I found some for the US--rather you can get the number and make estimates easily of the possible ranges in percentages and compare them to other demographics. Thirdly, because the link between death and being a sex worker seem heavily linked, it would be worthwhile for us to have those stats on hand and also to condemn the stations for being hypocritical by pulling out eps like this but leaving up misogynistic depictions of sex workers.
And you're quite right - statistics can be massively skewed by including the murders of trans people who are involved in prostitution in certain parts of the world. Tragically, prostitution is extremely dangerous for women and trans women.
