How is it possible that a paedophile rapist can’t be deported from France to Algeria? Horrific for the family.

And what a surprise, a rape in a public toilet.

And more poor women locked up with monsters.

Another normal week in the West.

Thanks JL.

Yes The West really does hate itself doesn't it. It seems to roll over and let its tummy be tickled while Russia and China laugh at us and plot world domination. Dark Ages 2.0 is on its way.

The early childhood and ongoing abuse that Roxanne Reed experienced is painful to even read about. Roxanne has a strong will to live.

That she has a college degree and is a librarian is an achievement that sadly, too many deeply hurt children couldn't aspire to.

Ms. Reed's detransition should be covered by insurance. I wish her peace in her struggle.

Goodness, first time i’ve actually been grateful we left the EU! Thanks JL.

That's exactly what I said! First time I ever thought Brexit was a good idea!

my only thought on this JL is that if we had stayed in, we had the veto and a lot of clout in the EU. And the GC movement is strong here. We could have lobbied on behalf of the women in Germany. Instead we are sat on our arses praying and watching and hoping they will win. which they will- but as we know, not before women and girls and vulnerable people and children pay for it. And more lives ruined during the long drawn out process. Bloody sick of this idiocy. My little girl said she wanted to be a boy the other day. I just told her she can never be one and she’s brilliant and she can do whatever she wants. Which is unfortunate because she likes motor bikes and thats the only thing i’d struggle with. Unless she was on a track. But she’s 6. I guess i can park that anxiety for a few years

I really don't think we could have influenced domestic German law any better in or out of the EU. Only the MEPs could have lobbied and I just don't think they'd put it high enough in the agenda. And even if the did, the European Parliament cannot prevent domestic law being implemented. The original idea of the EU is great but it's gone so wrong in the last 10 years I'm happy we are no longer part of it. It's arrogant and narcissistic leaders have ruined it for everyone.

I’m afraid I disagree. The EU plan has always been to impose law from on high across all countries. They disguised it by pretending that it was only a trading bloc and that it was about keeping peace in Europe but the authoritarian plans were there from the start.

bloody meant to be running tomorrow JL but i’m still benched. I am however considering going to support the runners with my strad- the yamaha SH1T, and treat them to a rendition of alternating Rocky theme tune and chariots of fire- in bossa nova style, or maybe march or disco. But it will depend on how expensive the batteries are.

So, in the case of Mehdi F, the French court, the National Court of Asylum (CNDA), has deemed that it is better to have a convicted foreign national kiddie-fiddler roaming freely on French streets than sending him back to his country of origin, because he might be persecuted for being whatever he pretends to be?

I can imagine the interview when he was cross-examined, at the court:

"So, you're an Algerian bloke convicted of sexual aggression on a minor. Why are you claiming asylum in France?"

"Because I get a sexual thrill from wearing ladies' knickers, and I have a predilection for pubescent children. Also, I have no boxing talent and, therefore, have no chance of winning an Olympic gold medal in the women's' category".

"Welcome to the West".

Blimey! There's still a ways to go.

And there was little old me thinking that so much had been achieved against the cult. I know we have come a long way but it's exhausting looking at what still needs to be addressed. Onwards and upwards.

On the upside the UK seems to be winning the war. It takes court case after court case but we are getting there. But in the USA and Aus it's still a huge disaster and laws do not protect you.

Thanks for the great work as ever, JL.

I have to admit to voting Remain (which i now greatly regret) but I am very glad we are no longer subject to the European Court of Justice - what a ridiculous decision from them!!

Nearly as bad as the decision from the Financial Ombudsman Service and I hope that MSM and the credit union appeal!!

If a trans law in one EU country can be enforced on another country then for consistency that should surely be applied to all laws. In which case individual sovereignty ceases to exist. So if one country has self-ID then that will affect all the other countries, yet other countries didn't get a vote on self-ID in that country. In that case every nationally elected politician in each individual EU country should be allowed to vote on every law proposed in every other country. The Keizers in charge of the EU have truly lost the plot. This simply cannot work in practice. It's the end of the road for the EU with it narcissistic over zealous leaders. What a joke.

Exactly, it’s always been the EU plan right from the beginning, to impose law across the whole EU all made by unelected bureaucrats. It’s why I voted out.

What fascinates me is the completely fictional construct of 'non-binary' being given credence by any governing body (of anything). That really is as clear an indication as any that transmania is a faith-based belief system, i.e. a cult or religion. At the least, I'd expect existing competitors, from churches to vegans, to rise up in protest - but no, many seem to welcome the new kid on the block.

I think many are genuinely and understandably afraid to speak out…

The face masked 6foot plus TRAs are physically frightening and so entrenched in many organisations (great job done by the rich men in dresses who wanted to normalise their fetishes +/- their own irrevocable surgeries by foisting this grand delusion on vulnerable children), as to leave people scared for their families, livelihoods etc.

That’s why we must be vigilant and hold tough. As was said - Pronouns are protocol!

Somehow I got the GNS before the bad one this week, which is definitely the wrong way round to read them 😣, appreciate your dedication to exposing the shittery as I do, JL. I am/was in the process of pitching a show to the Melbourne Comedy Festival that I was planning to call 'TransTasmanian', as I live between AUS and NZ (and am a raging Terf), but I think now it's probably not worth all the hoop jumping of the application process only to be likely told no and blacklisted before I've delivered a single joke. The NZ comedy scene is just as bad, with pronoun policing more important than punchlines. A Sydney comedy boss last year lectured everyone on the line-up before the show started that there would be 'zero tolerance for transphobia' followed by racism and homophobia. Sexism didn't rate a mention. And given that no such warnings were mentioned when I started out in comedy as recently as 2016, with audiences generally doing the 'policing', including for any sexist jokes, as female comedians had by then reached more of a critical mass, this feels like men's rights pushback against that healthy and hard fought for progress for female comedians, like this clearly talented and brassy young Aussie. Good on her for standing her ground, as Ellen did when she declared herself 'a strong woman' in her recent show that was panned for not being 'apologetic' enough to those who accused her of being a mean boss, etc., accusations that went viral and that seemed to be triggered by a trans-identified male 'beauty influencer' she had on her show who didn't think he was treated with due respect. 🙄 Male resentment of (strong) women really is at an all time high.

Sorry ur comedy is currently being derailed by this “shittery” Terf vibes… Perhaps the downtime will give you a good opportunity to get some great material down…??

Chin up & as is said “this too shall pass”. (For my part, I find it better - for my blood pressure & sanity - to read the Good News after the bad…!)

Cheers Essential female (😁) I appreciate the sympathy. And yes, there is plenty of material in this, though more for the next book than for the comedy stage, at the moment at least. Though, as it happens, I decided to pitch my comedy show 'TransTasmanian' (a play on living between Aus and NZ with the Tasman sea between us more than Big Trans,) for the Melbourne Comedy Festival today. I guess I'm not exactly hopeful, but I want the pitch and rejection (if it comes) on the record. I'll keep people posted on my sub. Oh definitely better to read the GNS second. Somehow it came in first last week. I blame the machines. But never again! Hope is fragile, ay?

"Yeah, it's a problem, but we can't do anything about it."

Quote above from person I know (female) in response to my flagging these issues in a recent conversation.

And this is the problem. That response might seem like apathy. But it is more likely a tacit acknowledgement that in her profession (and mine, to be fair) the overt challenging of this agenda is not going to end well for your career or your reputation. (As we've seen with GL, and the many other brave people here, and elsewhere, championing and challenging this issue.)

It is no longer, and has not been for some years, enough to say "I respect you and your choices, let's live happily together". We now seemingly have to warp society in a direction that appeases those choices, irrespective of the disrespect, disregard and dishonesty that they foster and encourage in relation to (mainly) women, and irrespective of the tiny number of very loud people it might pacify (not that it ever seemingly does) compared with the majority of silent, baffled and brow-beaten people (again, mainly women) whose identity it is surely erasing.

To accept this passive position, when you work in sectors that deal with vulnerable people (vulnerable for many reasons) is massively concerning - and frightening. I know that if I flagged this in the "safe spaces" my employers pretend exist, I'd be out on my a**e. This isn't an easy balance to make, and which is why I'm so grateful to those brave people here that do step up and say "woah... wait a minute..."

Onwards.

It’s becoming obvious that sadistic people, overwhelmingly men, are taking full advantage of every possible opportunity to indulge their sadistic, misogynistic urges. It’s like our entire culture is brainwashed to hate women.

This is the result of readily accessible, violent porn.
