Stop writing these dumb stories
I hate to tell BelfastLive, but if my wife had put on a suit and I wore a polka-dot dress, it wouldn’t make our children miracle babies.
Let’s fix it.
He knows it’s not true. But he’s saying it anyway. Why?
Perfectly put
Case in point: Philip Pullman
One of the most disappointing people in this debate has been Philip Pullman, whose curiosity and empathy simply disappears when women are fighting for their rights and the well-being of their children.
He’s a disgrace, quite frankly, for backing up the despicable Clara Vulliamy. Vulliamy went after fellow author Rachel Rooney in the most deranged and vicious way for the crime of writing a beautiful book for children encouraging them to be happy in their own skin.
To Glosswitch for the best take!
If you’re still on Twitter, please ask Philip what exactly he found so offensive about contents like the sample below. Or did he perhaps not bother to read it? I suspect the case is he hasn’t read it, because only a psychopath could find something to object to in this, and such laziness when the stakes are so high is unforgivable. I certainly won’t be able to read anything of his again.
“I get to say no to him”
Here’s Juno Dawson, looking (again) almost exactly like a privileged white male.
This is a great thread.

First up: Festen.
What is autogynephilia? Well, this screenshot from Reddit gives you a rough idea.
Don’t forget that Reddit recently banned several feminist subreddits, and counts among its moderators these charmers.
It’s almost as if this whole thing is a men’s sexual rights movement!
Starring Zinnia Jones
Zinnia Jones is the disgusting pornographer who has recently been targeting Keira Bell. Here’s one of his previous hits.
Huh. You don’t say
Also, what a huge coincidence that a huge proportion of people who grew up with these services are rabidly misogynistic and so emotionally fragile they burst into tears at work.
Show don’t tell
“Show don’t tell” is not only useful advice for writers, it also helps you figure out when people are lying. All you have to do is compare their words to their deeds.
And finally…
In last week’s sitcom school we were talking about how sketches that just hammer on the same joke become exhausting and often don’t work. But then you have a sketch like this, which you could watch for as long as they wanted to run it.
Oh ffs my home town produces miracle babies how embarrassing. Is there a star over the RVH for Owen, Aidy & Haddock to follow?
We’re at the "fancy dress" stage of transgenderism now 🙄🙄🙄🙄
Key and peele are the best. 😂
