Monday 18th December - The Process is the Punishment

ITV NEWS: Miriam Cates MP is being investigated by the parliamentary standards watchdog.

Miriam Cates is the Conservative MP for Penistone and Stocksbridge in South Yorkshire. In recent years she has frequently and vociferously spoken out against gender identity ideology and the harm it causes.

She has been placed under investigation by Parliament’s standards watchdog and is facing allegations of causing ‘significant damage to the reputation of the House as a whole, or of its members generally’.

The details of the investigation will remain confidential until the inquiry is concluded.

A few weeks ago we reported that Labour MP, Rosie Duffield, is being investigated by the party for alleged antisemitism after she ‘liked’ a tweet criticising Eddie Izzard’s attempt to appropriate the Holocaust.

Earlier this year, together with over 4,000 X (Twitter) users, Rosie Duffield ‘liked’ a comment that Graham had made about Eddie Izzard.

In a Sky News interview, Izzard had not only claimed that he is ‘a trans superhero’ but also that, had he lived in Nazi Germany, he’d have been murdered. The idea that he - a heterosexual, white male with no disabilities and no Jewish or Roma heritage - would have been murdered under the Nazis is ludicrous. And offensive. Graham’s comment was entirely accurate. But Rosie Duffield was accused of anti-Semitism for ‘liking’ it.

The Times reported that there were suggestions of “A concerted campaign whipped up by LGBT Labour to weaponise the tweet because of their opposition to Duffield’s gender-critical views”.

And now another gender-critical female MP is being investigated, this time by a parliamentary watchdog and for an undisclosed offence. What a coincidence.

Tuesday 19th December - This Never Happens #1

REDUXX: A trans-identified male convicted of beating a man to death has been accommodated in a women’s prison in Washington.

In 2014 Kevin Patterson, then aged twenty, met Richard Bergesen through a church fellowship in Redmond, Washington. As Patterson was homeless at the time, Bergesen offered him a place to say.

Together with a young accomplice, Christopher Shade, Patterson murdered Bergesen, beating him to death with a shovel while his hands and legs were bound, leaving him with multiple skull fractures. The pair then took their victim’s car and fled over the Canadian border to Abbotsford in British Columbia. There they went on a shopping spree and threw a party at their hotel using the dead man’s credit cards. Police apprehended the two young men, along with two women, at a local motel.

Filing eight separate motions, Patterson fought extradition for years and claimed to be a ‘transgender woman’ called Rachel. Eventually, in 2018, the Supreme Court of Canada upheld the decision to extradite him to the US. His lawyers then fought for his ‘gender identity’ to be recognized after his move to the States and demanded that he should be afforded protections as a ‘transgender woman’. Patterson was finally released into American custody in June 2020 and he was convicted of first-degree murder in 2022. He was subsequently - and quietly - accommodated in the Washington Corrections Centre for Women.

Patterson has a profile on Caged Ladies, an online dating platform for women in prison. He calls himself Haedyn Beaumann and describes himself as a ‘transgender individual’, ‘non-binary’ and ‘pansexual’.

A source at the Washington Corrections Centre for Women told Reduxx that Patterson has been ‘totally manipulating’ inmates and staff using his transgender status. “He’s not even attempting to be ‘womanly’ at all. And he’s trying to use the trans issue to get sent back to Canada where he thinks he’d only have to serve half the sentence.”

Wednesday 20th December - This Never Happens #2

CBS NEWS: A prominent trans activist has been arrested on numerous charges of the sexual assault and rape of minors.

Kendall Stephens is a 37-year-old trans-identified male from Philadelphia. In August 2020 he was the victim of a supposed ‘transphobic hate crime’ which saw a woman called Tymesha Wearing convicted of aggravated assault and conspiracy. This incident prompted Stephens to become a trans activist. He has become influential in local politics, working for the LGBTQ Advisory Board at the District Attorney's Office and serving on the Philadelphia Police Department’s LGBTQIA+ Liaison Committee. He is also a regular public speaker and social commentator.

Furthermore, in recent years Stephens has been involved with Bethany Children’s Home in Berks County, where he was on the Board of Directors.

This week Stephens was arrested for a variety of sexual offences. Court documents show that he was charged with rape, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with minors, corruption of minors, unlawful contact with minors, indecent assault against people less than 13 years of age, obscenity to minors and endangering the welfare of children.

According to Reduxx, Stephens has been recorded as ‘female’ on court documents.

Stephens had a preliminary arraignment in Philadelphia municipal court this week and his next court hearing is scheduled for 29th December.

Thursday 21st December - This Never Happens #3

NORTHERN ECHO: A trans-identified male has appeared in court, accused of numerous disturbing offences.

Abbi Taylor, also known as Martin Tarling, is a 45-year-old trans-identified male from South Shields. This week he appeared at South Tyneside Magistrates’ Court accused of several shocking offences.

He is charged with outraging public decency “By being inside a bin containing the waste of children, including with soiled nappies and disclosed garments and interacting with the soiled nappies”, he is charged with criminal damage by smearing excrement on milk bottles ‘intended for consumption by small children’ and on other parts of a nursery building and he is charged with intentionally or recklessly causing a public nuisance “By continuously dumping adult human waste and other materials on the street and at nursery premises and interfering with the contents of clinical waste bins containing faecal matter from children and babies”.

Taylor is also charged with breaching a criminal behaviour order imposed on him by Nottinghamshire Magistrates’ Court earlier this year, by being within 10 metres of a nursery without reasonable excuse, and/or “By removing items from a waste receptacle in direct contravention of said order”.

Despite his obvious facial hair and his appearance on the court list as Martin Tarling, in court Taylor was which name he preferred to use.

Beclowning themselves in a similar way, the media outlets reporting on this story were referring to Taylor with female pronouns. ITV’s article, for example, refers to him as ‘she’ and ‘her’ throughout.

The Independent article does exactly the same thing.

In one version of this story, The Daily Mail even calls Taylor a woman.

No pleas were entered at the hearing at South Tyneside Magistrates’ Court and the case was sent to Newcastle Crown Court for a next appearance on 16th January 2024.

Friday 22nd December - The Trolling Of Women #1

REDUXX: Morgan Oger, the trans-identified male who tried to close down a female-only rape crisis shelter, has been honoured by Canada’s Governor General.

In 2019 Vancouver Rape Relief & Women’s Shelter (VRRWS) lost the city council funding it had received for the previous ten years mainly due to the influence of trans activist, Morgane Oger.

In March 2019 Vancouver city councillors met to discuss the VRRWS funding. Oger led a campaign to de-fund the VRRWS and intended to stack the odds at this meeting by filling it with trans activists. He was allowed to speak and demanded that VRRWS be disqualified from receiving public funds because of its female-only policy, accusing the organization of ‘having a history of discrimination against transgender women’.

Of course, the councillors voted not to renew VRRWS’s grant. But that still wasn’t enough for Oger and, determined to close down the shelter completely, he continued to wage war against it.

When VRRWS made a statement about their loss of funding, explaining why it is vital to provide women traumatised by male violence with a female-only environment in which to heal, he described it as an ‘indignant online rant’ and accused them of prejudice. A year later and he was still at it, writing a lengthy blog post which accused VRRWS of inciting transphobia. He applauded the decision to cut its funding and encouraged the city council to ‘remain strong and follow through’.

In August 2019 trans activists nailed a dead and decomposing rat to the VRRWS front door. A few days later the centre’s premises were vandalized and threats of violence were daubed on the windows.

Oger dismissed this appalling attack as ‘overreacting’ and went with the ‘they brought it on themselves’ response so beloved of abusive men everywhere. “Sometimes, unfortunately, when Vancouver Rape Relief’s policies hit mainstream media and when their discriminatory conduct hits the light of day some people overreact…”

Last week Oger was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal from the Governor General of Canada at a ceremony in Canada for his his work with ‘2SLGBTQ+ persons’.

The Meritorious Service Medal is a civil award that is supposed to honour ‘great Canadians for exceptional deeds’. In the list of award recipients, Morgan Oger is described as a “Champion of diversity who has changed perceptions around 2SLGBTQI+ rights and has worked tirelessly to see those rights enshrined in law.” It doesn’t mention his tireless work trying to strip women of their rights.

Saturday 23rd December - The Trolling Of Women #2

Meanwhile, in the UK, there was news of another trans-identified male whose contempt for those of us born female is self-evident. Munroe Bergdorf has been appointed a UN Women UK Champion.

That's the same Munroe Bergdorf who had to step down from his role on the Labour Party's LGBT advisory board after it emerged he had made homophobic comments, including the statement that he'd like to ‘gay bash’ Glee character, Kurt Hummel.

The same Munroe Bergdorf who dictated to attendees of the London Women's March that they must not reference their female biology. At their own march. (Pssst, Munroe, all vaginas are pink - they're internal. Maybe women should be discussing this after subject after all, then men like you might learn something.)

The Munroe Bergdorf who told a female cancer survivor to "Get your head out your ass" when she tried to explain to him the importance of women being able to discuss their reproductive rights.

The Munroe Bergdorf who described the Suffragettes as ‘white supremacists’. (He has clearly never heard of Sophia Duleep Singh, Sarah Parker Redmond, Shrimati Sushama Sen et al.)

The Munroe Bergdorf who was dropped from his role at the NSPCC due to his encouraging vulnerable children to contact him in secret, in direct contravention of every safeguarding policy espoused by all children’s organisations and charities.

The Munro Bergdorf who was instrumental in the then 78-year-old Baroness Emma Nicholson being expunged from the Booker Prize, the literary foundation her late husband helped to establish.

This is the man who UN Women UK has deemed a suitable ‘champion’ to represent the female sex.

Sunday 24th December - This Never Happens #4

REDUXX: A trans-identified male has been convicted for attempting to meet a minor for the purposes of sexual abuse.

Scarlet Moon Shadows, formerly known as Randy Emillion Goodreau, is a 32 year old man from Vermont who ‘identifies’ as a lesbian teenager. Last year he was arrested in Albany, New York, on charges of attempted enticement and coercion of a minor.

Caught in an FBI sting operation intended to target sexual predators, Shadows messaged a social network account which he believed was being operated by the guardian of an 11-year-old girl. The account included a number of illicit paedophilic signals. Shadows expressed an interest in ‘teaching’ the child sexual acts, claiming to be ‘a girl with a dick’ and ‘very sweet’.

When Shadows asked to speak to the girl directly, a second undercover FBI agent exchanged messages with him, posing as the child. According to the affidavit submitted by Special Agent Jenelle Bringuel, Shadows offered to ‘date’ the girl by introducing her to sexual acts and he conspired with her to conceal their ‘relationship’. He also sent the girl photographs of his ‘breasts’ and, at one point during their conversation, claimed that his taking oestrogen meant there was little chance of her becoming pregnant.

After several weeks of communicating with the undercover agents, Shadows travelled to Warren County, New York, intending to have sex with the girl. He was arrested after arriving at the pre-arranged meeting point. A subsequent psychosexual assessment subjected Shadows to a viewing test which indicated that he has a ‘high interest’ in infant females.

In April, Shadows pleaded guilty to Attempted Enticement and Coercion of a Minor. This week he was sentenced to 11 years in a federal prison. It is not yet known where he will serve his sentence but he is under the jurisdiction of the Federal Bureau of Prisons which operates a gender self-ID policy so it seems likely he will be placed in a women’s prison.

At the time of Shadow’s arrest, The Department of Justice statement referred to him as a ‘woman’ and used female pronouns throughout, as did subsequent media reports. A later DoJ press release detailing the guilty plea again referred to Shadows with female pronouns and gave no indication of his true sex or of his trans identity.
