That mumsnet post is so on the money. I'm not on mumsnet but now I really want to see what the responses were like. You're going to have to provide updates now please Graham :)
Superb post. It made me feel so angry that we’ve been put in this position and politicians have traded our rights in for these chancers. F the lot of them (apart from Rosie Duffield and J Cherry),
Quite right. Men as a class are appalling, sneaky cheats who abuse women with their money, power and privilege ALL THE TIME and EVERYWHERE. It’s truly revolting.
The concept of 'misgendering' makes no sense. In reality, it's thought control.
The SNP has just brought in rules around apparent 'transphobia', based on flimsy-to-non-existent definitions and meaningless phrases (just like their GRA Reform Bill), eagerly supported by its apparently feminist leader, who filibustered the meeting to discuss the proposal. Democracy, eh?
All of us must fight back against this unthinking nonsense before it's too late.
MN is worth a look. Civilised discourse is possible there. Misgendering an individual isn’t allowed but people can say TW are not women.

Thanks @Ereshkigalangcleg and @Barracker
Have to go do some other work (about how entrenched societal expectations mean that responsibility for domestic care, childcare and vulnerable relatives has left women totally overloaded and heading for burnout under lockdown...) but would like to say please don't 'call out' other MNers who aren't even on this thread - it's exactly the kind of 'chasing off' of posters representing other views that we want to avoid. Play the ball, not the MNer - please’
Thank you for flagging this webinar up. I have just spent an hour typing gender-critical and pro-XX comments in the Q&A box. I suspect that a few other listeners were doing the same. The questions were hidden from other members of the audience (no "chat") and the panelists were not challenged with these comments or questions. Robin White has a very deep voice. "Sue" Pascoe less deep. They are both so overweight that they are obese - rolling lumps of lard. Sue Pascoe suffered a pulmonary embolism just before the Dec 2019 election which is, he says, why he didn't stand for Parliament. Of course mucking about with your sex hormones can do that. He is 59 years old and has been taking estrogen for ?? a few years, not that many. Dangerous stuff in the wrong body.
That post is gold.

Which Mumsnet thread, please?
I copied and pasted the first paragraph into Google. The thread is: https://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/womens_rights/4166666-50-50-Parliament-Campaign-to-Encourage-Women-in-Politics-now-have-TWO-Transwomen-on-the-Panel?pg=8

Robin White is also the barrister working for Stonewall against Allison Bailey. He was arguing last week that her case should be thrown out.

Thank you 🙏🏻 Are they referring to Barracker ‘calling out’ Robin W...? Light-handed at least.
It was Barracker, at 11.24 on 16 Feb as linked by Una-Jane. I assume it was in response to RW
