I feel a physical hurt at the behaviour of Nicola Sturgeon towards women. I expect nothing from the Greens she uses to gain support but I had high hope for her which came crashing down. Graham and the others who stood up and spoke the truth are beacons of light in a dark era.
When Graham spoke about elites wanting jobs in America so going along with gender woo I immediately thought of Nicola. I’m sure she wants a global platform and to be seen as on trend with the latest garbage. She doesn’t believe this stuff - she represents Govan for Gods sake. Nobody in Govan believes it unless they’re on drugs.
I don't know Glasgow at all but my knowledge, such as it is, comes from the old TV show Rab C Nesbit (or was that the actor?) Anyway, he defined a packet of fags and a can of lager as 'a Govan picnic' so I get the idea. I imagine her constituents are too busy scraping through each day to pay much heed to what NS is up to with this shite. I'm sure La Sturgeon will blow in whatever direction benefits her the most.
The most elite person from Govan is Sir Alex Ferguson. He is a shipyard man and I can just see them all down at the docks nodding sagely at the idea that the guy with the beard and the penis is actually a woman.
As an American currently watching with horror as my country degenerates into one big dumpster fire, I must ask: why the hell would anyone want a job here? Haven't they seen the news? It's like they'd think that the perfect time to book a cruise on the Titanic was right when it hit that iceberg...
What Graham said about Wikipedia reminded me: I used to edit a bit - mainly just to improve the punctuation! - but some time last year I went on a "Gender-Neutral Toilets" page and added something to the effect that women cannot use the men's urinals.
The next time I tried, I got "You are blocked from editing for 6 months".

There are two historical campaign groups that harass and intimidate journalists: "Trans Media Watch" ("Helen" Belcher) and Press for Change (Dr "Stephen" Whittle), and then a load of new ones, like "All About Trans". It makes my blood boil to know that MY money as a taxpayer being spent on this oppressive, destructive, grey world of self-delusion and intimidation of women???
It's weird being a part of Gen Z and yet feeling so distant from the beliefs of others my age. I'm trying to write something about how I think we got to this place. If anyone would take a look that would be great (never really written anything before and I think it shows). I'm so glad Graham is speaking out about this issue. I just finished uni and it's everywhere. I was taught Judith Butler in a Theatre course and I didn't understand at the time what she was peddling. Glad I moved on from that course now.
