In the wake of the WiSpa incident, trans rights activist David Paisley reported lesbian Ceri Black to the police for tweets she posted about child protection. The police asked Ceri to go for interview, under caution, to answer charges of malicious communications, misuse of electronic communications, homophobia, transphobia, and harassment.
Ceri told the police if they wanted to talk to her, they would have to come and arrest her. The police tried to negotiate her coming in on a voluntary basis, but she politely declined.
Then the police offered to arrest Ceri at her own convenience, making sure she wasn’t cuffed or manhandled, and that she didn’t spend too long at the station.
The good news is that the police have now informed Ceri’s solicitor that they will not arrest her.
The bad news is that they are sending the complaint directly to the Public Prosecution Service of Northern Ireland. This is the next step towards laying charges against Ceri.
Psychotic misogynist David Paisley has made a number of other complaints to the Lurgan police about Ceri and her Twitter account this week. There may be other complainants too. Ceri is not allowed to know any details, unless she attends a voluntary interview under caution.
There have been a number of ‘non-crime hate incidents’ recorded against Ceri by police, who will be visiting her in coming days to tell her which complaint/s are being sent on to the prosecution service. She has asked for this to be done in writing, but apparently this is not ‘procedure.’
Next Steps
Ceri’s solicitor thinks that the most likely outcome is that the prosecution service will drop the complaint and decide not to prosecute. At that point, Ceri hopes to takes action against the vexatious complainant in this case. She is holding off on any actions or statements on the case until the PPSNI make a decision about whether to prosecute.
It has also come to light that the second complainant in the Marion Millar case was SNP women’s convenor and Glasgow councillor, Rhiannon Spear. Spear was a friend of Nicola Sturgeon and a leading gender cultist in the party, but it appears she does not plan to stand in next year's council elections. Did she jump or was she pushed? Could we finally be seeing consequences for these women-hating lunatics?
"Could we finally be seeing consequences for these women-hating lunatics?" Oh I do hope so. I'm still not quite sure I am witnessing this utterly bizarre moment in human history
My trans ex-H had me arrested for "assault" after a scuffle which he initiated at a house which represented all of our joint savings. I had just persuaded him to show me a psychiatrist's report about him. I was about to leave when he realised just how damning the report was (premeditated marriage fraud - I had only glanced at it). So HE attacked ME, and caused minor grazing and real shock (he was not previously violent). The following morning he went to the police wearing a dress and basically forced them to press charges against me. I was a novice to DARVO and manipulation then. I crumbled and admitted assault. I learned later that my police record says that I am a victim. And I now have a completely clear DBS record, and was employed as a Covid vaccinator, so the NHS thinks that I am a responsible and trustworthy person. HE DID NOT WIN!
