Monday 18th January - First, Do No Harm (Part 1)
TRANSGENDER TREND: The truth behind the ideological hijacking of the UK’s counselling services.
The UK Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP) was one of the main drivers behind the inclusion of ‘gender identity’ in a Memorandum of Understanding on conversion therapy. (A ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ is a semi-legal document which governs the practice of those within the counselling professions.)
The original document was intended to protect gay and lesbian children and young people. This revised version puts them at risk. It means there can be no other outcome than a trans diagnosis for young people with gender dysphoria, outlawing any approach but ‘affirmation’, and it silences all opposition
Researcher, Shelley Charlesworth, has produced a shocking report which details how “UK professional bodies allowed themselves to be captured by an activist network pushing an extreme ideological and political agenda”.

Tuesday 19th January - First, Do No Harm (Part 2)
CTV NEWS: A mother in Canada has lost her legal challenge to prevent her 17 year old daughter from having irreversible surgery.
A mother in British Columbia took legal action to prevent her 17 year old daughter, who identifies as trans, from having a double mastectomy (euphemistically referred to as ‘chest reconstruction’ in this article).
However, the court has decided that the surgery can go ahead. British Columbia’s Infants Act, allows a minor to choose to have such surgery without parental permission if a medical professional deems them mature enough to do so and believes the treatment to be in their best interests.
A medical professional like Dr Giancarlo McEvenue of the McLean Clinic.
Wednesday 20th January - First, Do No Harm (Part 3)
BBC NEWS: A Care Quality Commission inspection has deemed the Tavistock & Portman ‘inadequate’.
Last October The Care Quality Commission inspected the Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS) at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust. The subsequent report has been published and its findings paint a very grim picture.
The commission highlighted various areas of failure by designating them ‘inadequate’, its lowest safety rating. The clinic’s record-keeping was heavily criticised, as was its lack of research into the high number of patients with autism.
BBC journalist, Hannah Barnes, frequently reported on the Tavistock’s failings for Newsnight. She detailed the report’s findings in this Twitter thread.
Later in the week Channel 4 News interviewed the former Tavistock governor, Dr David Bell.
In 2018 Dr Bell wrote an internal report detailing the concerns of his colleagues which he discussed on the programme:
Patients did not have the capacity to consent to the treatment they received.
Children were rushed into medical treatment so transition became a ‘self fulfilling prophecy’.
There was no follow-up data kept after patients had been discharged.
Comorbidities, such as childhood trauma and autism, were not examined prior to a trans diagnosis being given.
Medical treatment was a form of ‘conversion therapy’ for gay and lesbian gender non-conforming children.
Dr Bell explained that this is a highly politicised issue. “Leaders of movements of a very powerful ideological commitment have managed to capture policy, both medically, professionally, in the media and in government, with no evidence base.”
On the subject of the disciplinary action he faced whilst at the Tavistock, Dr Bell commented, “I think what they were doing was making it clear that people like me who spoke out would come under scrutiny… It’s like a message to everyone else who doesn’t have my seniority and my safety; ‘Oh my god I better not speak out or they’ll think I’m transphobic’”.
He described children as having been “Very seriously damaged”.
The Tavistock has been granted the right to appeal the judgement in the Keira Bell case. If you are able to help Keira and her team, you can donate to her fundraising site here.
Thursday 21st January - Biden Throws Women Under The Bus
On his first day in office US President, Joe Biden, signed an executive order which threatens many of the rights and spaces of American women and girls.
As the New York Post so rightly put it, “The directive, titled ‘Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation’, spells disaster for women’s shelters, sports and health care in the name of transgender equality”.
Another of Biden’s first actions in office was to nominate a trans-identified male to be his Assistant Secretary of Health.
Rachel (née Richard) Levine is a paediatrician and a father of two who transitioned in 2011 at the age of 53. He believes that trans-identified males have the right to enter female-only spaces based on their gender identity.
Speaking at a discussion on adolescent health care in Pennsylvania two years ago, Levine implied that he does not believe sex is binary.
Shouldn’t an assistant health secretary have a better grasp of human biology?
Friday 22nd January - The Guardian Hates Women
Following Joe Biden’s Executive Order, The Guardian published an article celebrating the dismantling of women’s rights and spaces.
The writer, Bryan Armen Graham, was particularly gleeful about the destruction of women’s sports. He ignored all the irrefutable evidence that trans identified males retain their physical and competitive advantages, even post-transition, and, instead, sneered at the women who don’t want to play with them.
Discussing Terry Miller & Andraya Yearwood, the trans identified male athletes at the centre of a Connecticut law suit last year, Graham wrote that “Being able to run against girls was central to their wellbeing”.
So there you have it. It doesn’t matter that women and girls will lose out on medals, opportunities, competitions and scholarships and be forced to share their changing rooms with members of the opposite sex; what’s important is coddling male feelings.
Saturday 23rd January - First, Do No Harm (Part 4)
THE DAILY MIRROR: A young woman in Airdrie who is unable to leave the house due to her weight identifies as non-binary and is desperate for surgery.
The 24 year old known as AJ weighs 41 stone and is physically unable to leave her own home. She relies on her mother to perform even the most basic tasks for her.
At the age of 12 AJ already weighed 12 stone and was a constant target for bullies. Her mother, Sharon, responded by trying to comfort her with junk food and chocolate, causing her to gain even more weight.
Now identifying as non-binary and using they/them pronouns, AJ wants to lose weight so that she’ll be healthy enough to have a double mastectomy and a hysterectomy. She told the paper, "My body doesn't reflect who I am because I still have the female attire”.
If AJ’s gender identity is non-binary why does it require surgery to remove specifically female organs? A young woman who’s struggled with her weight since childhood and suffered a lifetime of body-image issues and bullying as a result is now desperate to escape her femaleness. Perhaps someone should question why that is before AJ makes irrevocable changes to the body she’s never had a chance to be friends with.
Sunday 24th January - Hey, Auntie, Leave Them Kids Alone
THE DAILY MAIL: The BBC is planning to air a documentary detailing how minors can buy hormones online.
A BBC Three documentary called “DIY Trans Teens” will explain to children how they can obtain unregulated drugs from abroad.
The programme is thought to feature disgraced doctor, Helen Webberley, whose medical licence was suspended in 2018 when she was found guilty of operating an illegal gender clinic supplying hormones to children as young as 12. She now runs Gender GP, an online outfit which sells these drugs via a website outside the UK.
The BBC had planned to start screening this documentary on 26th January but all references to it were recently removed from its website. A BBC spokesman said the programme is still going ahead and will air at a later date.
This is not the first time BBC output has pushed gender identity ideology onto kids; I Am Leo, the ‘100 genders’ claim, Just a Girl, First Day… TransgenderTrend have written to the BBC on this very subject.
Also Today - Big Brother Is Watching Scottish Parents
THE TIMES: Schools in Scotland have been reporting parents to local authorities if they’re deemed unsupportive of gender confused kids.
Scottish Teachers have referred dozens of parents to local authorities for ‘failing to support a transgender child’. In some cases, such action has even resulted in intervention by social services.
These referrals were the result of guidance issued to schools by LGBT Youth Scotland in 2017. It states that if parents are struggling to come to terms with their child’s identity, teachers should ensure they support the child in school and may also wish to contact their local authority.
In other words, regardless of a parents’ decisions regarding their own child, the school should affirm the child’s gender identity behind their backs and even try to separate the child from its family... Isn’t there a word for that?
See you next week.
That sort of morbid obesity is directly linked to mental health issues. I feel great sympathy for her. I hope she gets the mental and practical help she needs, and once she is in a better mental place hopefully she'll forget the transology nonsense.
Thanks for the report. I thought 2021 was going to get better. It's gruesome.
