THE TIMES: A Scottish council may bar teachers from using the words ‘boys’ and ‘girls’ with which to refer to pupils.
Moray council is planning to introduce new ‘gender’ guidelines for schools in the northeast of Scotland. According to information uncovered by The Sunday Mail, the council is considering proposals to ban teachers from referring to pupils by their sex.
Susan Smith of For Women Scotland commented, “No schools should think they need to protect children from biology… Pandering to this anti-scientific ideology is far more damaging to children. Guidance for schools needs to be urgently revised but not in such a way that reinforces this dangerous claptrap.”
Also this week, The Daily Mail reported on an article published in The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy’s Frontline magazine. The article concerned the provision of support for women during pregnancy or after miscarriage. It omitted the words ‘woman’ and ‘mother’, using the term ‘birthing parents’ instead. ‘Birthing parent’ to describe a woman who’s suffered a miscarriage…? How unutterably cruel.

THE DAILY MAIL: A leading professional body has been accused of misrepresenting the law on single-sex spaces in its ‘transgender and non-binary inclusion’ guidance.
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is the professional body for human resources, learning and development, organisation development, and all ‘people professionals’. It has over 160,000 members.
According to its own website, the CIPD is expert in ‘people, work and change’ and gives ‘trusted advice’. These claims seem at odds with a report in The Daily Mail which suggests the CIPD has published misleading and impractical recommendations in its ‘Transgender and non-binary inclusion at work’ guide.
The guide encourages firms to create “An environment where everybody can use facilities they feel comfortable in”. It goes on to claim that refusal to allow a trans-identified or non-binary individual to use the toilet facilities of their choice ‘may be discrimination under law’.
Maya Forstater of Sex Matters commented that the CIPD's guidance should be scrapped and started again. “It's not usable”, she said.

A trans-identified male has been confirmed as a Women’s International Chess Master in direct contravention of the governing body’s own policy.
In December 2023, chess governing body, FIDE, barred trans-identified males from competing in official women-only events. However, in contravention of its own policy, this week FIDE confirmed that a trans-identified male, 36-year-old Yosha Iglesias, has been awarded the prestigious title of Woman International Master. Iglesias achieved this title after participating in a women’s tournament in France the previous week.
The aptly named Bruvs Chess Media celebrated this as ‘breaking barriers’ and applauded Yosha Iglesias as a ‘brave’ trans activist with a ‘courageous’ voice.
We extend our congratulations and sincere respect to Anastasiya Rakhmangulova, the TRUE Women’s International Chess Grand Master.

Trans activists have made death threats against two prominent feminist campaigners.
Last week we reported that hundreds of trans activists called for the death of a woman who disagrees with them. Dora Moutot is a journalist, author and women’s rights activist who has campaigned against self-ID legislation in France. Trans activists taking part in a demonstration in Strasbourg chanted the slogan “Dora Moutot at the bottom of the River Rhine”.
This week Dora and her co-author, Marguerite Stern, hosted a conference on their newly published book, ‘Transmania: An Investigation into the Excesses of Transgender Ideology’, at Assas University in Paris. The event was besieged by trans activists who, despite a police presence, openly made death threats against the two women chanting “A terf, a bullet, social justice”.

FOX NEWS: A teenage girl was forced to compete against and suffer sexual harassment from a trans-identified boy at her school.
In recent weeks we have reported on Becky Pepper-Jackson, a trans-identified 13-year-old boy who goes to school in West Virginia. Together with his mother, he took legal action against the state in order to compete in female sporting categories.
In April he participated in the Harris County Middle School Track and Field Championship. He came second in the discus event and ‘won’ the shot put event with a throw of 32 feet - a full three feet further than the put which took second place. Five brave girls from Lincoln Middle School protested against his inclusion by refusing to take part in the shot put. Each stepped up to the circle but refused to throw the ball and then walked away. They all received a mark of ‘no distance’.
This week Fox News published the story of Adaleia Cross, a 15-year-old girl who goes to school in West Virginia. A keen athlete, she has always competed on school sports teams and in track and field events. When she was in the 7th grade, she joined her middle school track team to compete in throwing events. However, around the same time, a trans-identified boy began competing on the girls’ team. (He is referred to in the article as BJP but Reduxx has confirmed that it was Becky-Pepper Jackson.)
Not only was he allowed to compete in girls’ sports, Pepper-Jackson was permitted to use the girls’ locker room where he made sexually explicit and offensive comments to Adaleia and other girls. Initially, Adaleia daren’t speak out about Pepper-Jackson’s behaviour as she feared being seen as ‘transphobic’. Eventually, she told her parents about the sexual harassment it was reported to school administrators.
Despite growing increasingly stronger, taller and broader, Pepper-Jackson continued competing - and winning - on the girls’ team. In April 2023, he robbed Adaleia of an opportunity to compete at a prestigious inter-schools competition, the Mid-Mountain 10 meet. To exacerbate this unfairness, Pepper-Jackson made fun of Adaleia. “BPJ rubbed it in my face”, she said. “Made me feel inferior, and trash-talked me.”
Adaleia told Fox News, “Now the federal government is trying to re-write Title IX to erase protections for women and girls. This change would require schools to allow males who identify as females to share our locker rooms, bathrooms, showers, and, inevitably, our sports teams… It’s 2024, and I thought things were equal for women — that if I tried my best, I had a fair chance. But now, in the name of progress and diversity, the Biden administration is trying to take away my right to safety and my right to compete in sports. That’s not progress.”
Later in the week, Reduxx published further information regarding this story. Adaleia has joined an ongoing legal challenge to the participation of trans-identified males in female sport, State of Tennessee, et al v. Cardona, et al. She is referred to in the declaration as ‘AC’.
Evidence submitted in this lawsuit details the allegations made by Adaleia concerning Pepper-Jackson’s sexual harassment. According to her statement, he made “Several offensive and inappropriate sexual comments” towards her. The harassment then escalated and “The comments became much more aggressive, vile, and disturbing.”
The suit alleges that Pepper-Jackson would say ‘suck my dick’ to both the complainant and other girls on the team. Adaleia wrote that, “BPJ made other more explicit sexual statements that felt threatening to me. At times, BPJ told me quietly ‘I’m gonna stick my dick into your pussy.’ And BPJ sometimes added ‘and in your ass,’ as well. These comments were disturbing and caused me deep distress.”
Although these comments were reported to school administrators and the track coach, Adaleia says that nothing changed and that Pepper-Jackson received little to no punishment for his behaviour.
Adaleia has expressed her concern for Pepper-Jackson’s female peers who will have to share a locker room room with him. “I also worry about the little 6th-grade girls who are on the same team as BJP right now”, she said. “If I were in 6th grade and had to deal with sexual comments from a biological male two years older than me who was changing in the same locker room as me, I wouldn’t even play sports. It wouldn’t be worth it.”

THE SUN: A teenage girl raped by a trans-identified male has spoken about her trauma and her courageous refusal to call her rapist ‘she’.
We have reported previously on trans-identified male, Freddie Christian Trenchard. Last year he was found guilty of raping a young girl on the island of Guernsey. His victim, known as ‘Anna’, has now come forward to speak of her trauma.
In the summer of 2021 Trenchard, then 17 years old, invited Anna, then only 14 years old, to his home to watch television. He assured her her that his mother and her partner would be there. Once she was in his room, Trenchard started touching Anna on her thighs and waist. She told him to stop but he would not. He raped her. She was crying throughout the ordeal, continually telling him ‘no’.
Speaking to Julie Bindel in The Sun, Anna spoke of her ordeal. “He wanted dominance over me”, she said. “He was choking me, and doing things men see in porn.” When it was over, Anna was bleeding and in severe pain. Trenchard behaved as if he had done nothing wrong and virtually threw Anna out of the house form making ‘a fuss’.
Anna did not tell anyone else about being raped until seven months later, when she confided in her sister. Trenchard began showing an interest in one of Anna’s childhood friends which brought matters to a head. Eventually, Anna told her mother what had happened and, in February 2022, she reported her rape to Guernsey Police.
According to his social media accounts, Trenchard began ‘identifying as a woman’ in 2020. He is now 20 years old and calls himself Alyssa Christine Trenchard, though he has not undergone any surgery nor formally changed his name. His only concession to ‘transition’ is feminine clothing.
Guernsey Police confirmed that Trenchard had been recorded as a woman at the time of his arrest, in accordance with his self-declared ‘gender identity’. In a video Trenchard posted on TikTok shortly prior to his trial he says he is sexually aroused when he is called ‘miss’. At his trial in July 2023, the court addressed him by this title.
Jane Roper, a representative of Guernsey Women’s Rights Network (GWRN), attended the trial. She told Reduxx that in court Trenchard was described as a ‘transgender female’ and referred to with female pronouns. The honorific ‘miss’ was used for him, even when the rape was being described. Ms Roper reported that statements such as “Miss Trenchard then penetrated [the complainant] with her penis” and “Miss Trenchard then ejaculated on [the complainant’s] back” were actually uttered in a court of law.
In court, Anna courageously refused to refer to her rapist with female pronouns. Judge Catherine Fooks, however, not only referred to Trenchard as ‘miss’ and with female pronouns, she actually apologised for describing him as a ‘transgender male’ in her summing up. After Trenchard objected to the term, Judge Fooks reconvened the court to apologise for her ‘mistake’ and to reassure him that the record would be altered to comply with his demand to be described as a ‘transgender female’. When the GWRN wrote to Judge Fooks to ask why she had referred to a rapist as ‘she’ and ‘miss’, she replied that the court had followed the Bench Guidelines “In the interest of fairness”.
In court, Trenchard’s lawyer tried to claim that Anna had made the allegations against him because she is ‘transphobic’. The jury clearly didn’t believe this ludicrous story as it took them less than an hour to reach a unanimous guilty verdict. Trenchard was sentenced to three years youth detention. At the sentencing hearing, the probation services claimed Trenchard would be ‘unlikely to commit any other offence’. Why? Because of his trans identity? It didn’t prevent him from raping Anna.

DAILY MAIL: Another US trans-identified male has been allowed to steal medals, places and opportunities from young female athletes.
This week, trans-identified male, Aayden Gallagher, competed in the female categories at the semi-finals of the Portland Interscholastic League Championships. He took second place in the 200 metres and romped easily to ‘victory’ in the 400 metre race. He then went on to compete in the final. In the girls’ events, of course.
Competing in the final, Gallagher stole two gold medals and has now qualified to compete in the Oregon state championships. In the female categories, of course.

THE TELEGRAPH: A school for children with severe autism has signed up to a charter with LGBTYS, a lobby group that promotes gender ideology as fact and has serious question marks over its safeguarding.
Kaimes School in Edinburgh caters for children who have severe autism and accepts pupils as young as five. It has signed up to a charter scheme with lobby group, LGBT Youth Scotland (LGBTYS), which indoctrinates children into gender ideology.
Documents show that Kaimes School has overhauled its curriculum to become ‘trans inclusive’ in the hope of winning LGBTYS ‘charter status’. For example, in the teaching of Spanish, the language has been manipulated to be ‘gender-neutral’ in lessons, to get around its grammatical dependence on masculine and feminine terms. Reading material provided to pupils includes a book titled ‘Are You a Boy or Are You a Girl?’ which is little more than a piece of ideological propaganda written by trans activists, Sarah Savage and Fox Fisher.
There are messages on school notice boards dedicated exclusively to LGBT issues which instruct pupils to ‘come out for LGBT’ and tell them ‘trans women are real women’. In assemblies pupils have even been shown the now notorious and utterly laughable ‘genderbread person’ graphic and told that it is ‘fine and valid’ if their sex and ‘gender identity’ do not match.
Of course, there is a strong, but as yet poorly researched, link between autism and young people seeking help because of distress over their ‘gender’. As reported in The Cass Review, studies suggest that ‘transgender and gender-diverse individuals’ are up to six times more likely to be on the autism spectrum.
Carolyn Brown, a retired educational psychologist who helped draw up the Scottish Government’s autism strategy, described Kaimes School as grossly irresponsible. She told The Telegraph: “This is the opposite of what a specialist school in autism should be doing. These youngsters will interpret things very literally and see the world in black and white. If you tell them they can be a member of the opposite sex, then they will really believe that. Showing them nonsense like the gingerbread person, which is highly regressive and misleading, is only going to make them very confused. You would expect schools, especially ones that specialise in autism, to respond very cautiously and with great care in this area. Instead, youngsters are being fed pseudoscience, presented as fact, and so are the staff. It is shocking and breathtaking.”
LGBT Youth Scotland (LGBTYS), the lobby group whose charter approval Kaimes School is chasing, has often been in the news in recent years.
In January 2021, The Times reported that, thanks to LGBTYS, Scottish teachers were reporting parents to local authorities for ‘failing to support’ so-called ‘transgender children’. These referrals were the result of guidance issued to schools by LGBTYS. It advised teachers to affirm a child’s identity even without parental knowledge or consent and to inform on non-compliant families to the social services.
The organisation was in the news again in December 2022 after two young men came forward to allege that they were groomed and sexually exploited by its staff when they were children. Then a former LGBTYS volunteer turned whistle-blower revealed shocking allegations about the lack of child safeguarding measures at the charity.
Last month The Telegraph revealed that LGBTYS is advising teachers not to inform parents if their child identifies as trans and/or is socially transitioning at school.
These people should not be allowed anywhere near children. Still less vulnerable, autistic children.

BBC NEWS: Trans-identified male surfer, Sasha Jane Lowerson, was granted permission to take part in the women’s division of a surfing competition.
We have reported previously on Sasha Jane Lowerson who began ‘identifying as a woman’ in 2021 at the age of 42. Prior to his ‘transition’, Lowerson was called Ryan Egan and competed as a longboard surfer in the men’s division. In 2019 he won the WA longboard state championship.
This World Surf League page details Ryan Egan’s successes in the Men’s Longboard Tour prior to his transition. It lists him as being six feet tall and weighing 187 lbs.
In May 2022 Lowerson took part in the West Coast Suspensions Longboard and Logger State Championships. This time, however, he was competing in the women’s events. Not surprisingly, he won both the Open Women’s and Open Women’s Logger divisions by considerable margins.
This week the organisers of a surf competition in California have been told they must allow him to compete in the women’s events. Lowerson had entered the Huntington Beach Longboard Pro tournament - in the women's division, of course - which was held in Los Angeles at the weekend.
In April, Todd Messick, whose American Longboard Association organises the competition, announced that ‘transgender women’ were not eligible to compete in the female division. He said he wanted to “Offer an equal playing field for all athletes”.
Of course, Lowerson would not accept the organisers’ decision and moaned to the BBC about his ‘disappointment’, claiming that he has no physical advantage over female surfers. “It's not a race, it's about style, flow, grace. As a longboarder, it's more like ballet on a wave”, he said. He then tried to claim that winning isn’t important but that “Sport is about community. It's about sharing and having fun with other like-minded people…” (In that case, he shouldn’t have any issue competing with other males.)
The California Coastal Commission (CCC) clearly does not share Todd Messick’s concerns about fairness and equality in sport and demanded that trans-identified males be admitted to the Huntington Beach Longboard Pro.
According to The Daily Mail, the CCC tried to bully competition organisers into reversing their decision and sent them a strongly worded letter to that effect. Executive director, Kate Huckelbridge, wrote that surfing competitions in Californian waters ‘could not discriminate based on gender’ and she claimed that barring trans-identified males from female sport “Is not consistent with the public access, recreation and environmental justice policies of the Coastal Act”. She threatened ‘administrative penalties and other remedies’ if organisers did not lift the ban.
Lowerson then refused to enter the competition after all.
In a similar story from the USA’s East Coast this week, a New York judge has overturned a Long Island county executive order which had prevented trans-identified males from competing in women’s sports.
In February, Nassau County Executive, Bruce Blakeman, issued an order denying park permits to any female sports team, league or organisation that includes trans-identified males. The ban was intended to prevent women and girls from sustaining injury when forced to compete against males. This week Judge Francis Ricigliano overturned Blakeman’s executive order.
The decision comes after a legal challenge was brought by a local women’s roller derby league. (Roller derby can a very dangerous sport; it is played at high speeds, involves full body contact, and often results in injuries, even concussion and broken bones. Some turkeys will always vote for Christmas, it seems.) Of course, the suit was filed on behalf of the women’s roller derby league by the New York branch of the ACLU.
Following the judge’s decision - which will impact more than 100 athletic facilities in New York City, including ballfields, basketball and tennis courts, swimming pools and ice rinks - Bruce Blakeman commented, “Unfortunately girls and women are hurt by the court”.

DAILY MAIL: A trans-identified male has been arrested for the brutal murder of a 64-year-old man after allegedly hitting him with a car and then stabbing him repeatedly.
On 3rd May, 64-year-old Steven Anderson was walking along a street near his home in Houston, Texas, when he was hit by a car. Having knocked him to the ground, the driver of the vehicle then reversed and ran over Anderson a second time.
Neighbours started to gather in the street when the assailant - seemingly wearing nothing but women’s underwear - returned carrying a knife. He rolled Anderson’s limp body over before straddling and kissing him. He then stabbed Anderson repeatedly with the knife.
The whole horrific incident was captured by a surveillance camera. Law enforcement professionals close to the case said the footage was some of the most horrifying they have ever seen.
In an attempt to flee the scene, the assailant tried to get into another vehicle. When unsuccessful, he left on foot, at first walking casually, then breaking into a sprint and leaping over Anderson’s body.
Following information provided by witnesses, police charged a trans-identified male, 20-year-old Karon Fisher, with Steven Anderson’s murder.
Fisher is identified in court records as a man, but he was referred to with female pronouns in the police statement given last week. Media outlets, such as ABC7 Chicago and CBS Austin, also refer to Fisher with female pronouns and the The New York Post even describes him as ‘a woman’.

THE TELEGRAPH: A publicly funded LGBTQ+ charity has promoted the medicalisation of so-called ‘trans’ children to pupils and teachers in Essex schools.
OutHouse is a registered charity based in Colchester which, according to its own website, can “Offer support and information to the lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people of Essex”. It provides counselling to LGBTQ+ people and offers training “To help develop LGBTQ+ awareness and support in your business, school or college”.
It has a ‘trans youth group’ which is “Specifically for young people 13 – 19 who identify as Trans+, non-binary, genderqueer, genderfluid or in any other way gender questioning” and “Is facilitated by an OutHouse staff member”. It also offers one-to-one support “For young people (aged 13-21) who are questioning their gender identity and/or sexuality”.
The Telegraph has reported that OutHouse has been training teachers to discuss hormone blockers and ‘trans’ surgeries with their pupils. One module of the training discusses “Sex Assigned at Birth” and attendees are instructed on the (supposed) “Science of being trans” and “Medical and Surgical Gender Affirmation”.
In the past five years OutHouse has received £100,000 in government grants, pocketing £24,000 in the last year alone.
Miriam Cates, Conservative MP for Stocksbridge, told The Telegraph, “No organisation that promotes extreme political ideologies such as Queer Theory should be in receipt of taxpayer funding. And no organisation that promotes Queer Theory should be allowed anywhere near children. Given the clear findings of the Cass Review, we must now meticulously identify all the charities and NGOs that promote dangerous and unevidenced ideas about sex and gender to kids and withdraw taxpayer funding.”

THE PUBLICA: A trans-identified male charged with assaulting a mother and her baby is being referred to as a woman by both police and the media.
On Thursday 9th May, around 2.15pm, a woman, her husband, their 4 month old son, and another family member were sitting in a parked SUV on a street in Vancouver. The woman was sitting on the back seat, breastfeeding her baby. A strange man suddenly opened the car door and tried to grab the mother and her baby.
The mother began screaming and attempted to fight off the man. Bystanders intervened and held the suspect until police officers arrived and arrested him. In video recordings of the incident, the suspect is shirtless and clearly male. He was later named by Vancouver Police as 26-year-old Nathaniel Francis Beekmeyer with whom, they told local media, they have had ‘previous encounters’.
Beekmeyer is a trans-identified male who calls himself ‘Millie Daisy’. Of course, given Beekmeyer’s trans identity, when Vancouver Police reported on his arrest, they referred to him with female pronouns and gave no indication that the suspect is male.
Similarly, a number of news outlets reported that the suspect arrested is a woman without mentioning Beekmeyer’s true sex or trans identity. The Vancouver Sun, for example, reported that “A 26-year-old woman has been arrested and is facing multiple criminal charges” and CBC reported that “A 26-year-old woman has been charged after allegedly assaulting a mother”.
Beekmeyer has a YouTube Channel to which he has shared a number of disturbing videos discussing his mission to turn men into women and his recreational use of oestrogen. In one video he describes oestrogen as ‘the greatest high’ and talks about taking seven days’ worth of dosage in one sitting.
In another video he rambles, “Oh my God, it turns me on because I turn myself on by acting all super cute after. It’s such a heaven doing drugs, you know… Now I’m thinking, how can I kill you? I could have killed you in a different video… Yeah, I’m a serial killer. Do you hate women? I hate women.”
See you next week.
Calling a woman who has just had a miscarriage, a birthing parent, is worse than cruel. It completely dehumanises her and strips her of what she is….a mother. They are saying that she is merely a receptacle for a baby and that once it’s ‘out’ she is nothing.
How much longer are we going to have to endure these narcissistic ladydicks and their grovelling acolytes turning everything to crap?
Thanks as ever JL.
God, I hate getting brought back down to earth with a sickening bump on a Monday
