Monday 3rd January - This Never Happens
THE POST MILLENIAL: A former inmate has reported on the numerous sexual assaults perpetrated by trans-identified males at a Washington women’s prison.
We have reported on the Washington Corrections Centre for Women several times over the past year. In March we reported on the number of trans identified male prisoners being transferred there. One of those inmates was Douglas “Donna” Perry, a dangerous man convicted of murdering three young women.
Just a few months ago we reported that Hobbie Bingham, a sex offender who was convicted of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl, had been moved to the WCCW where it is alleged he groomed and sexually assaulted his vulnerable female cellmate.
Now a former prisoner from WCCW has spoken to the media about witnessing trans identified males sexually assaulting women inmates there. The woman, who wished to remain anonymous, described multiple sexual assaults perpetrated by trans-identified males at the facility.
Numerous complaints were filed against an inmate called Jonathan who now uses the name ‘Jazzy’. However, according to the whistle-blower, prison staff never took any action, dismissing the allegations against Jonathan, leaving him free to re-offend.
In December, Amanda Stulman, the USA Director of Keep Prisons Single Sex, obtained documents via a Freedom of Information request which show that almost half of all trans-identified males in American prisons are convicted sex offenders.
The information revealed that 48.47% of trans-identified male inmates are incarcerated in federal prisons for sex offences, compared to 11.2% of the general male population in federal custody.
And now we hear, unsurprisingly, that President Biden intends to allow male inmates to ‘self identify’ their way into the female estate in any and all federal and state prisons and detention centres.

THE TELEGRAPH: The SNP has been consulting with pro-trans lobby groups over self-ID legislation while ignoring feminist organisations.
Policy analysis group, Murray Blackburn Mackenzie, made a series of Freedom of Information requests regarding the Scottish government’s proposed reform of the Gender Recognition Act. The results show that SNP minister, Shona Robison, held discussions with five lobby groups, all of which campaign for gender self-ID.
Since May 2021, Robinson has held meetings with the Equality Network, Scottish Trans Alliance, Stonewall Scotland, LGBT Youth Scotland and LGBT Health and Wellbeing. Collectively, these groups have been awarded over £1 million of public money by the Scottish government in 2020-2021. Trans lobby groups are being paid by the Scottish government to push their agenda on the Scottish government and to the exclusion of women’s rights groups.
In its election manifesto the SNP pledged that it would discuss these issues with other interested parties. However, not one feminist organisation has been consulted.

DAILY MAIL: A performing arts school has dropped JK Rowling as one of its house names after pressure from staff and students.
An Essex secondary school that specialises in performing arts has replaced JK Rowling as one of its house names. Boswell School has six houses which are named after Britons who have demonstrated qualities such as ‘integrity, emotional intelligence, grit, resourcefulness, self-discipline and bravery’.
The school explained the decision to remove JK Rowling’s name in a newsletter to parents. “Following numerous requests by students and staff we are reviewing the name of our red house ‘Rowling’ and in light of J.K Rowling’s comments and viewpoints surrounding trans people. Her views on this issue do not align with our school policy and school beliefs.”
One parent told The Daily Mail, “This is censorship - JK Rowling is a good example of achievement through adversity. Not everyone thought she should go”.
The school has decided to re-name the house after Olympic legend, Dame Kelly Holmes… Who’s going to tell them??

4W: Brazil’s Marie Claire has included a trans-identified male convicted of sexually exploiting women on a list of celebrated female activists.
At the end of December Marie Claire Brazil posted a list on Instagram of women “Who have made a difference for human rights, and especially concerning women's lives in Brazil”. One of the seven people listed is a trans-identified male.
This would be insulting enough, but the male in question is a convicted pimp who has also been accused of facilitating child abuse.
Indianara Siqueira is a political figure and transgender activist in Brazil. Between 2007 and 2010 he served time in a French prison having been convicted of ‘procurement’ (ie pimping). He was subsequently deported and remains prohibited from entering France.
In 2014 Siqueira commandeered a Rio de Janeiro property, Casa Nuvem (‘House of Clouds’), which was being used by a not-for-profit arts charity. He renamed it Casa Nem (‘Nem’ meaning never/not/nor) and illegally converted it into premises for trans-identified male prostitutes. While occupying the property, Siqueira ran up utility bills of over R$100,000 (approximately £12,500) which he did not pay. The arts charity which originally used the space was permanently evicted as a result.
Far worse, however, is the allegation that children were being sexually exploited and abused in Siqueira’s Casa Nem.
At the time, Siqueira had been campaigning as a politician with Brazil’s Socialism and Liberty Party (PSOL). One of Casa Nuvem’s original founders filed a complaint with PSOL. The party undertook a lengthy investigation and its Ethics Committee heard many witness testimonies, one from an adolescent who had lived at Casa Nem and claimed to have both witnessed and been subjected to child sexual exploitation.
The subsequent Ethics Committee report determined that Siqueira had forced the original inhabitants of Casa Nuvem to leave their property and that, as a means of coercion, he had made death threats, weaponized accusations of transphobia, engaged in defamation and spread lies.
At the conclusion of the investigation in April 2019, PSOL ejected Siqueira from the party following a unanimous vote.
Do the female activists named on Marie Claire’s list know what sort of company they’re keeping?

THE TELEGRAPH: Stonewall’s newly published accounts reveal that the organisation is still receiving huge sums of money from government departments.
Stonewall has released its accounts covering the 18 month period to 31st March 2021. The figures reveal that during this time, it received £1.25 million in taxpayer-funded grants, accounting for over half of its grant-funded income. The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office was its largest donor, handing over in excess of £750,000 in 2020-21.
The Welsh and Scottish Governments also paid Stonewall hundreds of thousands of pounds and the Government Equalities Office shelled out £50,393. In addition to the grants, Stonewall also received £616,225 from the government’s Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme.

THE ECONOMIST: Gender identity ideology is poisoning America’s medical education.
A lecturer at Louisiana State University School of Medicine told a class that gender dysphoria is not a mental illness, a direct contradiction of the description used in the American Psychiatric Association’s ‘Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders’.
Professional bodies, including the American Academy of Paediatrics, endorse ‘gender-affirmative’ care and accept a patient’s self-diagnosis, meaning that children as young as nine are being readily prescribed puberty blockers. An academic paediatrician told The Economist that all medical students know they will be expected to follow this affirmation model ‘uncritically and unquestioningly’, even though ‘trans medicine’ is not taught as a core part of the medical curriculum.
A medical student in Florida who intends to become a paediatrician told the paper that she her education regarding puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones has been sorely lacking. “With other diseases and treatments we are taught in such depth about every possible side-effect.” One academic (who wished to remain anonymous) suggested this is due to fear of trans-rights activists and their bullying tactics.
When a doctor’s medical training is being dictated by activists, it’s time to let the sunlight flood in.

CTV NEWS: Helping people with gender dysphoria, including dysphoric children, to understand and overcome their issues is now illegal in Canada.
Legislation to criminalise ‘conversion therapy’ has just come into force in Canada. Of course, banning attempts to ‘convert’ gay, lesbian and bisexual people is laudable. However, this law not only applies to sexuality but also to ‘gender identity’ and includes people of any age.
Anyone attempting to ‘change’ an individual’s ‘gender identity’ could face up to five years in prison, even if the subject is a minor. If someone is found to be ‘promoting, advertising, or profiting’ from providing so-called ‘conversion therapy’ they will face up to two years in prison. This includes providing counselling.
Consequently, any professional therapist who rejects the affirmation model and tries to help a dysphoric child to explore and overcome their distress will risk imprisonment.
Most children and teens with early onset gender dysphoria who receive a ‘watchful waiting’ treatment without social transition, grow up to be gay or bisexual. In Canada they’ll now be pushed down a pathway to synthetic hormones and surgery and a lifetime of medicalisation.

4W: An unpublished report characterises female officers as ‘transphobic’ if they are uncomfortable strip-searching trans-identified males.
Dr. Matthew Maycock was commissioned by the Scottish Prison Service, his former employer, to research trans-identified prisoners incarcerated in Scotland.
His subsequent (unpublished) report demonstrates the deep unease female officers feel about protocols requiring them to perform intimate searches on trans-identified males. However, Maycock describes these officers as ‘transphobic’ numerous times throughout the report for expressing their concerns.
Despite Maycock's apparent bias, the findings of the report clearly demonstrate there are serious issues for women prisoners and women officers when trans-identified males are housed in the female estate.
The report remains unpublished and was accessed through a freedom of information request by campaign group, Keep Prisons Single Sex. It has since been published on their on the group’s website and featured in The Sunday Times this week.
From a Keep Prisons Single Sex Twitter thread: “The SPS is reported to be ignoring the entirety of Maycock's finding, research which was undertaken on their behalf. Why? From a research ethics perspective, this approach is questionable. The paper discussed in the Times today remains unpublished. Why? …Why simply bin all this research? How is that consistent with good research ethics?”

THE SUNDAY TIMES: Scotland’s plan to record rapists according to their self-declared ‘gender identity’ will harm an already atrocious rape conviction rate.
Lesley Warrender, a retired chief inspector who specialised in dealing with serious sexual offences, gave evidence to Scotland’s petitions committee. She told MSPs that allowing rapists to be recorded as women could discourage victims from reporting their rape or continuing with a case.
Dr Shonagh Dillon, who runs a domestic abuse charity, told The Sunday Times that having to hear court officials referring to their rapist as ‘she’ and being forced to use female pronouns for him themselves could constitute, “A state-sanctioned abusive act, prioritising pronouns over the rights of female victims”.
In August last year The Scotsman reported on Scotland’s ‘abysmal’ rape conviction rates. Of the 2,342 reports of rape and attempted rape in Scotland in the year 2019-20 there were only 130 convictions.
See you next week.
Gosh ,the horror of all this just keeps piling up !! Notice ,one of those reports still called the sex abuser " she " even although they were reporting on rapes etc being committed by men in women's prisons ! I'm on board 100% with Kellie Jay Keane (posie parker ) on her " no compromise " stance. and news outlets should show some backbone and use the correct pronouns (HE/HIM ).for these men . Give them an inch and they'll take a mile !! No surrender and no compromise ,,ever !
Once released, Hobbie Bingham went right back to being male.
Hmm...it's almost as if he was gaming the system the whole time.
