Monday 29th April - Evil playing the long game

REDUXX: A trans-identified male murderer and sex offender is demanding inclusion within the general population of the female prison where he is accommodated.

Thomas Preston Lamb first fell foul of the law in the mid-1960s when he was convicted of theft. Dr. Hector Cavallin, the psychiatrist who evaluated him, said that Lamb’s obsession with women’s clothing was ‘central to his legal difficulties’ as he’d committed burglary in order to buy female clothes.

In December 1969, Lamb kidnapped and murdered 24-year-old Karen Sue Kemmerly. She had paid Lamb a compliment, commenting that he was a ‘handsome man’, which had apparently enraged him because he demanded to be viewed as a woman. He strangled Kemmerly and dumped her naked body in a cornfield.

In January 1970, only a month after he’d killed Karen Sue Kemmerly, Lamb kidnapped 18-year-old Patricia Ann Childs. He returned Childs to her family after her father paid his ransom demand. Court documents pertaining to the case subsequently revealed that, during her kidnapping ordeal, Lamb had bound and raped his victim, although he never faced any formal charges for doing so.

Lamb was eventually convicted of two counts of kidnapping and one count of first degree murder and is serving three consecutive life sentences in prison in Kansas. While incarcerated, Lamb began calling himself Michelle Renee and in 2007 he applied for a legal name change. He has also undergone so-called ‘sex reassignment surgery’ and is prescribed cross-sex hormones. On 27th January 2023 Lamb was transferred to Topeka Correctional Facility (TCF), a women’s prison.

Prison authorities decided to separate Lamb from TCF’s general female population due to concerns over his behaviour and, one hopes, the nature of his crimes. When first moved to the facility, Lamb was placed in ‘restrictive housing’ with a view to integrating him into the general population. However, Lamb’s security risk status as a potential threat to the women held at TCF remains in place because, according to a prison report, his conduct has been “Predatory towards another residents and manipulative towards security staff”.

Lamb has repeatedly sexually harassed female prison officers, asking one to admire his surgically altered genitals and questioning another about her body and sexual habits. Furthermore, court records indicate that Lamb pursued a relationship with a troubled 30-year old woman who has a history of disruptive behaviour, a situation which caused Lamb to “Repeatedly break restrictive housing no-contact rules and orders.” He has also been the subject of a disciplinary report after violating the rules prohibiting lewd conduct with another inmate.

Lamb seems determined to be accommodated amongst the female inmates. In September 2023, he submitted two separate complaints. The first claimed that his designation as a security risk constitutes a ‘hate crime’ against him. “This is a grievance against everyone involved in placing me on OSR [other security risk] and HR [housing restriction] status” he wrote. “I request I be placed on general population status immediately, and all information used to place me on this OSR status be removed from my file.”

In a second grievance letter, Lamb claimed that the restrictions placed on him are so ‘severe’ they adversely affect his mental and physical health. “I’m denied the most basic need, especially for us females: the need to have close contact and relationships with other females”, he wrote. In response, warden David McCabe stated that Lamb is offered opportunities to leave his cell, time outdoors, group interactions and full access to medical and mental health clinicians. Furthermore, Lamb is urged to “Engage in positive interactions and activities” to work towards having his risk status removed.

In November, Lamb filed a discrimination lawsuit against the governor and other staff members at The Topeka Correctional Facility and the Kansas Department of Corrections. Of course, he is being represented in this action by the gender zealots of The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). The organisation has made its disdain for women’s rights and safety abundantly clear; in the past the ACLU has been instrumental in the transferring of numerous violent and dangerous trans-identified males - such as Cristina Nichole Iglesias, Danielle Demers, Dejshontaye Would, Marina Volz and Andrew Rondle - to female prisons.

A final decision in Lamb’s case is expected later this month.

Tuesday 30th April - An Unsporting Chance

THE NEW YORK POST: Five courageous school girls who protested the unfairness of a male competing in their sport were barred from future competitions.

Last week we reported on a trans-identified13-year-old boy, Becky Pepper-Jackson. In 2021 Becky and his mother took legal action against the state of West Virginia over its HB 3293 law, legislation which bans trans-identified males from competing in female sporting categories. In April a federal appeals court ruled in their favour, allowing Becky to compete in girls’ athletics.

Becky then participated in his first competition since the ruling, the Harris County Middle School Track and Field Championship. He came second in the discus event and ‘won’ the shot put event with a throw of 32 feet - a full three feet further than the put which took second place.

Five brave girls from Lincoln Middle School protested against the inclusion of a male by refusing to take part in the shot put. Each stepped up to the circle but refused to throw the ball and then walked away. They all received a mark of ‘no distance’.

These girls were subsequently barred from competing in future meets.

Posting on her X (formerly Twitter) account, Riley Gaines suggested that it was the girls’ own coach who implemented their ban. The very person who should be fighting tooth and nail for their right to fairness and equity in sport.

West Virginia Attorney General, Patrick Morrisey, then filed a lawsuit against the Harrison County Board of Education on the girls’ behalf. “I will do everything in my power to defend these brave young girls”, he said. “This is just wrong.” This legal action proved successful with the judge ruling that the girls in question cannot be punished for acts related to the demonstration of free speech. The ban has been lifted.

But it should never have been implemented in the first place. What a dangerous message to send to the girls who go to school in Harrison County; stand up for yourself and you will be punished.

Wednesday 1st May - The Quacks Are Appearing

THE TIMES: A court has heard that a teenage girl was prescribed a potentially fatal dose of testosterone by online child catchers, GenderGP.

We have written much and often about GenderGP and the couple, Michael and Helen Webberley, who set up the clinic. In 2017 it was discovered that GenderGP was operating without a licence. Helen Webberley was subsequently found guilty of providing healthcare services illegally and fined £12,000. The Webberleys then moved their clinic to Spain and GenderGP remained in business, operating online and offshore. It was later acquired by a mysterious company called Harland International with Helen Webberley still heavily involved in its operation.

In February 2021, The Telegraph discovered that GenderGP was supplying cross-sex hormones to minors without their parents’ consent or even knowledge and after only one cursory consultation.

In the Spring of 2022 Michael Webberley was the focus of a medical tribunal. He faced 89 separate charges spanning the period between February 2017 and June 2019. These charges concerned 18 patients for whom he provided androgen treatment and seven transgender patients to whom he prescribed puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones.

In May 2022 The Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service ruled that Webberley’s actions were ‘fundamentally incompatible with being a doctor’ and amounted to ‘serious misconduct’. The tribunal found that Webberley’s behaviour was ‘outside the limits of his expertise’ and he was without the requisite qualifications and training. It handed down its most severe sanction, erasing him from the medical register.

With regard to the transgender patients, the tribunal found that in all seven cases, Webberley had provided treatment which was not clinically indicated and/or that treatment had been prescribed without sufficient examination or assessment. He had diagnosed gender dysphoria based on inadequate information and he had failed to gain informed consent from the patients concerned. All seven of the transgender patients in question were treated through GenderGP.

This week, the High Court has heard a case about a trans-identified teenage girl known as ‘J’ for whom GenderGP prescribed cross-sex hormones last year.

J is autistic, has a history of anorexia and self-harm and was sectioned under the Mental Health Act for treatment in 2021. Despite these obvious co-morbidities and when she was only 15 years old, GenderGP prescribed J with ‘dangerously high’ levels of testosterone after just one online consultation with an unregistered ‘counsellor’.

The court heard evidence from expert witness, Jacky Hewitt, a consultant paediatric endocrinologist. She said that the dosage of testosterone prescribed to J by GenderGP was so high it was “Highly abnormal and frankly negligent”. She added, “Not only did GenderGP prescribe this top-end dosage to a testosterone-naive child, but they did so by directing a ‘loading’ [double] dose at the commencement of the treatment”.

In giving his ruling, Sir Andrew McFarlane, the president of the family division of the High Court, said “There must be very significant concern about the prospect of a young person such as J accessing cross-hormone treatment from any off-shore, online, unregulated private clinic.” He went on to comment, “I would urge any other court faced with a case involving GenderGP to proceed with extreme caution before exercising any power to approve or endorse treatment that that clinic may prescribe.”

Thursday 2nd May - The Milk Of Human Kindness

THE TELEGRAPH: Trustees from a national breastfeeding support charity have been suspended for protesting the inclusion of trans-identified males.

La Leche League (LLL) is a worldwide charity which was originally set up in the US for the purpose of supporting and advising breast-feeding mothers. Over three years ago we reported on LLL’s ideological capture. Even then the charity was allowing trans-identified males to attend meetings. (The meetings at which new mothers want to discuss intimate issues and where they will breastfeed their babies.)

In 2023, a group of LLLGB trustees contacted the US-led board, La Leche League International (LLLI), about the charity’s adherence to gender ideology and asked to remain single-sex. In February 2024, LLLI responded with this statement: “We focus on providing breastfeeding support and understand the importance of making our spaces welcoming to all those who want to breastfeed or give their babies human milk… We don’t argue with parents or other leaders about how they identify; we accept them with respect, just as they say they are, and do not refer to them with words that conflict with their identity.”

Six LLLBG trustees have now been suspended for requesting that biological males be excluded from the charity’s breastfeeding support groups. The US-based directors are insisting that group leaders have to support ‘male lactation’ and say that it is impossible for the charity to be single sex. The board has also vetoed use of the word ‘mother’, stating that it could be a ‘roadblock’.

The suspended LLLGB trustees issued a statement:

“La Leche League (LLL) has always been about mother-to-mother support to breastfeed. Being able to provide a female-only service is fundamental to the rights, safety and wellbeing of both mothers and babies.

The volunteers at LLLGB have built a powerful legacy over 50 years, having helped thousands of mothers in a culture that is not always supportive of breastfeeding.

Pressure to abandon mother-only breastfeeding services has been building internationally at LLL for several years as gender-identity activism has gathered force. We are now at the point that group leaders around the world are being told they must support ‘male lactation’. 

As a group of current trustees of LLLGB, we have exhausted every process available to us to defend sex-based services. LLL International and a small number of fellow trustees at LLLGB have undermined our efforts and left us with no choice but to alert the Charity Commission.

We would like to reassure group leaders and the mothers who benefit from LLLGB’s services that we are confident the law is on our side, as mother is a sex-based term in UK law. 

Our primary focus is to serve mothers and their children, and we are determined to see through this turbulent time and secure the future of LLLGB as an organisation with mother-to-mother support at its heart.”

A group of LLL officials then responded by circulating a letter to volunteer leaders which seriously misrepresents the position of the UK trustees, dishonestly claiming that they wish to exclude mothers who do not ‘identify’ as women (which they most emphatically do not).

The letter also openly states that LLL not only condones but wishes to facilitate trans-identified males forcing infants to consume their chemically-induced secretions.

In July last year, US clinician, Talia Nava, analysed the information available on artificially drug-induced lactation fluid in males to determine whether or not it is safe and healthy for infants to consume. She concluded that it is not.

“Given all the available data on the amount of milk produced as well as the lack of studies on the safety of these medications at such high doses, it is safe to say there is no sufficient evidence to prove transwomen [sic] can safely breastfeed an infant. Transwomen [sic] cannot produce enough to give adequate nutrition and the unknown dangers to the infant from the medications is not worth the risk.

But even further, it is concerning that it was of great importance that breastfeeding was affirming for the transwoman [sic]. Breastfeeding is about providing nutrition and immunity benefits to the infant. It should be concerning to everyone that affirmation is addressed at all. Given the risk to the infant, the ethical question must be asked: is a transwoman [sic] nursing really about feeding the infant, or is it about feeding the dysphoria?”

Of course, we already know what sort of man would be prepared to take such risks with an infant’s health in order to validate his own ‘gender identity’. Look no further than this account by trans-identified male, Dana Fried, in which he describes ‘feeding’ his baby daughter immediately after his wife had given birth.

“When my baby attached to my breast, there was an incredible chemical cascade that ran through my entire body like lightning. Imagine the most electric thing a partner has ever done to you, then multiply it by 10… And yeah, I kind of got off on it. Don't judge. I might have been my daughter's sperm donor, but breastfeeding was how I knew I was going to be a mom. It validated my womanhood as much as any surgery ever could.”

The only reason trans-identified males want to force-feed babies their chemically induced galactorrhoea is to validate their self-delusion of womanhood and/or to indulge a sordid fetish. Why on earth is La Leche League complicit in their efforts?

Also Today - Leave Them Kids Alone

NATION CYMRU: The Welsh parliament has voted against adopting the recommendations of the Cass Review.

This week the Welsh Conservatives brought forward a debate in the Senedd (the Welsh parliament) calling on the government to accept the recommendations of the recent Cass Review.

Shadow Social Justice Minister, Laura Anne Jones, led the debate. She pointed out that the Welsh government has, thus far, rejected all requests to make a formal statement on the Cass Review. She said, “In Wales, they were often silenced – professionals and parents alike told that their fears were baseless, bigoted and even hateful. The Welsh Government has brushed off concerns and embedded these principles in their own official plans and school curriculum.”

In response, Welsh Labour MS for Cardiff Central, Jenny Rathbone, accused Laura Anne Jones of ‘pursuing a culture war’.

The motion to adopt the findings of the Cass Review was not carried, with 14 MSs in favour and 38 MSs voting against.

Friday 3rd May - A Room Of One’s Own

Reduxx reported that a girl was physically assaulted by a trans-identified male in the toilet facilities of a New York high school.

Reduxx posted a 38 second recording of an incident which took place at Arcadia High School in Rochester, New York. The video clip shows a student who, despite having long hair in a feminine style, has a male demeanour and build. He is clearly much taller, broader and stronger than the female he attacks.

The male student is in the girls’ bathroom. He loiters outside a toilet stall, apparently trying to remove his nose ring. He then strides into the toilet stall and launches a violent attack on the young girl inside. The girl cowers in the corner of the toilet stall, raising her arms in front of her face in a defensive posture.

Grabbing the girl’s hair, the male punches her repeatedly in the head, drags her out of the cubicle and then throws her to the floor. Still holding her by the hair, he drags the girl across the bathroom floor and out into the corridor, continuing to reign blows down on upon her head, shoulders and torso.

Eventually, an adult male security guard rushes in, grabs the boy and pulls him away.

Reduxx have reported that, according to students at the school, the assailant is a trans-identified male. When Reduxx telephoned the Greece Central School District for more details, the member of staff who answered the call refused to comment and hung up.

Meanwhile, in a story from the UK, school girls are making themselves ill rather than use ‘gender neutral’ toilets. The Women and Equalities Minister, Kemi Badenoch, appeared on Times Radio to talk about the provision of single-sex spaces. She said that she knew of “A report, and this was confirmed by doctors, that there were girls who were not using the toilet in some schools and getting urinary tract infections because they didn’t want to share their toilets with boys”.

While we’re on the subject, Kemi Badenoch is urging members of the public to provide examples of state bodies etc which are failing to provide single-sex spaces due to misinterpretation of the Equality Act 2010.

“The Minister for Women and Equalities is seeking examples of policy or guidance in which public bodies – or organisations that advise public and private organisations – wrongly suggest that people have a legal right to access single-sex spaces and services according to their self-identified gender.”

Saturday 4th May - This Never Happens

REDUXX: The trial of a trans-identified male accused of murdering and mutilating an acquaintance has been held up due to his change of name.

In June 2021 Dereck ‘Gabriella’ Sears was arrested on charges relating to the murder of his sometime employer, Darren Middleton.

Middleton’s half-clothed body was found by his common law wife at Sear’s house in Kelowna, British Columbia, in the early hours of the morning on 16th June 2021. According to prosecutors, Middleton had been ‘beaten and mutilated’, his penis severed and his testicles removed. He died of blunt force trauma to the head but also had various defensive injuries and stab wounds, including a deep gash to his throat. As his terrified partner fled from the house, she saw Sears dancing in the road, arms raised and eyes closed. Police arrived at the scene soon after.

Sears was charged with second degree murder and interference with human remains. He was charged under his male name. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police issued a press release referring to Sears as male and his mugshot shows him with a full beard. It was reported that Sears had confessed to the crime, claiming that the victim had sexually assaulted him.

According to The Vernon Morning Star, Sears ‘identified as a woman’ at that time of his arrest “But publicly presented as both a man and woman, depending on the circumstance”. Global News described him as a ‘transgender woman’ and used female pronouns with which to refer to him. Other sources suggested that Sears adopted the name Gabriella only after his arrest for murder.

In reporting on this story, most local news outlets, such as Castanet and North Shore News, referred to Sears with female pronouns and call him ‘Gabriella’ while simultaneously describing the penile swabs taken at the time of his arrest. The Vernon Morning Star and The Summerland Review both referred to him as a ‘woman’.

Sears’ trial began last autumn but, 18 days in, he sacked his legal representatives, Jordan Watt and Tom Forss, accusing them of ‘gaslighting’ him and ‘colluding with the Crown’. A few months later, he parted company with another lawyer, Mark Swartz.

Now Sears has applied to have his name changed on the indictment, citing his ‘equality rights’ outlined in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. This process is likely cause yet further delays to the trial.

Sunday 5th May - “Both Sides”

This weekend, in Strasbourg, hundreds of trans rights activists took part in a demonstration and called for the death of a woman who disagrees with them.

Dora Moutot is a journalist, author and women’s rights activist who has campaigned against self-ID legislation in France and co-authored a book called ‘Transmania: An Investigation into the Excesses of Transgender Ideology’. Last year we reported that she faced legal action for refusing to kowtow to the cult of gender.

A trans-identified female called Hanneli Escurier (aka Hali Bottom) appeared at a drag event in Paris in 2020. Dressed as a boxer, she held aloft a sign which read ‘Round 5 Dora Moutot and the other TERFs’ and she commented, “Ça va saigner ce soir”, a rough translation of which is “There will be blood tonight”.

When, in August 2022, Dora Moutot became aware of this violent threat, she shared the footage of Escurier on social media, accurately describing her as a trans-identified female.

58-year-old Marie (formerly Nicholas) Cau is a trans-identified male who began transitioning when he was around forty. In 2020 he was elected mayor of a small village, Tilloy-lez-Marchiennes. In October 2022 Cau appeared on a French TV programme, Quelle Époque, alongside Dora Moutot. The programme’s presenter asked Moutot whether she regards Cau as a woman. Moutot replied, “To me, Marie Cau is a man. A transfeminine man”.

Dora Moutot then faced legal action over these incidents of so-called ‘misgendering’. Two LGBT associations, SOS homophobia and Mousse, represented Cau and Escurier and sued Moutot for alleged ‘insults and transphobic hate speech’. She was accused of ‘publicly insulting a person because of their gender identity’ and ‘publicly inciting hatred or violence against a group’. Just because she refuses to pretend that it is possible for humans to change sex.

And this weekend a mob of trans activists ranged the streets of Strasbourg, the seat of the European Court of Human Rights, calling for Dora Moutot to be drowned in the River Rhine because she won’t call a man a woman.

Both sides, eh?
