NEW YORK POST: A woman forced to share her prison cell with a trans-identified male sex offender is suing the state department.
Christopher Williams is a convicted paedophile. In 2005, then aged sixteen, he pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a nine-year-old girl. He was convicted of assault in 2008 and, over the next few years, went on to add a number of arrests and convictions - including one for the assault of a female partner - to his record.
In 2012, while serving a prison sentence for failing to register as a child sex offender, Williams brutally assaulted a prison officer. Prison guards discovered Officer Barrett covered in his own blood with a gash to his head and severe injuries to his ear. Barrett also suffered broken facial bones and a gash on his cheek requiring ‘extensive stitching’. He had a tooth knocked out and his nose had been so badly injured it required emergency reconstructive surgery. Williams was convicted of assault.
Sometime around 2020/2021, Williams developed a trans identity and petitioned the Department of Corrections (DOC) for a transfer to the female estate. He was subsequently moved to the Washington Corrections Centre for Women (WCCW). The DOC records show that Williams was listed at the WCCW as being female.
Williams is only one of many trans-identified male prisoners to be incarcerated at the WCCW in recent years. The others include Joel Thomas Nichols, known as Jolene Charisma Starr, who was imprisoned for the brutal rapes of two little girls, serial killer, Donna Perry, who was convicted of murdering three women and claims to have killed many more, Brett David Sonia, who was convicted on numerous charges relating to the sexual exploitation of a young girl, Brian ‘Amber FayeFox’ Kim who murdered his own parents and Hobbie Bingham, a sex offender who was convicted of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.
The woman forced to share a cell with Christopher Williams at WCCW is now taking legal action against the state department, alleging that she suffered months of stalking, intimidation, threats of violence, sexual harassment and sexual assault at his hands. Mozzy Clark-Sanchez filed a suit against the Washington Department of Corrections (DOC) in federal court last week.
When she was locked in a cell with Williams, who is six feet four inches tall, Mozzy’s life became ‘a living nightmare’. According to the law suit, Williams, who slept in the bunk above hers, constantly pestered her for sex and would threaten to rape her. He leered at her in the shower and would hover menacingly over her bunk while in an obvious state of sexual arousal, touching himself. On one occasion, Mozzy awoke to find Williams sitting by her bunk, his arms were under her bed clothes and he was sexually assaulting her.
Mozzy says that she tried complaining about William’s behaviour but the prison guards did nothing to protect her. Indeed, the law suit alleges that prison staff ignored her concerns and discouraged her from filing official complaints. When Williams was eventually moved out of Mozzy’s cell, he sought her out and continued to leer at her and harass her, following her into the shower and making perverted comments to her. He also threatened her with violence if she made any further complaints about him.
Mozzy Clark-Sanchez is now seeking restitution from the state department for the “Extreme emotional distress, shame, intimidation, humiliation, indignation, embarrassment, and fear” she suffered as a result of being incarcerated with a convicted sex offender.
When news outlet, KIRO, approached the Washington DOC for comment, it was told that, “The Washington State Department of Corrections strongly emphasizes the importance of inclusion and representation by recognizing the unique challenges faced by non-binary and transgender incarcerated people… It is the DOC’s position that an individual’s right to safe and humane treatment does not change based on their gender identity”.

OUTKICK: A trans-identified male will compete in the female category of the forthcoming Boston Marathon.
The Boston Marathon has three different ‘gender’ categories; male, female, and ‘non-binary’. The qualifying times differ between the male and female categories, of course, and according to the participant’s age. In all cases, however, the qualifying times are the same for women and ‘non-binary’ runners.
57-year-old Riya Young Suising is trans-identified male formerly known as Robert Chien Hwa Young. He has been accepted into the female category of the forthcoming 129th annual Boston Marathon which will be held in April.
According to Reduxx, Suising has been competing in female running categories since at least 2010, ran in the female category of the 2024 California International Marathon in December 2024, and has won at least two women's running prizes in previous years. According to his social media accounts, he has clearly competed in the women’s category of the Boston Marathon before.
Posting on Facebook to celebrate his being allowed to cheat in the women’s section of the Boston Marathon again this year, Suising commented that he ‘barely made it in’.
Indeed, Suising would not have qualified in the male category for his age range which requires a maximum time of 3 hours 55 minutes. However, he scraped into the female category with a time of just over 4 hours 1 minute.
According to Outkick, Suising has been violating women’s boundaries for over a decade. In 2013, he visited a spa in the Washington DC area while on a business trip. A spa manager had to ask him to leave the women’s bathing pool as he was making the female customers there feel uncomfortable. Suising subsequently tried to file complaints with the Virginia Human Rights Council and the Better Business Bureau.

THE SUN: Hundreds of trans-identified male hospital patients are being recorded as women despite their suffering from male-specific health issues.
NHS regulations allow patients with a trans identity to have their ‘gender’ altered on hospital databases. According to analysis conducted by The Sun, almost 500 trans-identified male patients have been recorded as female. The figure applies to male patients presenting at hospitals in England and Wales in the year to March, many of whom were suffering with conditions which are specifically male-only.
Of the 482 trans-identified male patients admitted as female, 263 were suffering with hyperplasia in the prostate, 85 had prostate cancer, and 48 had ‘disorders of male genitals’.
One GP told the paper, “There’s pressure on staff not to offend patients. But the fact they are recorded as women in the statistics is ridiculous.”

REDUXX: A violent trans-identified male accused of assaulting inmates in a woman’s prison is taking legal action after it was recommended he return to the male estate.
This is yet another story involving a violent trans-identified male who has been housed in the Washington Corrections Centre for Women (WCCW).
Nonnie Lotusflower was formerly known as Nathan Goninan. He is currently serving a 10-year sentence for the brutal murder of 17-year-old Jessica Franklin. He strangled the teenager to death just hours after he was released from prison in 2007. Jessica’s body was discovered beneath an underpass in Bellingham, Washington, and a forensic examination revealed she had been sexually assaulted. Lotusflower was convicted of second-degree manslaughter.
He later began ‘identifying as a woman’ and was subsequently moved to the Washington Corrections Centre for Women (WCCW). In 2017, Lotusflower filed a lawsuit against the Washington State Department of Corrections (DOC) citing discrimination on the basis of his ‘gender identity,’ and demanding access to ‘gender affirming’ surgeries. Supported by the ACLU, the suit was ultimately successful, allowing Lotusflower to have breast implants at the taxpayer’s expense.
Since his transfer to the WCCW, Lotusflower has been accused of attacking the women there. In 2021 he was was the subject of a Prison Rape Elimination Act case in which he was cited for sexually assaulting a female inmate. This allegation was marked as ‘substantiated’ and led to Lotusflower being designated a high risk maximum security inmate.
In April 2023, Lotusflower was cited for physically assaulting a female inmate at the WCCW. According to a DOC infraction report, CCTV footage showed him punching the woman in the face while both were using the recreation yard. He then tried to intimidate the victim and numerous other inmates in an apparent effort to conceal this violent assault. He was ultimately found guilty of the violations, resulting in a loss of privileges for 120 days.
Due to his various infractions, prison authorities recommended that Lotusflower be transferred back to the male estate. He was also placed in solitary confinement. In response, it is alleged that Lotusflower threatened violence against the WCCW staff and their families. He also contacted the Washington Department of Corrections (DOC) complaining of ‘unfair treatment’. Deborah Wofford, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Women’s Division, replied to him stating that he had made overt and serious threats of bodily harm against prison staff and that he posed an “Unmitigated threat to the safety of other incarcerated individuals”.
This week Reduxx reported that Lotusflower is now trying to sue multiple DOC officials, claiming that WCCW staff members are responsible for violating his eighth amendment rights against ‘cruel and unusual punishment’. In the suit, filed on 26th December 2024, Lotusflower alleges that prison staff are participating in a widespread conspiracy campaign, falsifying reports and evidence regarding his various rule violations. He claims they are trying to discredit him and enforce a transfer back to a male facility and he is seeking hundreds of thousands of dollars in compensation.

THE TELEGRAPH: New figures reveal that around two thirds of trans-identified males prisoners are convicted sex offenders.
Government figures show that almost two thirds of trans-identified males serving prison sentences at the end of March 2024 were convicted sex offenders. Of the 245 trans-identified male inmates in England and Wales, 151 had been convicted of at least one sexual offence. This means that around 62% of incarcerated trans-identified males in are sex offenders. This is a far higher percentage than that of the general male prison population in which 17% have been convicted of sexual offences.

SCOTTISH SUN: A trans-identified male with a record of frightening young women has been convicted of attacking a schoolboy, spraying him with urine.
62-year-old Francesca (formerly Francis) Bartkus is a trans-identified male from Kennishead in Glasgow. In 2014, he was convicted of conducting himself in a ‘disorderly manner’ at the Silverburn shopping centre. On four separate occasions over a period of five days he went into a lingerie store and frightened the young female shop assistants by asking them wholly inappropriate questions and staring at their breasts. Bartkus tried to appeal against his sentence but the court ruled that his conduct had been ‘genuinely alarming and disturbing’.
Bartkus was in court again last month after attacking a 14-year-old schoolboy outside a shop in Thornliebank, Glasgow. He was convicted of using a spray bottle to squirt urine over the boy’s head and body. He was also convicted of a second charge of striking a man using a bicycle chain with a padlock attached.
He appeared in the Paisley Sheriff Court wearing a dress, tights and a blonde wig with a hair clip. He admitted to the charges.
Sheriff Sukhwinder Gill has deferred sentencing Bartkus until the end of January.

THE TIMES: UK police forces are allowing trans-identified officers to carry multiple warrant cards to reflect their various ‘gender identities’ and are permitting trans-identified males to use women’s bathroom facilities and changing rooms.
A series of freedom of information requests have revealed that Police Scotland and a dozen police forces in England and Wales have policies of allowing transgender officers to carry warrant cards reflecting their ‘gender identity’ instead of their sex. This can mean that ‘gender fluid’ officers are permitted to carry two or more cards. Essex Police’s policy states that, during their ‘transition’, an officer can have two separate warrant cards, one displaying the individual’s force number and surname only, the other containing the force number and full name. This is so that any off-duty incidents “Do not result in the staff member having to ‘out’ themselves”.
A warrant card is the means by which police officers identify themselves to witnesses and suspects and must be shown prior to officers exercising their jurisdiction, such as using their stop and search powers. It is vital, therefore, that the information contained on a warrant card should not be misleading or dishonest.
FoI requests also revealed that around two thirds of UK police forces allow male officers and male civilian staff to use the female changing, washing and toilet facilities if they ‘identify’ as women. For example, the policy of the Norfolk Police Force states, “All trans individuals are entitled to use the toilet, shower and changing facilities appropriate to their gender identity. Where this does not fit a binary definition of gender, the individual is able to choose where they feel most comfortable, recognising that some but not all buildings have facilities that are not gender specific.”
Maya Forstater commented, “This is a scandal waiting to happen. Female police officers, suspects and victims should be given respect and protected from abuse, but instead police forces are using them as props to validate trans-identifying male officers. Police forces carrying out these policies are engaging in state-sponsored harassment and sexual assault.”

FUERZA INFORMATIVA ACONCAGUA: A prominent Chilean trans activist has been revealed as a convicted sex offender who raped a 14-year-old child.
49-year-old María López Barrera (formerly known as Rodrigo Alejandro López Barrera) has been a prominent trans activist in Chile for over two decades.
In February 2004, López Barrera sexually assaulted a minor and infected him with the HIV virus. López Barrera was working at a brothel when a 14-year-old boy came to look for his mother who was being prostituted there. López Barrera locked the child into a room at the brothel and brutally raped him as the victim screamed for his mum. The boy was later diagnosed as HIV+ as a result of being raped.
López Barrera was sentenced to 15 years in prison for the rape of the child and served his sentence in various male facilities. It is reported that he had extreme behavioural problems during his incarceration but in 2015 he was allowed to change his name and and his legal sex which, at the time, required a court’s formal approval.
Released from prison in 2019, López Barrera threw himself into trans activism, becoming a prominent campaigner with influence over politicians and councillors. He is the director of the Organization for Diverse Women and of Aconcagua’s state-funded LGTB Housing Committee.
Last year, López Barrera filed for an order of protection, trying to prohibit the media from revealing his previous name and his conviction for the rape of a child. Originally, the Court of Valparaíso acceded to his demands and granted the order. However, that decision was challenged by Fuerza Informativa Aconcagua (FIA), a small news outlet and local radio station in San Felipe.
On 1st January, the Supreme Court accepted FIA’s appeal, ruling that Barrera does not have the right to prevent the press from reporting on his past. Consequently, FIA was able to run its story, revealing that this influential trans activist, López Barrerai, is a convicted paedophile.

NEW YORK TIMES: A trans-identified male with a reported history of violence has been arrested for the brutal murder of a New York postal worker.
Ray Hodge was a 36-year-old postal worker and the father of two children who lived and worked in New York. This week, on duty and in uniform, he was fatally stabbed while waiting in a queue at a delicatessen in Harlem. He suffered stab wounds to his chest, neck, arms and stomach and was rushed to the Harlem Hospital Centre. Tragically, Hodges succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead soon after his arrival at the hospital.
Witnesses spoke of an altercation between the suspect and Hodges which began with the suspect claiming that Hodges had cut into the queue ahead of him. It is reported that the suspect then drew a knife and stabbed Hodges several times. Some witnesses reported that the suspect appeared to be ‘high on drugs’ and was literally ‘foaming at the mouth’. He is also described as being ‘huge’ and around 6 feet 5 inches tall.
A few hours after the stabbing, police arrested 24-year-old Jaia Cruz and charged him with second-degree murder. It has been reported that Cruz has five previous arrests for knife-related crimes.
According to police authorities, Cruz is a trans-identified male. As reported by journalist, Andy Ngo, he was formerly known as Alvin J. Cruz. In reporting on this story, however, most media outlets entirely failed to mentioned the vital fact that Cruz is a man. Instead, they have mislead the public about the sex of a murder suspect.
ABC News ran with the headline ‘Woman charged with murder’.
The New York Daily News wrote that an ‘NYC woman’ is in custody.
ABC7NY reported that ‘a woman’ has been charged with murder and they referred to Crux with female pronouns throughout their article. They also quoted one of Cruz’s friends to describe him as ‘a nice young lady’.
Similarly, The Daily News (and Yahoo in its republishing of the article) described Cruz as an ‘NYC woman’ and referred to him with female pronouns.
AMNY also reported that Cruz is a woman, using female pronouns in their article.
FOX5NY did the same. As did WSAZ who wrote of a ‘woman accused of stabbing’.
CBS New York and USA Today both described Cruz as a woman and afforded him female pronouns in their reports.
Journalist Oliya Scootercaster told her 73,000 X/Twitter followers that a ‘female suspect’ had been arrested for the fatal stabbing of a postal worker.
Not one of these outlets mentioned Cruz’s true sex or trans identity. In every case, readers were left with the impression that a woman had committed this brutal and senseless murder.
Furthermore, according to journalist, Andy Ngo, Cruz has been recorded on NYC Department of Correction documentation as ‘female’.
But Cruz is not female. And it is an insult to the memory of the man he stands accused of killing to pretend otherwise.
We extend our sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Ray Hodges.
See you next week.
Do I ask again. Why do we accord these scumbags any consideration once they are convicted?
As for British police! How ridiculous!
How typical that when officialdom gets anything that concerns women's rights, their response is about 'trans rights'.
