Monday 17th January - This Never Happens #1
DAILY MAIL: A trans-identified male who sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl may escape jail.
James Tubbs was just a fortnight shy of his eighteenth birthday when, in December 2014, he sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl in the bathroom of a California fast-food restaurant. He followed the child into the toilet, grabbed her by the throat and forced her into a cubicle where he sexually assaulted her. When another customer entered the bathroom, he fled the scene and subsequently disappeared.
When he was arrested in Idaho on suspicion of battery in 2019, Tubbs’ DNA linked him to the sexual assault five years earlier and he was returned to California. In 2020 he was charged with sexually assaulting the 10-year-old girl and later pleaded guilty to the crime. He is due to be sentenced this month.
However, 26-year-old Tubbs now identifies as a woman and calls himself Hannah.
LA’s famously liberal DA, George Gascón, has refused to try Tubbs as an adult because he was seventeen at the time of the assault. As Tubbs’ case remains in juvenile court, he may not have to register as a sex offender. However, as The LA Times reports, Tubbs’ criminal record extends into his adult life. He has been arrested for battery, drug possession and probation violations, was convicted of assault with a deadly weapon and also faced a prior allegation of sexually assaulting a minor.
Gascón said he is ‘concerned’ that Tubbs might be victimized in an adult facility as a ‘trans woman’ and has recommended a non-custodial sentence.
At a hearing in December, Tubbs’ victim provided a written statement which was read out in court. She said the experience has left her feeling worthless, powerless and suicidal.
“I live in fear most of the time… I chose not to come into court because I couldn’t stand the thought of having to see my attackers’ face again. And I hope, after all of this comes to an end, my attacker gets the punishment he deserves for attacking a child with no problem and I can finally get on with my life.”
Tuesday 18th January - This Never Happens #2
REDUXX: Two further news stories about sex offenders claiming a trans identity.
The New York Department of Corrections and Community Supervision Office has designated a trans-identified male as one of its ‘Most Wanted Fugitives’.
36-year-old Robert Glanowski is a registered sex offender who raped a 10 year old girl after starting a relationship with her mother and moving into the family home. He now ‘identifies as female’ and twice has tried (but failed) to legally change his name.
Meanwhile, in Louisiana, a trans-identified male paedophile has been charged with three counts of distributing child sexual exploitation images.
Kalen Brennan Woodard, who calls himself Kaelyn Nichole, was arrested in December 2021 following a joint investigation by Louisiana police and the FBI. According to a report by journalist, Kiran Chawla, Woodward told an undercover agent that he had sexually abused his niece and nephew.

UNHERD: Crispin Blunt MP is trying to stop Lisa Townsend from speaking out against gender ideology and the influence of Stonewall.
Crispin Blunt is the Conservative MP for Reigate. He is currently the Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Global LGBT+ Rights.
Lisa Townsend is Surrey’s Police and Crime Commissioner. Since her election last May, she has spoken up in defence of women’s sex-based rights and spaces and criticised Stonewall’s influence on policing policies. On two separate occasions, Blunt contacted her and warned her to keep quiet. She says that when she refused, “He responded with something that sounded like a threat”.
Townsend then discovered that Blunt has submitted a complaint about her to the Surrey Police and Crime Panel, carping bitterly that his attempt to ‘counsel’ her into silence had been ignored and claiming she abused her role as an elected official.
Blunt has form when it comes to women determined to defend their sex-based rights; in September 2020 he called for Liz Truss to be removed from her role as Minister for Women and Equalities after she spoke out against self-ID legislation.
Wednesday 19th January - The First Rule Of Gender Club…
KOIN NEWS: Parents at an Oregon elementary school have expressed alarm over a secretive ‘gender and sexualities’ club set up for 9-11 year olds.
Parents addressed a Raleigh Hills Elementary school board meeting this week, concerned about the newly formed Gender and Sexualities Alliance Club aimed at fourth and fifth-grade students (aged 9-11).
School board officials claimed the club was set up by two trans pupils and wasn’t staff-facilitated. However, one of the parents, a former educator called Jeanette Schade, challenged that claim. She said that school documents indicated teachers tried to keep the club a secret and actively concealed its existence from parents.
Thursday 20th January - Former Torturer Seeks Election
SOUTHWARK NEWS: A trans-identified male with a history of violence has expressed his intention to stand as an MP.
Despite The Southwark News referring to him as a ‘woman’ and using female pronouns in their article, Sarah Jane Baker is a trans-identified male formerly known as Alan Baker. He served 30 years in prison for the kidnap and torture of a relative and the attempted murder of a fellow prisoner.
Baker assumed a trans identity while incarcerated. According to a Daily Mail article published in 2013, he received ‘a free sex change on the NHS’ at a cost of £10,000.
He was released in 2019 and, since then, has been the subject of much media attention. In July last year, Baker paraded topless through Whitehall ahead of the Reclaim Pride in London March.
At a London Trans Pride March the previous month, Baker was photographed holding placards, one of which demonstrates his support for the sexual exploitation of women and another which read ‘Be trans, do crime’. There was speculation on social media that, given the similarity between the red spray-painted signs, he was also responsible for a death threat against JK Rowling.
52-year-old Baker now intends to stand as an MP in Richmond Park. He told The Southwark News, “I want a seat at the big table, if I am to make the changes I want.”
Friday 21st January - This Never Happens #3
THE THAIGER: A trans-identified male has been arrested in Thailand on charges of human trafficking and child sexual exploitation.
Police suspected trans-identified male, Supalak Chumphan, of trafficking and prostituting children, making contact with clients via social media sites. A sting operation was set up using undercover officers and, earlier this week, Chumphan was apprehended and subsequently arrested at a hotel in Phuket. According to a report in The Pattaya News, he confessed to charges of human trafficking and procuring and arranging child sexual exploitation.
Saturday 22nd January - Oh, Canada
CTV KITCHENER: A teacher was removed from a school board meeting for questioning the content of library books themed around sexuality and gender.
Carolyn Burjoski has been a teacher for over twenty years. At a meeting of the Waterloo Region District School Board earlier this week, she expressed her concern over the content of new ‘diversity’ materials in elementary school libraries, particularly a book in which a 12-year-old trans-identified girl, keen to start taking testosterone, shrugs off her future infertility with a dismissive “That’s cool”.
The chair of the board, Scott Piatkowski, cut off Burjoski’s presentation and removed her from the meeting. The following day Burjoski was assigned to home pending a formal investigation and banned from contacting her colleagues and students. She has been accused of ‘transphobia’ and of violating the Ontario Human Rights Code. All because she challenged materials which promotes puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones to impressionable school kids.
Following the meeting, Burjoski posted a video on social media. She believes her views have been completely misrepresented and feels ‘bullied, slandered and abused’.
Writing in The Critic, Mia Ashton says this incident is indicative of the complete ideological capture of the Canadian education system.
“This is a world in which ‘protecting trans kids’ means ensuring that they be chemically castrated on demand; loving parents who want to protect their vulnerable children from unnecessary medical intervention are considered abusive and hateful; and where teachers who raise safeguarding concerns must be silenced… Gender identity will soon be seen for what it really is: the worst medical scandal the world has ever seen.”
Sunday 23rd January - Leave Lesbians Alone
REDUXX: One of the keynote speakers at this year’s Lesbian Lives conference is a trans-identified heterosexual male.
The University of Cork is hosting the forthcoming 2022 Lesbian Lives conference at which trans-identified male, Susan Stryker, has been invited as a speaker.
Stryker is an academic in Gender and Women’s Studies at the University of Arizona. He has previously described himself as a "Harley-straddling, dildo-packing leatherdyke from hell" and decried women-only spaces, even rape crisis centres, as ‘separatist’.
He will be delivering a keynote speech at the conference where this year’s theme, incredibly, is ‘solidarity’.
Also Today - Labour Losing Women
In March, the Labour Party’s National Annual Women’s Conference will elect the six members of the Women’s Conference Arrangements Committee.
One of the candidates standing for this women’s committee is male.
Two candidate statements have just been published on the Labour Party website. One of them is from Chantel Waring, a trans-identified male who, no stranger to stealing roles meant for females, is the joint women’s officer for Labour International CLP.
His statement suggests that part of his motivation for standing is to facilitate yet further male infiltration of a supposedly women-only event.
Sadly, this situation is not unprecedented. A trans-identified male, Gwen Wall (pronouns she/its i/ise), took one of the seats on the Scottish Labour Women’s Committee last November.
This is Wall, photographed on 10th December 2021, three weeks after he took up a place on the women’s committee.
Of course, Labour’s policy of allowing men to steal the roles, opportunities and platforms intended for women is nothing new.
Women aren’t allowed anything of our own in the Labour Party, not even a committee with the word women in the title.
