I’m 90% sure medical science will reveal gender dysphoria to be a “software” problem, not a “hardware” problem.
Carving up hardware (sex transition) to solve a software (psychological) problem will eventually be deemed unsustainable and unethical.

I’d like to think it’s in part thanks to him reading the comments under his & other columnists’ pieces, the majority of which are always either GC, or simply common sense. They are also usually polite and balanced - as always happens when people have to pay for access.
