I'm reminded of a discussion with Benji and Arty on The Mess We're In (on the first episode I think?). Seriously cult-like behaviour - I sense an element of fear that people reading anything that criticises the doctrine, in any way, could break the illusion.
I know someone who bristles at the word cult because cults are a very specific thing that he doesn't think accurately describes the gender ideology movement. I think it was something to do with cults being top-down, with a single leader, whereas this movement has evolved more organically, but it's definitely cult-like.
