Above, link to filmmaker Vaishnavi Sundar's trailer for upcoming feature length documentary (a first!) on trans widows. You'll hear my voice, "I'm 65" in the age range statements. Behind the Looking Glass will be released on Lime Soda Films YT channel in January of 2023. As with the 4 part series, Dysphoria, Sundar's work is stellar, evocative and inspiringly beautiful.

Well done, Ute!

Thanks, Kay! Please do go to Lime Soda Films to watch the 4 part series, Dysphoria, as well. Sundar was uninvited from film festivals when she submitted this partly autobiographical piece, because it names child sexual abuse as a source for the body dissociation. The current "Dylan thing" at the US White House should peak thousands.

Mind/body work heals the mind/body disconnect. That's the simple truth.

Hey Ute, I'm 20 minutes into Lime Soda Films Part 1. Excellent quality. I'm really impressed. Fantastic people too, including David Bell.

Will follow the link you posted too and have a read.

Dylan M is doing a good job for the GC cause. He's deeply unlikeable which helps. I really believe that - despite how serious this is - people feeling allowed to judge and laugh at caricatures like him really breaks the seriousness with which people are programmed to treat the trans issue. "This is the thing I'm supposed to see as sacred, really?"

People have GOT to be exposed to the full range of people to reach "peak trans", especially selfie-obsessed narcissists and exhibitionists doing twirls in floral dresses, who suddenly get privileges like hanging out with - and influencing - world leaders because of their trans status. This really cuts through the dominant "oppression" narrative and exposes their male privilege. I believe people must see them abusing the system!

I also wish the world would wake up to the medical side of this. Surely, when this is exposed once and for all, people will be against the movement! After that, how can anyone be for a movement which bullied and gaslit and lied to the world to pull off the biggest medical scam/scandal, I would say EVER, in history? And including children.

I honestly think if you shout "RIGHT WING BIGOT!" and point in the opposite direction, you can get away with anything. People here have been so trusting of the left (and the TQ by extension). People have been very naive, very easily manipulated. Here in the UK, generally speaking, being seen as right wing or holding right wing views is very, VERY frowned upon, so no one dares to question the aims of LGBTQ+ for fear of stigmatisation. To be seen as homophobic is rightly frowned upon, except that my issues with it are because I actually care about latent gay kids. Because I know that homosexuality is a safeguarding concern when it comes to a trans identity / transition. It's because I'm supportive of gay rights. I've tried so hard to explain but it's too complicated for people to unpick 😣 LGBTQ as a brand is too powerful, its PR is aggressive (yet with "be kind" vibes) and highly successful. Surely when they realise the harm that has come to children, people will be angry - angry too that they believed the hype and blindly supported the cause.

A friend of mine point blank won't believe me about Big Pharma and the billions of pounds involved in the gender industry. It's so frustrating. If I didn't know any better, it would sound totally bonkers to me, too!

We will get there, lots of good things going on in the UK which I hope the world is watching :)

HA! I know, praising a Tory feels very weird. Praising a politician feels weird 😂

After everything that has happened though and the complete nightmare created by this extremist tribalism, I just can't care anymore. Anyone / any party who stands up for women and children in this dreadful mess has my support, and my vote.

Exactly right. And keep telling them they are doing a good job when they stick their heads over the parapet. A little postcard of thanks or an email.

What a brilliant roundup Graham and FANTASTIC news about the new consultation!

Check out Barry Wall (EDIJester) and Isla Macy (Parents against Gender Ideology) for a breakdown. Quality work, you two. Still too much ideological language, e.g. "gender incongruent" and apparently children will be put on puberty blockers as part of clinical trials? Did I get that right!? Outrageous and still quite terrifying. Let's say NO to that part. To me, that's a hangover of the medical recklessness.

Also, how inspirational is Kellie-Jay Keen??? Please donate if you are able to ❤ You can find Standing for Women on PayPal.

My Dad is 70, he came to visit us today. I had sent him many of these updates. He was so upset and said all this was doing his mind in. He was so worried about my son growing up in this world. Broke my heart.

I would limit what you say to him. For some people this is all too painful and I would imagine it is upsetting for those men who feel unable to deal with that and protect their families.

Absolutely...spot on.

My dad is 75 and has my own daughter age 15 and my niece who lives in Ireland ( another gilead like us in Scotland) both identifying as trans. Feel so sorry for him having to see his granddaughters changing from beautiful young girls into confused young women, encouraged by health providers and politicians. Glad my mum isn’t still alive to see this.

I stand with you 100% against this cult.

Aww your poor Papa, my late dad would be so upset and bewildered at all of this 😥 He would be horrified at what is happening to children especially. Truly dark times.

My mum just had a mastectomy due to cancer and she said “no-one does this unless they have to”. I told her young women are getting them and she was appalled.

Sorry to hear this about your mum :(

If someone had said to me 15 years ago that a cult would become mainstream and get so many ordinary people thinking that sterilising and surgically "correcting" children on the altar of this cult was not only ok, but a good thing, I'd have told that person that would never happen.

Wishing your mum + family all the very best.

One possible reason for the perceived change-of-direction by the NHS and other institutions is recognition that medical defence insurance is unlikely to cover for future legal actions by detransitioners and others. The Cass Review, even in interim form removes the 'we didn't know' defence in one fell swoop, leaving any defendant/respondent vulnerable from-the-off.

The fear of future legal cases, particularly class actions, where say an NHS Trust, in losing a case will then make an effort to remove the pensions of former Trust Directors/CEO's and claim damages against them, is a sobering thought. And so the reality of fearing what the legal consequences are likely to amount to in-the-future might just be making the less-dedicated Mengeles contemplating policy changes.

Expand full comment

This is really, really important. The NHS has a multi-BILLION pounds contingent liability reserve for actual or pending legal actions. The last thing they need is another really BIG one.... I will retweet your paragraph, if I may?

As ever, thank you for the good news JL! So much great stuff here. It is wonderful to see women from across political parties standing together on such an important issue. There is too much wonderful to comment on everything but the professionals standing together against WPATH, ACP waking up and realising that it needs to actually do something and the NHS too... when people stand together and official bodies start to take action I feel genuine hope. The buffer zone around abortion clinics as well is great news. I had a few "debates" on social media with members of an American church who were running ads to oppose this. They were claiming that women were being prevented from accessing vital support services leading up to the abortion which they couldn't otherwise access. Of course the truth is that they wanted access to women when they approached the clinics so they could give them their literature and harass them about murder. I had quite a few men "educating" me (cue eye rolling), about access to these services and what it was like for women. I know what it's like and they hadn't got a clue.
