A few reasons to be cheerful this week.
There Is Power In A Feminist Union
Former PCS Union member, Fiona Macdonald, set about putting gender critical trade unionists in touch with each other in order to challenge the TUC’s misogynistic policies. She was inundated with takers.
AEA In The FT
The Authentic Equity Alliance was established in 2018 to promote the development of women and girls. It focuses on dispelling myths around and providing clarity of the Equality Act 2010 to ensure that women’s sex based rights are upheld. This week, its services and training were advertised in the Financial Times.
Thoroughly Modern Milli
Milli Hill is the pregnancy/birth specialist the gender zealots tried to cancel after she objected to the term ‘birthing people’ to describe pregnant women.
Well, they didn’t succeed and her new book, My Period, is due out this week!
Yet Another Belter From Sandy
Their Cauldron Runneth Over
For Women Scotland have not only met but exceeded their CrowdJustice target. Now they can proceed with their challenge to the Scottish government over its re-definition of the word ‘woman’. Braw. Best of luck, Scottish witches!
There Are Some Lovely People About
Right To Reply For Women Of Steel
After running a story about the Women of Steel statues being turned into a symbol of ‘trans solidarity’, The Star gave the Sheffield Labour Gender Critical Feminist Group a right to reply and published their letter objecting to the action.
“We believe that to ‘trans’ the Women of Steel was utterly improper – the women that statue represents did not identify as men; it’s the very fact that they were women undertaking traditional men’s work that statue celebrates. To use them as a symbol of trans solidarity is to completely misrepresent history.”
Majority Rules
TalkRadio covered the new ‘trans’ guidelines just introduced for Scottish schools. It asked listeners if they approve of children as young as four being able to choose their own gender without their parents’ consent. The answer was an overwhelming NO.
And Finally…

If you join the GPEW before 27 Aug you get a vote. Can we mobilise to do this?
I think Manchester’s new chief of police might be a bit terfy
I get the feeling some sensible adults are starting to enter the room. Not a moment too soon either.
