Here's Lord Blencathra telling Baroness Chakrabarti that the reason so many men spoke on #Amendment214 is because the women were afraid. Please, everyone, think about that. Some of the most privileged women in the land are afraid to defend women's rights.
From the titled hoity toity to female prisoners, gender identity ideology leaves no woman behind when doling out the bad news. Women in the House of Lords are frightened to speak, women in prison are frightened of being raped.
This is a society-wide attack on women’s rights.
May I also take this opportunity to add my voice to the chorus of those thanking Baroness Nicholson, Baroness Fox and Lord Blencathra for their attempt yesterday to defend the most vulnerable women in society. Lords Paddick and Cashman, on the other hand, will never live it down.
