THE TELEGRAPH: A new report has uncovered issues of grave concern regarding the treatment of gender confused children at Scotland’s Sandyford clinic.
Last week we reported on the Sandyford clinic in Glasgow, Scotland’s only facility for the treatment of gender dysphoric children.
In a secret recording leaked to The Telegraph, a senior consultant clinical psychologist at the Sandyford openly admitted that there are ‘huge gaps’ in evidence around ‘trans healthcare’, that patients’ mental health assessments are based almost entirely on their own self-diagnosis and that Scottish gender clinics are following WPATH’s guidelines which, to say the least, are extremely troubling.
This week the Sandyford has been in the news again. A research paper produced by NHS clinicians who carried out an appraisal of the clinic has revealed that children as young as nine years old have been prescribed puberty blockers there. Furthermore, hormone treatment has been provided to a ‘disproportionate’ number of patients on the autism spectrum and to vulnerable children suffering with co-morbidities such as anxiety and depression.
A few days later, The Times reported that a number of Sandyford staff members have tried to ‘blow the whistle’ on the service over the last five years.
Following a Freedom of Information request lodged by The Times, the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde health board confirmed that they “Hold information relating to concerns raised by staff under whistleblowing policies”. It disclosed that, over the last five years, it has investigated 89 complaints about the clinic, 67 of which were either upheld or partially upheld.
Another article in The Times describes the anxiety of parents who have no faith in the current system and the failure of clinicians and other experts to speak out about it.
“Organisations such as the Royal College of Psychiatrists and the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health refuse to talk. Children’s charities and mental health groups shy away. Speaking, they fear, will provoke accusations of transphobia and perpetuate the kind of toxic environment which threatens no other type of paediatric healthcare.”
There are currently no standards governing trans healthcare for either children or adults in Scotland. NHS Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) has been tasked with producing such standards by November next year. The commissioning letter to HIS from the Scottish government has been obtained by The Times. Worryingly, it does not discuss that children and adults require different approaches in their treatment and it largely ignores the recommendations of the Cass review.

REDUXX: A prominent trans activist from NYC has been arrested after it is alleged he solicited a 14-year-old child in order to sexually abuse him.
39-year-old Lailani Muniz is a prominent trans rights activist and HIV campaigner based in New York City.
He was a spokesperson with Amida Care and was also a member of the ‘HIV Stops With Me’ campaign. Furthermore, he worked as a Trauma Informed Care Specialist at the Damian Family Care Centre and volunteered with trans support organisations, CK Life and Princess Janae Place.
Muniz has often featured in the media. Last year his work with the HIV Planning Board for the State of New York was featured in EDGE Network and he was interviewed in a VICE documentary on HIV/AIDS. Earlier this year Muniz was presented with a Certificate of Merit by Bronx Borough President, Vanessa Gibson, at an LGBT Pride Flag Raising Ceremony.
In October Muniz was allegedly caught in a sting operation conducted by a non-profit child safeguarding organization. A profile had been set up on dating app, Grindr, purporting to be that of a 14-year-old boy called Josh. Muniz contacted ‘Josh’ and engaged in conversations of a sexually-explicit nature. He also sent ‘Josh’ a photograph of himself in what appears to be sexually aroused state. In another conversation, he acknowledges that ‘Josh’ is a minor.
According to an article in The Bronx Times, Muniz arranged to meet ‘Josh’ at an apartment building in Bedford Park on 20th October having already mentioned oral sex and the need for condoms. Police arrested Muniz at the residence acting on information provided to them by the child-safeguarding organisation.
Muniz is facing four charges including attempted sexual abuse, misconduct and endangerment of a minor. He was released on his own recognizance and his court date is reportedly set for early December.

DUNDEE EVENING TELEGRAPH: An aggressive ‘lout’ with a string of previous convictions has appeared in court as both a man and a woman.
Earlier this year we reported on Alan ‘Alannah’ Morgan, a 50-year-old trans-identified male who had appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court on charges of acting in a threatening or abusive manner.
In March police apprehended Morgan behaving violently outside the hostel where he’d been living for the previous five months. After being asked to leave, he shouted and swore at staff, kicking waste bins and flinging a skateboard around.
Morgan then acted aggressively during the journey to the police station, making offensive remarks to police officers, exposing his buttocks and hitting the interior cell wall of the police vehicle. He also pulled down his trousers and exposed his genitals.
This report in The Courier at the time described Morgan as ‘a woman’ and referred to him with female pronouns throughout. Prior to his appearance in court, Morgan had been held on remand in Cornton Vale, a women’s prison.
This week Morgan was in court again. He appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court as both a man and a woman on the same day. He faced four separate charges, two of which were committed when he ‘identified’ as Alan and two when he ‘identified’ as Alannah. He escaped a custodial sentence and was placed on a Restriction of Liberty Order for three months.
As ‘Alannah’ he admitted to acting in a threatening or abusive manner, a charge which included possession of a knife, shouting and swearing and uttering threats, and to acting in a threatening or abusive manner and causing distress by urinating in public.
As ‘Alan’ Morgan was charged with two counts of acting in a threatening or abusive manner. In one case, a handwritten amendment to court papers had been made to score out the name ‘Alan’ and replace it with ‘Alannah’.
An abusive man who ‘identifies’ as a woman when it suits him. Something that Nicola Sturgeon insists could never happen.

REDUXX: Trans activists at a Spanish university have posted graffiti threatening violence against gender-critical academics and demanding their books be banned from the university library.
José Errasti and Marino Pérez Álvarez are psychology professors who authored a book called No One is Born in the Wrong Body which was published earlier this year. It critiques the dogma of gender identity ideology and its influence over medicine and psychology.
Of course, immediately after the book’s publication, Errasti and Pérez Álvarez were target by trans activists and began receiving abuse and death threats. In April a conference planned around the book at the University of Palma had to be cancelled due to the threats of violence.
In May we reported on an event at Casa de Libra, a book store in Barcelona, at which Errasti and Pérez Álvarez presented and discussed their book. The event was besieged by violent trans activists who threatened to burn down the store.
Trans activists tried to force their way into the building, clashing with police in the attempt. As can be seen in the photographs and video posted by Jessica Fillol, some of the activists were armed with sticks and bats.
Speaking to News Europe 24, José Errasti said that trans activists had threatened to burn down the bookshop with the attendees still inside. The event had to be curtailed early on police instruction with attendees asked to vacate the premises for security reasons. The two authors were instructed to remain inside the bookshop with the window blinds drawn for their own safety. They had to wait for approximately 45 minutes for the mob outside to disperse before police could allow them to leave.
Now graffiti has appeared in the Faculty of Politics at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) which threatens violence against so-called ‘transphobic professors’. The graffiti threatens to put explosives under the cars of gender critical academics and to burn ‘TERFs at the stake’.
While neither Errasti nor Pérez Álvarez’s are currently teaching at UCM, these violent threats were written on pages of their book. A trans activist group, Asociación TransMariBiBollo, has claimed responsibility for the graffiti. In a statement made on social media, they said that their actions are a result of Errasti and Pérez Álvarez’s book being stocked in the UCM library.
The group, whose name loosely translates as ‘Trans-Sissy-Bi-Dyke Association’, wrote, “We are tired of transphobia on the part of the teaching staff and the UCM. We want all transphobic books out of our libraries and an end to hate speech on our campus.”

GREEK CITY TIMES: A former Greek soccer star has been convicted of making so-called ‘transphobic’ comments on social media and given a suspended prison sentence.
Vasilis Tsiartas is a retired football star who used to play for the Greek national team. In 2017 he commented on a bill reforming Greece’s self ID laws. This bill, now passed into law, allows people to change their legal sex without requiring any medical diagnosis or physical alteration. Furthermore, it lowered the minimum age at which people can officially change sex to 15 years old.
At the time of the bill’s approval in 2017, Tsiartas commented on Facebook, “The first gender changes will be made by the children of those who voted for this disgrace. Let's see what pride they will have. PS Legalise the paedophiles and complete the crimes”.
He consequently became a target for trans activists and was the subject of a lawsuit filed by the late Marina Galanos, a prominent Greek trans activist who was then the President of the Transgender and Intersex Support Association.
This week Tsiartas was convicted at the Single-Member Misdemeanor Court of Athens under Greece’s anti-racism laws which were amended in 2014 to include ‘public incitement to violence or hatred due to gender identity’. He was fined €5000 and given a 10-month suspended prison sentence.

THE DAILY MAIL: Trans identified male paedophile, ‘Katie’ Dolatowski, lived at a refuge for vulnerable women and children after deceiving staff with a fake name.
We have reported on Dolatowski numerous times in the past. In February 2018 he filmed a 12-year-old-girl who was using the toilet in a female bathroom at a supermarket in Dunfermline. A month later, he sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl in the women’s toilets at a supermarket in Kirkcaldy. He grabbed the terrified child by the face, forced her into a cubicle and ordered her to take off her clothes, threatening to stab her if she did not comply.
He pleaded guilty to voyeurism and sexual assault charges but managed to escape a prison sentence. He was given a three-year community payback order, placed on the sex offenders register and banned from having any contact with children. He was subsequently accommodated in a female-only hostel.
In March 2019, Dolatowski was back in court accused of deleting the internet history on his phone. A month later, when social workers discovered he was making ‘alarming’ internet searches, he received yet another threat of imprisonment, but still no actual jail time.
It has now been revealed that earlier this year Dolatowski lived in a domestic violence refuge for vulnerable women and children for over three months after he used a false name to trick the centre’s staff.
Dolatowski was accommodated at Leeds Women's Aid refuge under an alias. It is believed that he had official papers supporting his false identity which he used to convince the staff that he was a victim of abuse.
A refuge resident, a mother of three and a sexual abuse survivor, told the paper she came to the refuge with her children as she believed they would be safe there. She said it was horrendous that a paedophile had been living at the refuge for months. “I saw her [sic] several times hanging around where the prams are parked... The whole thing makes my skin crawl”.
A predatory male falsifying his identity to gain access to vulnerable women and children. Something Nicola Sturgeon insists would never happen.

THE TELEGRAPH: Trans-identified male criminals could use a legal loophole to conceal their crimes, their real identities and even their true sex when applying for jobs with children and vulnerable young people.
When anyone applies for a job that involves working with children or the vulnerable, such as in nurseries schools and hospitals, they are subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to discover if they have any previous convictions etc.
A new report compiled by the organisation Keep Prisons Single Sex has warned of a huge legal loophole which means that those claiming a trans identity can conceal their real name, previous convictions and even their true sex from a DBS check.
The DBS, part of the Home Office, set up a ‘sensitive applications route’ specifically for trans people requiring a security check. Trans people are not required to list their previous identities on the application form. Instead, they are asked to ring DBS officials to inform them over the phone. This process not only applies to those with a formal Gender Recognition Certificate, but also those who have self-declared a new name and gender identity in order to change their passport and birth certificate.
Transgender people are the only group of DBS applicants who are exempt from completing the application form with previous identities; all other groups must list their previous identities on the form. In addition, the ‘sensitive’ service means that a person’s true sex and previous identity will not be disclosed on the DBS certificate whereas, for everyone else, all previous known names will appear.
Furthermore, privacy restrictions prevent an employer from checking if a staff member has disclosed a gender change to the DBS.
Miriam Cates, MP for Penistone and Stocksbridge and a former teacher, warned, “The purpose of criminal records checks is both to protect the public and to deter those who mean harm from trying to gain access to children and vulnerable people. If predators can evade scrutiny by changing their name or claiming to be the opposite sex, we can be sure that this DBS loophole will be abused and children will be harmed.”
Sunday 5th November - Leave Them Kids Alone
THE SUNDAY MAIL: Staff at Scottish schools are being instructed not to tell parents if their child identifies as the opposite sex.
Guidance provided to local authorities by the Scottish Government has resulted in schools throughout Scotland actively concealing information from parents if their child identifies as transgender.
This guidance states that a pupil claiming to be transgender is “Not a child protection or wellbeing issue”. Pupils as young as twelve can be referred to in school by a new name and opposite sex pronouns but, according to the guidelines, parents should not necessarily be informed of these changes. “A transgender young person may not have told their family about their gender identity… Therefore, it is best to not share information with parents or carers without considering and respecting the young person’s views and rights.”
Teachers who spoke anonymously to the paper have raised serious concerns about this policy. One said, “There are some classes with several children as young as 12 who have said they want to be known by a new name and pronouns. It is an issue affecting an increasingly large number of young people”.
Another teacher commented, “We are in a very strange position where a 16-year-old child in S5 who wants to change their Higher subjects can’t do so without parental consent but a 12-year-old in S1 can change their gender and the information will be actively concealed from their parents”.
In other words, teachers and school staff can facilitate the social transition of children as young as twelve, validating their new name and pronouns, and it will all be kept secret from the parents.
See you next week.
