Monday 15th August - Australia criminalises safeguarding
THE DAILY MAIL: Parents and counsellors in Australia face legal action if they try to prevent the medicalisation of vulnerable children.
A new law in the Australian state of Victoria means that parents of gender-confused children could face prosecution if they try to prevent their child being ‘transed’.
The Change of Suppression (Conversion) Practices Prohibition Act 2021 effectively prohibits parents from taking any action other than total affirmation of their child’s ‘gender identity’. Parents now face legal action if they will not accede to their child’s request for medical treatment, if they refuse their child access to any health care services which would reinforce their ‘gender identity’ or even if they just pursue a ‘watchful waiting’ approach and ask their child to take time and consider their choice.
So severe is this legislation that even trying to arrange counselling and assessment for their children could mean parents face prosecution if the guidance takes any other form than affirmation of the child’s new ‘gender’. The mental health professional would also risk legal action. This, says Dr Dianna Kenny, former professor of psychology at the University of Sydney, has left clinicians in Victoria ‘terrified’ of practising non-affirming psychotherapy for children with gender dysphoria. Parents are even prevented from taking their child outside the state to seek counselling as the Act makes that illegal, too.

PORT TOWNSEND FREE PRESS: A mob of trans activists threatened, intimidated and physically attacked a group of women who had gathered in a town square to talk about their need for female spaces.
A few weeks ago we reported on an incident in Port Townsend, a small town on America’s north west coast. 80-year-old Julie Jarman was in the women’s showers at her local swimming pool when she found that standing right outside her cubicle was a male in a women’s swimming costume who was watching little girls take off their bathing suits. The male in question turned out to be a pool employee, Clementine Adams, who ‘identifies as a woman’ but has yet to undergo any surgery.
When Julie protested Adam’s presence in the women’s changing room, she was accused of ‘transphobia’ and permanently barred from the pool.
This week a group of women’s rights campaigners held a press conference called ‘Let Julie Swim’ outside Port Townsend’s city hall. Members of the public - many of them senior women - gathered to protest Julie’s banishment and to discuss their concerns about the pool’s policy of allowing male access to the female changing room.
The meeting was met with extreme hostility from a large group trans activists from the outset. Attendees described a mob of at least 200 people, most of them men, bearing down on about 30-40 women. In the video recording of the event, the vast majority of the voices can be heard are male.
The activists tried to drown out the women’s voices with shouting, jeering, chanting, banging metal implements and blowing whistles. Their behaviour was extremely intimidating and they closed in on the small circle of women who tried to protect themselves by linking arms. The trans activists tore down flags, verbally abused women, snatched and damaged personal property and tried to steal the electrical equipment being used to record and amplify the press conference.
Many women in attendance shared photographs and video footage from the event on social media. They tell their own story. In one photograph a man yells aggressively.
In another photograph, a man wearing a t-shirt depicting a lynched Klu Klux Klan member and bearing the slogan ‘Hang in there baby’, jabs his finger in the face of a black woman.
In this video footage, a man can be seen trying to wrestle a woman to the ground and, when he is prevented from doing so, he rips off and steals one of her shoes.
A number of women were physically assaulted at the event, being knocked to the ground or pinned up against a brick wall.
Even 80-year-old Julie Jarman was heckled and jeered at as she tried to speak.
Trans activists tried to grab her microphone and they ripped down the suffragette flags which were hanging behind her.
Port Townsend Free Press journalist, Jim Scarantino, was in attendance and explained how the police, present at the very start of the event, soon disappeared. He spoke to a couple of local police officers standing across the street who told him it was not their policy to get between the two groups. Fearing for the women’s safety in the face of what he described as ‘escalating violence’, Scarantino called 911.
Scarantino later described the event in a Free Press article:
“An angry white crowd screaming at a Black woman pleading for civil rights. Threatening her. Intimidating her. Senior women linking arms to protect a rape survivor trying to speak. A lesbian being shouted down by a mostly male mob decked out in Pride colours. A man with an AR-15 imposed over a Trans flag on his ball cap, the impression of a handgun in his left cargo pants pocket, hiding behind sunglasses and a mask.”
This is how Port Townsend’s mayor, David Faber, responded to women being silenced, threatened and assaulted by a baying mob in his town.

SCOTTISH DAILY EXPRESS: A comedian at the Edinburgh Fringe has been cold shouldered, abused and even spat at in the street because her show about female bodies is deemed ‘transphobic’.
Elaine Miller is a pelvic physiotherapist and comedian. Her stand-up shows are aimed at teaching women about their bodies, in particular their reproductive organs and how to care for them. Her current show, Viva Your Vulva, is on in Edinburgh.
For daring to stage a show centring on women and female anatomy, Elaine Miller has been smeared as a ‘transphobe’ and become the target of abuse. She has been harassed and even spat at in the street, her show’s posters have been defaced and people with whom she has worked harmoniously for years now shun and ignore her.
She said of her show, “I think my crime is that it's only about female people and I don't mention trans women at all because they are not relevant to the topic and that seems to have upset people”.
Thursday 18th August - Leave Them Kids Alone #2
THE DAILY MIRROR: A 10-year-old boy, ‘socially transitioned’ from the age of four, is modelling ‘trans clothing’ at New York Fashion Week.
Noella is just ten years old but is being paraded on the New York catwalk and hailed as an ‘amazing advocate’ for ‘trans kids’.
He is modelling for fashion designer, Melissa Kay Atkinson, who founded the Trans Clothing Company and uses they/them pronouns. Atkinson’s company provides ‘body modification clothing and styles’ for trans and gender non-conforming people. In the photographs below, 10-year-old Noella is modelling a leather hoodie and trousers from the ‘Love Deeply’ collection.
Noella’s mother, Dee, described his early years as ‘rough’ because he ‘hated everything masculine’ and threw a tantrum when made to wear ‘boy’s clothes’. (But it’s not about stereotypes, right?) Noella’s parents took him to a gender clinic and he was subsequently ‘socially transitioned’ when he was just four years old.
Aged seven, Noella’s legal name was changed and he began working as a model. “She [sic] was so excited to go down the catwalk, excited to see all the people and the cameras”, said Dee. “She [sic] knows exactly how to work a crowd.”
Dee described how Noella is “Showing the world that trans is beautiful”. She said that Noella is keen to “Show other trans kids that it's ok to socially transition and accept who they truly are”.
Or, to put it another way, a 10-year-old gender non-conforming boy who has been brainwashed and gaslit since he was a toddler is being used as a pawn to promote and glamorise the medicalisation of vulnerable children.
Doesn’t it break your heart?

BBC RADIO SHEFFIELD: Police are seeking a man who tried to film women undressing in a Primark changing room.
South Yorkshire Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to interview following reports of voyeurism in Sheffield’s Primark store. In July two women were using the store’s changing rooms and reported seeing a mobile phone filming them from beneath the curtains of their cubicles. The women were left ‘shaken and distressed’.
Only a couple of weeks ago a man was sentenced having been apprehended recording women in a Primark changing room at a store in London.
Swaleh Chaudhry was filming a woman getting undressed by sliding his phone through the gap between his cubicle and hers. Luckily, the woman spotted his camera and he was arrested. Following his arrest detectives also found a number of child abuse images and extreme pornography at Chaudhry’s home. In court, Chaudhry pleaded guilty to one count of voyeurism, one count of possession of extreme pornography and three counts of making an indecent image of a child.
A few years ago Primark was in the papers when it started to install ‘gender neutral’ changing rooms in its stores. Other clothing chains, such as Marks & Spencer and John Lewis, have also chosen to pander to the new religion by operating changing rooms on the basis of self-declared ‘gender identity’ rather than sex.
The women who protested these policies were painted as prudes, transphobes and bigots. But, yet again, here’s a story which proves they were absolutely right.
Saturday 20th August - Men Make The Best Women
THE DAILY MAIL: A trans-identified male golfer is set to take up a place on the prestigious LPGA tour after beating most of the women in two qualifying rounds.
29-year-old Hailey Davidson is a professional golfer who, originally from Scotland, now lives in Florida. After earning a scholarship to play on the male team at Wilmington University, Davidson competed on the men’s tour until 2015 when he began hormone treatment. He underwent ‘gender reassignment’ surgery in January.
Davidson now plays golf on the women’s circuit and in May won his first professional title on the NWGA (National Women’s Golf Association) tour, beating several prominent LPGA players in the process.
He is now poised to get his hands on a coveted Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) 2023 tour card. Not surprisingly, he beat most of his competition in the opening rounds of the LPGA and Epson Tour Qualifying School in Palm Springs this week. Davidson now seems highly likely to move onto Stage 2 of the qualifiers in October.
Earning 2023 Epson Tour Status, the official qualifying tour for the LPGA, could be the making of a player’s career, especially in terms of exposure and sponsorship. Even if he fails to make the tour after the second round, Davidson will have robbed a female player of her opportunity to compete for a place.
The LPGA Tour removed its ‘female at birth’ requirement in 2010. Since then, however, all the scientific evidence has demonstrated unequivocally that, even after transition, trans-identifies males retain numerous physical and physiological advantages over women and any loss of muscle mass and strength is negligible.
Nevertheless, Davidson claims that he has no advantage over the female players against whom he is competing. He dismisses those protesting his inclusion in the women’s sport as transphobic.
Sunday 20th August - This Never Happens
REDUXX: A trans-identified male who has become a popular TikTok contributor has been revealed as a convicted sex offender.
In 2015, Jason Croker, then aged 38, was found guilty of attempted rape at Warwick Crown Court.
In May 2013 Croker asked a female friend to help him transport his belongings to a storage facility, his having recently moved house from Felixstowe to Redditch. He picked the woman up in a borrowed van but, instead of a storage facility, he drove her into the Warwickshire countryside and parked the van in a secluded field.
Croker demanded sex from the woman and, when she refused him, he tried to force himself on her. She fought back but he overpowered her, pinning her down and trying to remove her clothes. While sexually assaulting her, Croker put his hands around her throat and the woman lost consciousness. Croker dumped her in the field while she was still unconscious and made his getaway.
The woman had an injured ankle but, when she recovered consciousness, she managed to hobble to the road where she flagged down a passing motorist for help. She was admitted to hospital “With injuries consistent with what she said had happened,” according to Prosecutor, Harpreet Sandu.
A unanimous jury found Croker guilty of attempted rape. Sentencing him to nine years, Judge Richard Griffith-Jones commented, “This was wicked and deceitful selfishness. You made up your mind you were going to gratify yourself sexually with this poor woman.” The Judge also added that Croker had used ‘considerable violence’ and that the victim ‘could have died’.
Croker served only four and a half years in prison and was released a few years ago. Since his release he has begun identifying as trans, calling himself Jay Adams and, more recently, Jayde Palmer.
Croker’s criminal past has been the subject of much discussion on TikTok in recent weeks with numerous accounts posting information linking his Jay/Jayde personas with his former name and life.
Eventually, Croker, who currently posts on TikTok as Jayde Palmer, admitted his former identity himself. He posted a video confirming that he is the Jason Croker convicted of attempted rape. He also tried to claim that he was falsely accused.
In the same video, Croker stated, “If I get hounded out of my house because of this, I will have a new ID, you won’t know if I am living next door to you … I will get a new ID, a makeover, the lot. Bear that in mind…”

THE TELEGRAPH: A lecturer says she was sacked from her job over accusations of transphobia after asking students to examine the culture of drag.
Cathy Boardman was a lecturer in cultural studies at the BIMM Institute, a private music academy which has eight colleges in the UK, Ireland and Germany.
In November 2020 Boardman was teaching a class on sex, sexuality and gender via Zoom. She displayed an archive image of a white performer in ‘blackface’ and another picture of a drag queen and posed the question ‘what about womanface?’.
She wanted students to examine whether a parody of women could be deemed offensive and criticised in the same way that a parody of black people can be. “I was not suggesting that drag and blackface are the same - because they are not,” she said. “I was simply trying to draw parallels with members of more powerful groups in society parodying members of other groups for entertainment.”
A year later she discovered that a student had lodged a complaint about this class.
In March 2021 Ms Boardman, who is a lesbian and a mother, gave a lecture on sex and gender which focused on the mistreatment of women. This led to accusations of ‘transphobia’ because her hour-long presentation specifically about women omitted to mention trans-identified males. A number of students apparently found this ‘hurtful’.
A third incident in November 2021 involved Boardman being asked by a colleague if she’d like to see a drag show. She replied, “Oh, god, no – I don't want to see a drag show. I hate drag!" At the time nobody in staff room commented on her response but, a month later, a colleague made a complaint about it.
In December 2021 Boardman was summoned to a meeting with the principal to discuss what he described as her ‘transphobic views’. She claims he told her that a group of students was ‘out to get’ her. Furthermore, detailing this meeting on her CrowdJustice page, Boardman says that the principal mentioned the case of Kathleen Stock, and stated clearly that if that if a similar thing were to happen to her, neither he nor the academy would support her.
In May this year Boardman was told that she had been ‘unsuccessful’ in completing her probationary period as deputy course leader. She received a letter informing her that she had failed to achieve the professional standards of her role by her ‘inappropriate’ expression of views, among other points.
She is now taking BIMM Ltd to a tribunal and has set up a CrowdJustice page.
She told the Mail on Sunday, “Essentially, I've been fired for doing my job. We are supposed to look at things from different perspectives. If we don't, what is the point of university?”
Imagine suggesting that drag is a sexist parody of womanhood…
See you next week.
The way in which the Port Townsend mayor is taking the side of the brownshirts makes my blood run cold. "Trans and cis-allies alike spoke love & support."
There is a little girl in Victoria who is identifying as a cat now. Her private school are supporting her in her new identity. I can't work out if It's collective madness or a very clever parent and child out to prove how stupid gender is.
