Try and find any gender critical feminist who talks like this.

And this guy is completely representative of trans rights activism. As Jane Clare Jones said, blokes like this are the enforcers. Stonewall never condemns violent pricks like this because they very helpfully keep women frightened of entering a conversation about their own rights.

This ‘enforcer’ role is embraced with particular glee by Aiden Comerford, a stand-up comedian who polices the internet like the ghost of an exceptionally unmourned Christian Brother. Just this week he has been harassing Sarah Anderson, an Irish woman interviewed on The Joe Duffy show about the removal of the word ‘woman’ from cervical cancer information.

We asked Stonewall in 2018 to do something about people like Aiden and they refused within the day.

Specifically, we asked them to:

• Acknowledge that there are a range of valid viewpoints around sex, gender and transgender politics

• Acknowledge specifically the conflict that exists between transgenderism and sex-based women’s rights

• Commit to fostering an atmosphere of respectful debate, rather than demonising as transphobic those who wish to discuss or dissent from Stonewall’s current policies

Despite these outrageous demands, over 11 thousand people have now signed our letter, but Stonewall’s answer is still no. Please remember this fact when anyone trots out the ‘both sides’ canard.

They don’t need to change their minds, you see. Not when their enforcers are patrolling, as JK Rowling and Sarah Anderson, and Sharron Davies and Martina Navratilova, and Maya Forstater and the late Magdalen Berns would tell you, and countless other women, if they dared speak.
