’s sex. Media reports were equally complicit in this obfuscation of male violence against a 12 year old girl. This article in The Daily Mail makes clear the boy’s trans status but still uses female pronouns with which to refer to him. Like most media reporting, articles published by 6ABC Action News and CBS News completely fail to mention the assailant’s sex or trans status and are careful to avoid the use of any pronouns.

Emily, a courageous young girl who is a pupil at the school and witnessed the whole horrifying event, spoke bravely of her experience at North Penn School District's board meeting. Even when describing the boy who terrorised her and her classmates and brutally attacked her friend, Emily calls him ‘Mel’ and refers to him as ‘she’.

This is grooming. Doesn’t it break your heart?
