Monday 9th May - This Never Happens #1
REDUXX: A leading trans activist who campaigned for self-ID legislation faces 16 felony charges over the sexual abuse and exploitation of a minor.
Carlos Arturo Aparicio Hernandez, also known as Raiza Daniela Aparicio Hernandez, is a prominent trans activist. In his native El Salvador, he served on the board of the trans advocacy group, the Asociacion Aspidh Acoiris Trans (AAAT). This role meant he represented the trans community at various political events and campaigns. In 2016 he attended the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in Costa Rica where he lobbied for self-ID legislation throughout the member states.
In 2017 Hernandez fled El Salvador and was eventually given asylum in the US. In 2018 he was profiled in The New York Times, a year later was invited to speak at an event in Washington organised by the Council for Global Equality and in 2020 he addressed the school of law at the University of Southern California.
Last week Hernandez was charged with aggravated sexual extortion and six counts of forcible sodomy as first-degree felonies. He was also charged with three counts of forcible sexual abuse, enticing a minor and five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor as second-degree felonies. All charges relate to the abuse of a teenage boy.
Hernandez is accused of grooming a 15-year-old boy on social media, eliciting nude photographs from him, blackmailing him with these images and sexually assaulting him. The victim told police that Hernandez had also shown him explicit images of young girls, claiming to have sexually abused them as well.
Hernandez is currently awaiting trial.

THE NEW YORK POST: A trans-identified male took his own life after apparently murdering his own brother and his female partner.
22-year-old Martin Taverner was a trans-identified male who called himself Ruby. It is believed he shot and killed his own brother, Bishop Taverner, and his partner, Amber Muscat, a trans-identified female who called herself Ray. It seems he then shot and killed himself and his body was discovered the following day.
Numerous media outlets reported on this story without reference to his true sex. The New York Post described him as an ‘armed and dangerous woman’. The Independent ran a similar story describing him as ‘a white female with purple hair’. The Associated Press reported on ‘a woman suspected of killing her boyfriend and brother’.
WXYZ Detroit described Taverner as ‘a white female… considered armed and dangerous’ to their 417k social media followers.
This is, without doubt, a heart-breaking story concerning the tragic deaths of three young people. But, in the reporting of it, news outlets have contorted the truth and obfuscated male violence. These crimes were not perpetrated by a woman.
Tuesday 10th May - This Never Happens #2
REDUXX: A trans-identified male arrested for child sexual abuse offences earlier this year is now facing additional charges.
Babs (formerly Jude) Longmire is a 41-year-old trans-identified male from Montana. In March he was arrested after contacting someone he believed to be trafficking a 12-year-old girl for the purposes of sexual abuse and he tried to schedule a meeting with the child.
He was initially charged with attempted child sex abuse, sexual abuse of children and an alternative count of sexual abuse of children. He pleaded not guilty.
At the time of his arrest, law enforcement officers conducted a search of Longmire’s home and seized his electronic devices. They recovered over 100 images and videos depicting child sexual abuse from his phone and SD card. Other data obtained suggests that Longmire had been sharing these images and videos with others.
Subsequent to the uncovering of this new evidence, the charges against Longmire have been amended and he is now also accused of possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material. He faces a total of thirteen charges.

THE GUARDIAN: A paedophile jailed for 10 years after grooming children online began ‘identifying as a woman’ following his arrest.
Richard Fenton was jailed for 10 years after pleading guilty to 21 child sexual abuse offences. Believing them to be children, Fenton had been communicating with law enforcement officers and vigilante ‘paedophile hunters’ online. Thinking he was communicating with girls of twelve and thirteen, he sent explicit photographs of himself, engaged in sexually explicit conversations, tried to incite the ‘children’ to engage in sexual activity and send him photographs and videos of them doing so.
The Guardian described Fenton as ‘living as a man’ at the time of his arrest. Since then, he’s started ‘identifying as a woman’ and now calls himself Rachel. A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said that the first the force heard about Fenton’s ‘transition’ was in a pre-sentence report in April.
What a coincidence.
Wednesday 11th May - This Never Happens #4
THE NEW YORK POST: Convicted trans-identified male paedophile, Hannah Tubbs, has been charged with murder.
We have previously reported on predator, James Tubbs. He sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl in the female toilet of a Californian fast-food restaurant in 2014. In 2020 he was finally apprehended and arrested for the crime. He then began ‘identifying as a woman’ and calling himself Hannah.
This week he was has been charged with murder in connection with a 2019 robbery. He appeared before a judge on Tuesday and pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder and robbery charges.
Thursday 12th May - Leave Them Kids Alone #1
THE TELEGRAPH: A new legal challenge could result in children being prescribed puberty blockers without parental consent if it is successful.
The Good Law Project was founded by barrister, Jolyon Maugham QC, who has been a very vocal advocate of prescription puberty blockers. It crowd-funds specifically for its ‘Legal Defence Fund for Transgender Lives’, the advisory board of which has some noteworthy members:
CN “They/Them” Lester, a trans activist, writer and performer, co-founder of the “UK's first national queer youth organisation” and author of Trans Like Me.
Sabah “They/Them” Choudrey who works for Gendered Intelligence.
Alex Sharpe, a trans-identified male and vociferous trans activist who wrote an article defending the housing of trans identified males in the female estate.
Mridrul Madhwa, a trans-identified male who concealed his true sex to obtain employment at a rape crisis centre.
Together with Gendered Intelligence, The Good Law Project is pursuing legal action against the NHS. It argues that the NHS is ‘discriminating’ against ‘trans children’ because it requires a child under 16 to have parental consent and to be seen by a review group before being prescribed puberty blockers.
This week it has been given permission to apply for a judicial review with a case set to be heard at the High Court later in the year.
Sources within the health service have warned that the case could ‘dismantle the safeguards’ which were established in response to concerns surrounding gender identity treatment services.
Also Today - Just Say You Hate Women
REDUXX: The American Civil Liberties Union are determined to put vulnerable female prisoners in danger, even becoming science-deniers to do it.
Californian law requires that inmates are accommodated in prisons based not on their sex but on their self-declared gender identity. Consequently, a growing number of intact males are claiming a trans identity to be accommodated in women’s prisons.
Last November, women’s rights group, WoLF, instigated legal proceedings against the California Department of Corrections over this policy, representing four female inmates who have all suffered as a result of it. Two of the women, one a devout Muslim, say this situation compromised their religious beliefs. Another is a domestic abuse survivor who had to share a cell with a ‘vicious, dangerous’ man. The fourth woman was sexually assaulted by a male transferred to her facility.
This week the ACLU filed a motion to intervene in this law suit, claiming the state of California cannot adequately represent their interests. In this motion the ACLU “Deny that ‘men as a class’ are defined and differentiated from ‘women as a class’ by their ‘anatomy, genitalia, physical characteristics, and physiology’”. In order to try and fight this case, the ACLU is attempting to deny the existence of separate male and female sex classes.
This is not the first time the ACLU has demonstrated its contempt for female prisoners.
It has facilitated a number of dangerous men - many convicted of violence and sexual violence against women - transferring to the female estate. They include Andre Patterson, who strangled his male cellmate to death and is accused of raping a female inmate in a women’s prison, Jordan Kuykendall, a registered sex offender who murdered his teenage ex-girlfriend, Eric D. Padilla, a registered sex offender convicted of attempted murder, and Diego Melendez, a convicted killer.
Friday 13th May - This Never Happens #5
REDUXX: A recidivist sex offender has been caught in possession of images depicting child sexual abuse.
Peter Challands is a 46-year-old trans-identified male who calls himself Jasmine. He is a registered sex offender having been convicted for making and possessing over 10,000 child sexual abuse images in 2019. Although animated, some of this media was classified as ‘category A,’ the most severe form of child sexual exploitation image.
In March Challands appeared at Carlisle’s Rickergate Magistrates Court and admitted to breaching a sexual harm prevention order by secretly possessing two mass-storage USB devices. The two devices, though deliberately secreted in a box filled with Lego, had been discovered by police officers making a routine compliance check. They were found to contain images depicting child sexual abuse.
When he was arrested, Challands tried to blame his ‘old’ male self for the USB devices, telling police that “Peter was responsible for them.” Challands claimed that it was Peter, not Jasmine, who had ‘bad’ things on the devices and fantasised about sexually abusing children.

NEW ZEALAND HERALD: Despite the misleading headline, a trans-identified male has been charged for the stabbing of three people.
Matthew Richard Nelson appeared in court on 5th May, accused of stabbing three victims, two staff members and one customer, at an Indian restaurant the previous day. A police summary of the incident said that the attacker acted in a ‘quick and aggressive manner’. The victim most seriously injured in the attack is Nelson’s former girlfriend. It is alleged that he slashed her face and stabbed her in the upper back, puncturing a lung. She is currently in Waikato Hospital in a critical condition.
Nelson’s name was originally withheld from the public but his identity can now been revealed as the interim name suppression has lapsed.
According to the report in the New Zealand Herald, Nelson was charged under his male name when apprehended by police the night of the stabbings but, appearing in court the following day, he ‘identified as a woman and went by the name Emma Nelson’. He was referred to with female pronouns and described as ‘a woman’ in the subsequent news reports.
Nelson is charged with three counts of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and one count of causing willful damage. He has not yet entered his plea and is due to appear in court again on 18th May.
Saturday 14th May - Leave Them Kids Alone #2
NEW YORK POST: A Wisconsin school district has charged three middle school pupils for sexual harassment after they failed to use a classmate’s ‘preferred pronouns’.
Wisconsin’s Kiel school district has filed a Title IX complaint against three eighth-grade students, charging them with sexual harassment, after they failed to use a fellow pupil’s ‘gender neutral’ pronouns.
Rosemary Rabidoux’s 13-year-old son, Braden, is one of the children accused of sexual harassment. She spoke to Fox News about this situation and described one of the alleged incidents. She said that the female student was screaming at one of Braden's friends, swearing at him and demanding that he use the ‘they/them’ pronouns she had adopted a month earlier. Braden stepped in to defend his ‘soft spoken’ friend, telling the girl that he had a constitutional right not to use her pronouns and that she couldn’t force him to.
The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty (WILL) is defending the students. The organisation’s spokesperson, Luke Berg, commented, “The charge against students for sexual harassment is an extreme abuse of the Title IX process. It's totally inappropriate and is totally being mishandled by the school district”.
Sunday 15th May - Leave Them Kids Alone #3
THE DAILY MAIL: Swindon Council is being accused of promoting gender identity ideology in school as soaring numbers of children are referred to the Tavistock.
Figures obtained under Freedom of Information legislation show that the rate of children seeking to ‘change gender’ at the Tavistock & Portman clinic is twice the national average in seven out of 191 different areas. Swindon is one of these areas.
The council has has been accused of promoting damaging transgender ideology in its schools through its Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) programme.
Children aged 11 - 12 are being taught about gender ideology as part of a lesson on ‘emotional and physical body changes’ and they are encouraged to discuss the issue in case they want to ‘change gender’. Teachers are being advised to avoid sex-specific terms when describing puberty.
A lesson plan for pupils aged 12 - 13 states that one of the aims of the class is that “Participants will learn respectful terminology to describe assigned sex, gender identity and sexual orientation”.
Stephanie Davies-Arai, founder of Transgender Trend, said Croydon’s guidance was ‘pseudo-scientific nonsense’. She added, “The area’s high Tavistock referral rate begs the question whether schools – which are reinforcing what children are being told by trans influencers on TikTok and YouTube – are likely to be encouraging children’s belief they are transgender? The answer appears to be this is highly possible”.
Also Today - Let Women Speak
Kellie-Jay Keen (aka ‘Posie Parker’) organised a Standing For Women ‘Speaker’s Corner’ event at St Peter’s Square in Manchester.
Of course, trans rights activists couldn’t allow women to gather and speak about the issues which concern and affect them. Even several days before the event, the gender militia were planning a protest with their usual aggression and hyperbole.
In scenes now all too familiar, this ‘protest’ involved a large number of masked, hooded and very obviously male thugs trying to intimidate attendees and disrupt the meeting with blaring music.
This video shows one of the masked shamandos physically assaulting a lone woman, grabbing and pushing her until one of his own side feels the need to step in.
She later described the incident on GB News.
Of course, there was ‘no debate’ to be had.
The milky bar militia surrounded and blocked the statue of Emmeline Pankhurst, preventing anyone from getting close to it.
And they tied a rope in the colours of the trans flag around the neck of this feminist icon.
Is this really what the “Right Side of History” looks like?

The Black Pampers' fixation on this statue is puzzling. I wonder if their next step is to ask for statues of feminists from the past to be removed from public spaces, on the grounds that feminism is oppressive to people who don't believe women exist.
And so the War on Women and Children continues apace ,all over the Western World. How on earth do all these tras live with these and when ,oh when ,wil media outlets " grow s pair " and start using accurate language while reporting on these truly awful crimes? As for the events in Wisconsin re those 3 innocent schoolboys ,what kind of country allows that ?? Hard to understand how evil the authorities are over there. Heartbreaking how so many lives are being destroyed by adherence to this CULT , which is all the more reason why rational ,logical and SANE people need to keep fighting this as hard as we can ,however long it takes. Never imagined I would spend my twilight years immersed in this crazy stuff.
