Our second deserving winner: Rory O'Neill!
For his cowardice, his dishonesty and his selective deafness when women or lesbians are talking, the second Strategic Ignorance Award will be winging its way to Rory O’Neill, who asked for receipts on the ‘cotton ceiling’, and got receipts, and then pretended he had lost the ability to read. Now he can enjoy this fine sculpture of his conscience I got from Amazon for £35.
I’ll probably send it directly to his agent’s offices, but if someone would like to deliver it in person and record it, let me know in the comments!
Of course, despite his cowardice and his contempt for lesbians, he still manages to pretend he occupies the moral high ground. Rory, you hold no such vantage point. You’re a dishonest coward and your fifteen minutes are up.
