THE COLCHESTER GAZETTE: A trans-identified male sex offender was found in possession of child sexual exploitation images but has escaped a custodial sentence.
Two years ago Lewis Foord was convicted of imprisoning and sexually assaulting a woman. He was sentenced to 22 months youth detention.
This week, 21-year-old Foord was in court again, having been found in possession of indecent images of children. Ipswich Crown Court heard that some of the images had ‘hallmarks of sadism’ and involved the abuse of toddlers.
When police seized Foord’s iPhone and iPad, they found indecent images on both. The phone contained 120 images of children, 49 of which were Category A. The iPad contained 97 images in total, 39 of which were Category A. The devices also contained 22 moving images and videos, all Category A.
Now calling himself ‘Louise’ and claiming to identify as female, Foord asked to be addressed as ‘she’ in court. He was given a 22 month suspended sentence and an 80 day rehabilitation activity requirement.
The Colchester Gazette used female pronouns throughout their article about this case. Did they or the court consider how the woman Foord imprisoned and assaulted must feel, to hear the man who terrorised her referred to as ‘she’?

MANCHESTER EVENING NEWS: A trans-identified woman has made the papers after a male-only barber declined to cut her hair.
20-year-old James visited a barbers shop in Bolton at the weekend. A member of staff explained to her that they do not cut women’s hair and she went elsewhere.
That should have ended of the matter. But it seems that James went straight to the MEN to complain about being ‘mis-gendered’.
A spokesperson for the barbers shop explained that they were not able to help James because their staff are ‘only qualified for men’s haircuts’.
James told the paper, “I felt disgusted being treated like I didn’t even matter. I felt so bad and ashamed of my body. Due to me being transgender, being called a woman is very hurtful and disrespectful. It would be good to put a highlight on this issue due to there being so many people who are scared to go outside.”
These people really can’t cope with being told ‘No’, can they?

4W: A trans-identified sex offender has become the poster boy for self-ID policies in Kansas prisons.
In 2016 Jacob Lawrence Pina was convicted of ‘indecent liberties with a child’ and was placed on a sex offender registry for 25 years. According to news coverage at the time, Bennett imprisoned a 14-year-old girl and raped her.
While on bail, Pina began identifying as trans and adopted the name Rayne Aloysius Constantine Rose Bennett. Following his conviction, he was placed in a male prison. He immediately sought out a mental health professional to diagnose him with gender dysphoria, no doubt hoping for a transfer to a women’s prison, but his claim of being transgender was rejected and he remained in the male estate.
Now released from prison, Pina has featured recently in several Kansas news articles.
Articles from KCUR, the Kansas branch of National Public Radio, CJ Online and The Leavenworth Times all used Pina to shill for a policy which would allow males to be accommodated in female prisons. They positively gush over him and, despite his not having a diagnosis of gender dysphoria, refer to him with female pronouns.
There is much hand-wringing over how difficult he found incarceration (newsflash: prison isn’t supposed to be pleasant) and they even make allegations that he was mistreated by prison staff. Pina claims that he filed multiple complaints against prison officers for misconduct. The Kansas Department of Corrections, however, denies any such complaints were filed, something these articles fail to mention.
Another salient fact omitted by all of these pieces is that Pina was convicted for sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl. Funny that.

THE TIMES: A social worker is suing her employer after she was suspended from her job for discussing women’s sex-based rights on social media.
Rachel Meade has worked in the health and social care sector for over 20 years.
She was investigated and given a one-year warning by Social Work England (SWE), the regulatory body for social work registration, following a complaint about posts that she had shared or ‘liked’ on social media.
Within a private Facebook group and over a 2 year period, she shared posts defending women’s rights within the context of proposed GRA reform. Many posts were from the mainstream press and women’s advocacy groups such as WPUK and Fair Play for Women. SWE claimed that Meade’s social media activity “Could be perceived to be derogatory and potentially discriminatory to members of the transgender community”.
Following Meade’s sanctioning by SWE, she was suspended from her job by her employer, Westminster Council, which began disciplinary proceedings and warned her that she was at risk of being dismissed for misconduct.
She is now bringing a legal action against SWE and Westminster Council, taking her case to an employment tribunal. You can support her crowdjustice page here.

Cosmopolitan put a trans-identified male on the cover of its 50th anniversary edition.
The publication which describes itself as ‘your go-to women’s brand’ celebrated its milestone 50th anniversary by making Monroe Bergdorf its ‘cover star’ and including three different interviews with him (one conducted by Pink News they/themmer, Vic Parsons) inside the issue.
That's the Munroe Bergdorf who had to step down from his role on the Labour Party's LGBT advisory board after making homophobic comments, who dictated to attendees of the London Women's March that they must not reference their female biology, who described the Suffragettes as "White supremacists", who was dropped from his role at the NSPCC due to his encouraging vulnerable children to contact him in secret and who led a vicious campaign to oust charity campaigner, Baroness Emma Nicholson, from her honorary role at The Booker Prize.
Saturday 15th January - TIME Out On Child Abuse
A so-called ‘trans child’ is one of the finalists for Time magazine’s ‘Kid of the Year’.
11-year-old Kai (born Joseph) Shappley is a literal poster-child for trans activism. Kai was ‘transitioned’ before he was even old enough for kindergarten and, since then, he and his ‘activist’ mother have been in the public eye. From pressing for trans-identified males to be allowed in female spaces to lobbying against a law that would have protected dysphoric children from untested drugs, they’ve been involved in pushing the trans agenda. And they’ve attracted a great deal of attention for doing so.
In a 2017 interview with Good Housekeeping, Kai’s mother, Kimberley Shappley, describes herself as “A devout, conservative Christian with strong Republican values”. She claims that Kai started showing signs he is transgender when he was just 18 months old. Unlike his three older brothers, for whom “Everything was fishing and spitting and boy stuff”, toddler Kai eschewed traditionally masculine toys and clothes and “Was geared toward femininity”.
Shappley says that Kai’s feminine behaviour prompted “A lot of sidelong glances and questions” from relatives and friends. “Family members were flat-out asking me if this kid was gay. It made me nervous and I was constantly worried about what people would think of me, of us and of my parenting… There were spankings and yelling matches.”
In a video which circulated on social media, Shappley spoke of her horror that her son might be gay. “I thought that could not happen and that would not happen… Prayers turned into Googling ‘conversion therapy’ and how could we implement these techniques at home to make Kai not be like this… Putting her in time out for acting like a girl, putting her in time out for stealing girl toys, spanking her, really spanking her.”
Not the one she’d originally sought, but Shappley did find a form of conversion therapy for her gender non-conforming son. By the time he was just four years old, Kai was ‘fully transitioned’ and his mother was telling everyone that he is a girl.
Instead of speaking out against this homophobia and child abuse, Time magazine is celebrating it. They’re cheering on gay eugenics and the medicalisation of a feminine little boy. Shame on them.
Sunday 16th January - Leave Them Kids Alone
Two deeply troubling articles in today’s news concern the wellbeing of children in England and Scotland.
THE SUNDAY TIMES: A children’s charity is urging the Scottish government to enable children as young as twelve to fast-track a legal change of sex.
In a submission to the Scottish government, tax-payer funded charity, Children in Scotland, is recommending that the minimum age at which children can legally change their ‘gender’ should be lowered from 18 to 12. It also recommends removing the requirements for parental consent and a three-month ‘reflection period’. Furthermore, CIS recommended that ministers reduce the minimum age at which a gender recognition certificate can be granted from 18 to 16.
MAIL ON SUNDAY: English schoolchildren, even those in nursery, are being asked to choose their own ‘gender’ by a Department for Education survey.
The national school census is a thrice-yearly survey carried out by the Department for Education in all English state schools, including nurseries, primary and secondary schools, to gather key information about school children aged 2 to 19.
This survey has been asking children as young as two to choose if they 'feel' like a girl or boy instead of recording their sex. Not only is the data compiled inaccurate and, therefore, useless, kids are being indoctrinated into a damaging and baseless ideology. The Department for Education is grooming children.

MAIL ON SUNDAY: A woman who was sexually assaulted in prison by Karen White has spoken out about her ordeal.
Karen White, born Stephen Wood and also known as David Thompson, is a dangerous and violent predator who was placed in the female estate because he assumed a trans identity. In 2017 he was on remand for numerous offences. Despite previous convictions for indecent assault and gross indecency with a child, he was accommodated in HMP New Hall, a women’s prison. He sexually assaulted four of the women incarcerated there.
In September 2018 White was convicted of two rapes committed in 2016, the rape of a pregnant woman in 2003 and the wounding of his elderly male neighbour. He also admitted two counts of sexual assault against two women while held on remand with two further charges of sexually assaulting women in HMP New Hall being ordered to remain on file.
Now one of the women White assaulted in prison is speaking out about her ordeal. Cheryle Kempton has bravely waived her anonymity to speak to The Mail on Sunday, hoping her account will prevent other women from suffering a similar fate.
She told the paper that White had bragged to her that he only pretended to take his hormone treatment, hiding the tablets between his teeth and his gums, to ensure that his penis remained fully functional. She recalled that his favourite conversation topic was sex and that his filthy innuendos made women extremely uncomfortable.
When they were alone together in a sewing workshop, White demanded Cheryle perform a sexual act on him before grabbing her breasts. A fortnight later, when queuing for the workshop toilet, White pressed himself against Cheryle so that she could feel his erection and he whispered “You know you want it” to her. The following day, White grabbed Cheryle's hand and forced it onto his crotch.
Soon afterwards Cheryle discovered that White had sexually assaulted another inmate. He tried to rape a woman he’d previously befriended but was apprehended by a prisoner who dragged him away from his victim. When Cheryle decided to make a formal complaint to prison authorities, she learned that even more prisoners had suffered similar experiences at White’s hands.
Earlier this week numerous members of the House of Lords, including Brian Paddick, Michael Cashman and Baroness Barker, protested against legislation that would have protected women like Cheryle from men like White. They spoke in favour of accommodating trans-identified males in female prisons.
Cheryle told the Mail on Sunday, “Karen White faked being transgender to abuse women and the authorities enabled her to assault and prey on us… This must never be allowed to happen again. Whatever people have done, prison should be a safe space.”
See you next week.
Ugh....so much ugh I scarce know what to single out for comment. I am still at a loss as to how anyone can think it is ok for paedophiles and sexual predators to be treated with more respect than their current or potential victims.
As for the barbershop debarcle - how fragile these egos are! How does explaining that they can't cut your hair get extrapolated to: “I felt disgusted being treated like I didn’t even matter. I felt so bad and ashamed of my body. Due to me being transgender, being called a woman is very hurtful and disrespectful. It would be good to put a highlight on this issue due to there being so many people who are scared to go outside"?
How is this anything to do with being scared to go outside?! Rampant barbers everywhere refusing to cut womens hair! A vertiable plague of them! Also don't transfer your own internal disgust of yourself onto other people just because they won't validate the lies you tell yourself to manage your own self disgust!
The Press and Judiciary using the wrong sex for rapists and nonces has to be the epitome of misogyny.
