Stories like these are why the BBC should be investigated when all this is over. There is no mention of why the materials are controversial. Does this councillor know that the materials state that a child is a “sexual being from birth”? ( italics mine)

Does the journalist know of the content? Why not? If they do know, why fail to point it out?
