Monday 20th May - Labour Losing Women #1
THE TIMES: Proposed Labour Party policy could introduce ‘self-id by the back door’ with a GRC potentially granted by just one GP and no safeguarding checks.
This week, Labour’s women and equalities spokesperson, Anneliese Dodds, announced the party’s plans to ‘simplify’ the gender recognition process with proposals that it should be ‘less medicalised’.
Currently, to be eligible for a gender recognition certificate, a person must have ‘lived in their chosen gender’ for two years and have a diagnosis of gender dysphoria. An expert panel made up of doctors and lawyers must then approve the granting of a GRC. The Labour Party is proposing to abolish these requirements and is considering proposals that could mean a single GP - not even a gender dysphoria specialist - could sign off on a GRC for one of their patients.
Writing in The Daily Mail, Helen Joyce said of this proposal, “Labour’s plan does not just simplify the process of changing gender, it makes it as easy as getting a prescription. My view is that this amounts to gender self-ID… The party’s plans would essentially allow men to gain the legal status of women with no safeguards”.
The Labour Party’s plan to ‘simplify’ the gender recognition process also involves scrapping the so-called ‘spousal veto’ clause.
In English and Welsh law a change of status to a marriage contract requires agreement from both parties. Consequently, if one partner transitions, thus altering the contract, the other must consent to that change before a full gender recognition certificate can be issued. (An interim GRC is granted in the meantime.) If consent is not given, the marriage must be dissolved by divorce or annulment prior to a full GRC being approved.
This is erroneously known as the ‘spousal veto’ clause but it is not a veto, just an opportunity for a partner to withdraw from a relationship / contract to which they never agreed. It is particularly important for women whose husbands transition as they are far more likely to be impacted financially and it is a vital safeguard for women whose faith or culture mean they are not able to easily exit their marriage.
In June 2021, a number of ‘trans widows’ spoke to The Telegraph about the importance of the spousal veto. They described the trauma they and their children suffered when their spouse decided to ‘change gender’.
Seemingly, the Labour Party has no concern for women in their unenviable position.

ITV NEWS: The Football Association is ignoring government advice and will maintain its policy of allowing trans-identified males to play on women’s teams.
Last month the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, Lucy Frazer, urged sporting bodies to implement a complete ban on trans-identified males in women’s competitions. She said that, “The need for clear action from all sports becomes more pressing with each passing week… In competitive sport, biology matters. And where male strength, size and body shape gives athletes an indisputable edge… We must get back to giving women a level playing field to compete. We need to give women a sporting chance.”
The Football Association (FA), however, has chosen to ignore Ms Frazer’s advice and trans-identified males will still be permitted to play on women’s teams and in women’s leagues.
The FA will maintain its trans inclusion policy for adult players under which biological males wanting to play in women’s football need to satisfy ‘hormone-based requirements’. It considers applications on a case-by-case basis, assessing the ‘safety of the applicant and other players’ and ‘fair competition’.
Football is a contact sport; the safety of ‘other players’ will always be in jeopardy when women are forced to play with or against males. As for ‘fair competition’, the FA’s policy is completely at odds with all the scientific evidence which demonstrates that, even after reducing testosterone levels, even after full ‘transition’, males retain numerous physical and physiological advantages over women and any loss of muscle mass and strength is negligible. The benefits of a male puberty cannot be undone.
There are currently around 70 trans-identified male players who play regularly on women’s teams at a grass roots level. We reported on one such player in November last year; 30-year-old Francesca Needham, a trans-identified male who used to play for Rossington Ladies in the Sheffield and Hallamshire Women and Girls League.
It is reported that Needham caused a serious injury to an opposition player who suffered a broken knee after she tried to block a shot from him. Consequently, fearing for the wellbeing of their players, a number of teams refused to compete against Rossington Ladies due to Needham’s inclusion on the pitch. The manager of one of the teams explained their position to The Daily Mail. “I have 16 and 17 year old players playing for me and their parents weren't too keen to put their welfare at risk”.
Another team manager told The Daily Mail that said it was immediately clear that Needham is a trans-identified male. “It was obvious. Unfortunately, the FA allowed it to happen but didn't let anyone know. She's [sic] quite a big strong player. People have refused to play because they are worried about the safety of the players. Psychologically it's quite a big thing, when you are playing against a biological man it's quite scary. They were terrified.”
A further source spoke to The Telegraph of their experience playing against Needham. “Five minutes into our game, it was obvious Francesca was biologically male. The league is competitive and physical… We were gobsmacked. Even the referee at the time couldn’t believe it.” The source explained that they had tried to voice their concerns to the league and to the local FA but never received a response.
The source described the strength of feeling among other teams about the prospect of having to play against a trans-identified male. “We had a Zoom call together and you could feel the emotion pouring out,” they said. “We’ve been terrified of saying anything. We don’t want to be accused of being transphobic. We don’t want the names of our clubs dragged through the mud. It has been like walking on eggshells. I’ve heard of women thinking of deregistering as players because of this. There are psychological scars. It’s not fair.”
With teams refusing to play against them, Needham agreed to withdraw from Rossington Ladies ‘for the foreseeable future’. However, he seemingly intends to return to women’s football and, astoundingly, even threatened legal action over so-called ‘discrimination’.
Writing on the club’s Facebook page, Needham made a statement:
“Rossington Main Ladies FC has faced challenges from teams unwilling to play against us while I am on the field. This unfortunate circumstance has prompted me to investigate pursuing a case of discrimination…
It's disheartening to acknowledge that this situation contradicts everything in the diversity and inclusion policies, given that I have diligently met every single requirement set out by the Football Association to play.
I sincerely hope that this issue of perceived discrimination against me can be resolved peacefully and promptly, with the full support of the Football Association and the policies they have written and approved.”
The Daily Mail reported that Needham has worked as a prostitute, marketing himself as a ‘pre-op trans girl’ with a ‘surprise’ under his skirt, and that he specialised in schoolgirl and cheerleader fetishism. The paper published details of Needham’s profile on a sex work website where he is known as ‘Cleo’. His profile says that he is bisexual and enjoys a variety of sexual fetishes. It also says that Needham specialises in schoolgirl and cheerleader scenarios.
“Looking for a pre-op trans individual to fulfil your desires? Look no further! I can be your naughty schoolgirl, complete with a surprise under my skirt. Hello to all you adventurous individuals! Are you seeking a unique girlfriend experience or looking to be dominated by someone like me? …We can even roleplay a schoolgirl or cheerleader scenario where I can be your naughty student in need of punishment.”
Needham insisted that he no longer works as a prostitute and that he ‘accidentally’ left his profile on the sex worker website.
A source close to the women's football community told The Daily Mail, “It is clear the birth male playing on the ladies team has been a sex worker. This is a massive safeguarding concern. It's worth bearing in mind this birth male would be sharing changing rooms and single sex spaces with young females”.
Indeed he would. Fully endorsed by the Football Association. (If you’d like to get in touch with the FA, you can do so here.)

THE DAILY MAIL: A woman in Oklahoma has spoken publicly about being raped and beaten by a trans-identified male.
A woman who gave her name as ‘Kay’ spoke at the Let Women Speak event in Tulsa, Oklahoma, last week. With her voice shaking, she began by recounting that she had always been a trans ally until the day she was assaulted by a trans-identified male.
“Ten is the number of years it's been since I was brutally beaten and raped by a trans identified male. One time it took to change my mind. To open my eyes as see how our rights and protections are being eroded away.”
In the UK this week, Minister for Women and Equalities, Kemi Badenoch, shared the story of a woman with a very similar experience.
The woman wrote to Ms Badenoch to thank her for defending female-only spaces.
“I was raped in a women’s toilet when I was 16, by a man who felt entitled to entre because he was wearing make-up. Many years later, in my 40s, I was followed into a women’s toilet by a man who tried to break down the cubicle door to attack me. He felt entitled to enter because he was wearing feminine clothes… I have experienced a lifetime of male violence. Thank you for making women safer.”

THE DAILY MAIL: It has been revealed that a Biden-nominee for a federal judgeship placed a multiple child rapist trans-identified male in a women’s prison.
We have written previously about July Justine Shelby aka William McClain. In 1994 he was convicted in two separate cases of the molestation of a nine-year-old boy and of the rape of a 17-year-old girl. He served 18 years in prison. In 2016, by then out on parole, McClain was claiming a trans identity and calling himself July Justine Shelby.
In November 2016 Shelby was arrested in Indianapolis, Indiana, after he was linked to a device containing graphic illegal images. Investigators discovered that he had been sending photographs of extreme child sexual abuse to a man called Beau Thornburgh with whom he had been incarcerated. Among the images traced to Shelby were photographs of an adult male sexually abusing a toddler and graphic pictures of a naked prepubescent girl.
He was eventually convicted on multiple counts of child pornography trafficking and sentenced to 180 months in federal prison. He was originally sent to Otisville FCI, a medium security facility for male offenders in New York. In 2020, Shelby filed an emergency writ of habeas corpus, claiming that his life was at risk in a men’s prison and demanded a move to the female estate.
The Bureau of Prisons denied his case, stating that housing Shelby in a women’s prison would be “Traumatizing and possibly dangerous” for the female inmates. These warnings were ignored. In November 2022, a New York court granted Shelby’s writ and ordered the Bureau of Prisons to move him to the female estate. Shelby, who stands 6 feet 2 inches tall and has not undergone any ‘sex reassignment’ surgery, was subsequently transferred to FMC Carswell, a women’s correctional facility in Texas.
The person responsible for transferring Shelby to the female state is Sarah Netburn. She has been a US magistrate judge for the Southern District of New York since 2012. Court documents show that Netburn dismissed the Bureau of Prison’s warnings over the danger Shelby posed, describing them as ‘overblown’. In August 2022 she filed a report stating, “There are no signs that Petitioner is at risk of re-offending. The record is devoid of evidence of incidents of violence or assault during Petitioner’s incarceration”. She also highlighted Shelby’s own testimony in which he claimed that, “People see a 6’2” tattooed prisoner, I see a girl”. (He was 58 years old at the time.) Netburn ordered that the Bureau of Prisons move Shelby to a women’s institution.
Last month, President Joe Biden nominated Sarah Netburn for a federal judicial position serving on the US district court for the Southern District of New York.
This week, at Netburn’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Senators John Kennedy (of Louisiana), Mike Lee (of Utah) and Ted Cruz (of Texas) questioned her about her decision to accommodate a recidivist convicted sex offender in a women’s prison.
Senator Kennedy accused Netburn of being a political activist and questioned her pronouncement that the danger posed by Shelby in a women’s prison was ‘hypothetical’. Senator Lee also asked her why she believed there was ‘little chance’ of Shelby re-offending, pointing out that he offended whenever out of prison and given the opportunity to do so. He dismissed Netburn’s reasoning that she had allowed Shelby’s move to a female prison because he had not offended while incarcerated. He conjectured that Shelby had not offended because he’d been in a male prison where the other inmates matched his physical size and strength.
In a heated exchange, Ted Cruz accused Netburn of putting her political ideologies before the law. He took issue with Netburn referring to Shelby with female pronouns and he challenged her description of Shelby as ‘entirely a female’. He asked Netburn whether or not Shelby has male genitalia. She admitted that he does and replied, “Sorry, what I meant to say was hormonally a female”.
Cruz raged, “You took a 6’2” serial child rapist with male genitalia, and he said ‘you know I’d like to be in a women’s prison’ and your answer was ‘that sounds great to me’… The other women in that prison, do they have any rights? Do they have the right not to have a 6’2” man who is a repeat, serial rapist put in as their cellmate?”
He also questioned Netburn’s assertion that Shelby was at no risk of re-offending and her claim that the danger he posed in a women’s prison was ‘theoretical’. She responded by stating that Shelby had ‘serious medical needs’ and said that he had engaged in ‘no acts of sexual violence whatsoever’ while in custody. She repeated her claim that Shelby’s hormones are ‘entirely female’. She also claimed that the Bureau of Prisons had never advised that Shelby posed a risk to women in the female estate, directly contradicting her own comments in the report she wrote in August 2022.
When Senator Cruz challenged her on this issue and asked her to explain why she had contradicted her report - quoting her own words to her - the committee chair would not allow him a reply.
When Senator Ted Cruz is the best advocate of women’s rights in the room, we are truly through the looking glass.

THE TELEGRAPH: Labour MP Rosie Duffield was not invited to her party’s election launch even in the county where she is the only elected Labour MP.
This week Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, announced a general election to be held on 4th July. The following day, the Labour Party held an election launch event in Gillingham, Kent. It was attended by party leader, Sir Keir Starmer, his deputy, Angela Rayner, the Labour party’s local candidate, Naushabah Khan, and a number of councillors from the area.
Oddly, someone not invited to the event was the county’s only elected Labour MP, Rosie Duffield, who represents Canterbury. She reportedly first heard about the launch through social media.
Of course, Rosie Duffield has, for years, been a brave and staunch defender of women’s sex-based rights and spaces. For doing so she has received untold harassment and abuse, even from within her own party.
She was accused of ‘transphobia’ after cervix-gate back in July 2020. She has been subject to an internal investigation following allegations of ‘transphobia’ and anti-Semitism (of which she was exonerated). She has received online abuse and death threats, there have been calls for her to be de-selected as an MP, and she’s criticised by her own Labour Party colleagues. From her party leader, Keir Starmer, there’s been total silence and a cold shoulder.
As Joan Smith writes in UnHerd, “Starmer’s willingness to blank a prominent female MP — a candidate, it should be stressed — has confirmed the fears of many left-of-centre women… Starmer is leading the party into an election with policy commitments that could have been dictated by Stonewall.”

BBC NEWS: A trans-identified male has received a prison sentence for the sexual assault of children under the age of thirteen.
Joanna Evans is described as using ‘different male and female names and identities’. But he’s a man. In 2020 he sexually assaulted three little boys, the youngest of whom was only eight years old. He was charged with assault by penetration of a child and sexual assault by touching of a child. Astonishingly, he was not remanded to custody.
Although he failed to attend Burnley Crown Court last month, a jury unanimously found Evans guilty of two charges of sexual assault. This week he was sentenced to seventeen years in prison.
When The Lancashire Telegraph reported on this case in November 2022, the article described Evans as a woman. There were no photographs and absolutely no mention of Evans’ true sex or different ‘identities’. But he’s a man.

THE DAILY MAIL: A female prisoner in California says that her trans-identified male cell mate raped her and she has spoken about her traumatic ordeal.
52-year-old Tremaine Carroll has been on the wrong side of the law from an early age. In his youth he was charged with theft and firearm possession offences. In 1990 Carroll was arrested for the gunpoint kidnapping, robbery and sexual assault of two women. He was charged with three counts of ‘oral copulation’, (ie forcing a victim to perform fellatio) but these charges were later dropped. He pled guilty to two counts of kidnapping and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Following his release, Carroll was convicted for the robbery of a jewellery store. This conviction activated California’s ‘three strikes’ law so he was sentenced to a minimum prison term of 25 years to life and has been incarcerated ever since. Carroll served over 20 years in a men’s prison before the sudden onset of a trans identity and his claime that he was “Born with boy parts and a girl’s heart”. He was transferred to the Central California Women’s Facility (CCWF) in August 2021. By his own admission, Carroll is six feet tall and weighs almost 16 stone (99 kilos).
SB 132 is facing a legal challenge from four women who have all suffered harm as a result of this legislation. Carroll is one of four trans-identified male prisoners granted the right to intervene in this legal case. In a sworn declaration to the court, Carroll promised that he is “Not a threat” to the women incarcerated at CCWF.
A few weeks ago we reported on a 4W story that Tremaine Carroll has been charged with raping one of the female inmates in CCWF. Now ‘Rebecca’, the woman involved, has spoken to The Daily Mail about her traumatic experience.
In January 2024 ‘Rebecca’, who is in her 30s and about five feet tall, was serving a short sentence for burglary in CCWF and moved cells to share a space with Tremaine Carroll. She says that Carroll immediately began expressing a sexual interest in her and made advances towards her which she declined. Only a few days after her cell-move, Rebecca says that Carroll raped her in the shower and that she screamed and cried throughout the ordeal.
Rebecca was hospitalised and kept in arm and leg chains while she underwent a pelvic examination. On her return to prison, she was segregated from the general population, strip-searched and treated as predator because, she discovered, Carroll had made the ludicrous claim that she sexually assaulted him.
It appears that Rebecca is not Carroll’s only alleged victim. Madera County court records obtained by Reduxx show that the District Attorney, Sally Moreno, filed multiple charges against Carroll, including two counts of rape and one count of attempting to intimidate a witness. It is not known whether the second alleged rape victim is an inmate or a member of prison staff.
According to prison records, Carroll has now been transferred out of the female estate and is incarcerated at Kern Valley State Prison, a male facility.
Too little, too late.
Saturday 25th May - Burning Books in Scotland
THE TIMES: An influential Scottish literary organisation published guidelines that warned bookshops against platforming and stocking books by ‘terfs’ and aligned gender critical feminism with fascism.
Literature Alliance Scotland (LAS) is Scotland’s largest literary network and “Committed to advancing the interests of literature and languages at home and abroad”. It is a registered charity funded by Creative Scotland and the Lottery Fund and a Board of Trustees comprising some very senior and influential figures from the Scottish arts and literary world. According to its own website, LAS aims to “Bring together writers, publishers, educators, librarians, literature organisations and national cultural bodies”.
However, a story first published by Magi Gibson, writer, feminist and literary events organiser, would suggest otherwise.
At the beginning of May, LAS published to its website a guidance for bookshops and literary festivals etc on supporting trans writers.
The guidance was written by Eris Young, a “Queer, transgender writer of speculative fiction and non-fiction”. He’s a Californian man living in Edinburgh who demands they/them pronouns. He has written a guide to ‘non-binary and genderqueer identities’ and about the ‘asexual, aromantic, demi and grey-ace community’. He also works as an ‘LGBTQ+ sensitivity reader’.
The guide Young wrote (and which LAS published) urges book shops not to platform or stock the work of gender critical writers. “Don’t sell Terf books/platform Terf authors”, it says. “Don’t expect trans booksellers to sell them. Trans people who see Terf books or ‘gender criticism’ in a bookshop will understand that the bookshop doesn’t want them there.”
The guide then went on to claim that, “Terfs are actively joining forces with fascists. For example, see BRAVE books, which seeks to ‘Bring Real American Values that Endure into the hearts and minds of children and their families’”.
Brave Books is a Christian children’s publishing company which produces “Books that celebrate families and honour traditional values”. It published Surfing Past Fear, a book written by inspirational disabled surfing legend, Bethany Hamilton, who has been critical of trans-identified males competing in women’s sports. Some of Brave’s output may not be to everyone’s taste but to align the company with fascism is laughable.
After Magi Gibson broke this story on her website, social media users voiced their criticism of LAS and its ‘trans guide’. Consequently, LAS removed the link from its website and issued a statement. The document, it said, had been uploaded in error and was deemed unsuitable in its current form. “We will be investigating the process in which our online materials are uploaded and will revise our procedures. We apologise for any confusion or offence this has caused.”
As Magi Gibson writes, “How on earth did a prestigious charity like LAS – who claim in their constitution to be ‘trusted’ - approve advice to booksellers and events organiser where such language is used?… Literature Alliance Scotland owes it to the people of Scotland, their ultimate funders, to behave responsibly and treat writers and readers from ALL sectors of society with fairness and respect, regardless of race, religion, sex, gender or belief.”

In the USA this week there were numerous examples of trans-identified males stealing medals, places and opportunities from women and girls.
Firstly, Maelle Jacques is, yet again, a state champion.
Jacques, a Kearsarge Regional High School sophomore, won another state title at the New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association Division 3 outdoor track and field state championship meet this week. He tied for a state title win in the high jump, with Somersworth High junior, Sya McKay (the true outright winner).
Elsewhere, Sadie (formerly Camden) Schreiner has qualified for both the 200 metres and 400 metres events at the National Collegiate Athletics Association DIII finals. In the female division, of course.
He has robbed two girls, Candis Damste and Lindsey Novak, of their rightful place at the NCAA final.
Meanwhile, in Connecticut, 6’ 3” tall trans-identified male, Rose McNaughton, finished 2nd in the shot put at the girls’ Conference Track Championships this week.
He is now ranked 3rd in the state in advance of the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference state championships on 29th May.
In Washington, a trans-identified boy, Veronica (formerly Donovan) Brown, ‘won’ the girls’ 400 metre race in the 2A division at the Interscholastic Activities Association State Championship.

At the prestigious Cannes Film Festival this weekend, a trans-identified male performer won the coveted Best Actress award.
52-year-old Spanish actor, Karla Sofía Gascón, was given the award for his performance as a trans character in a musical called Emilia Pérez.
He ‘transitioned’ in his late 40s and until recently was known as Carlos Gascón. He met his wife, Marisa, when he nineteen and he has fathered a teenage daughter.
Taking to the Cannes stage, Gascón dedicated his award to ‘all the trans people who are suffering every fucking day with the hate’. “They denigrate us, how they denigrate us”, he said, while accepting a highly prized accolade that should have gone to a woman.
Sunday 26th May - On The Outside
THE SUNDAY POST: Violent trans-identified male offenders are being admitted to a rehabilitation scheme intended for female ex-prisoners, many of whom are vulnerable and traumatised.
The Edinburgh-based Willow Scheme provides support to women at any point in the justice system. Funded by Edinburgh City Council, the project helps women reintegrate into society when they are released from prison, it provides childcare help and offers trauma interventions and mental health support.
It has been revealed by The Sunday Post this week that the Willow Scheme is open to trans-identified male former prisoners, even those convicted of violent offences. A concerned whistle-blower told the paper, “The women using this service are already extremely traumatised, often because of what violent men have done to them in the past”. She continued, “While the prison service is being forced to do something about placing violent men identifying as trans women within female jails, it is completely unacceptable fragile women prisoners are being forced alongside them as they battle to rebuild their lives outside”.
Dr Kate Coleman of the Keep Prisons Single Sex campaign commented, “We know very well that the majority of trans prisoners are jailed because of violent crimes, and a significant proportion of those are against women and children. And most women prisoners have suffered violence and sexual abuse from men. Why would you force women who have already been traumatised by violence and sexual abuse to undergo rehabilitation alongside men?”

THE MAIL ON SUNDAY: A group of female nurses are being forced to share a changing room with a fully intact trans-identified male colleague.
A group of nurses at an NHS trust in the North East are taking legal action having been forced to share a supposedly women-only changing room with a male colleague who identifies as trans. The man has not undergone any physical alteration and, by his own admission, does not take cross-sex hormones as he and his female partner are trying to start a family. The changing room is open plan and does not have individual changing cubicles; the women have no escape from him.
In March, 26 nurses made a written complaint to the trust’s management about this situation. “We do not consider it appropriate to have a sexually active biological male sharing our changing facilities”, they wrote. Their letter also explained that the male colleague takes a ‘keen interest’ in female staff when they are getting undressed. Unsurprisingly, they find this situation to be ‘intimidating and upsetting’.
The nurses did not receive a written response but say there followed an ‘impromptu meeting’ at which an HR manager told them they ‘need to compromise’. According to further correspondence sent by the nurses in April, they were instructed by HR to ‘be more inclusive’, ‘broaden their mindset’ and ‘be educated and attend training’.
Six of the nurses involved are taking legal action at an employment tribunal against the NHS trust for alleged sexual harassment and sexual discrimination. One of the nurses told The Mail on Sunday, “We don't feel safe because we strip down to our underwear and [the individual] doesn't just stay by his locker. He walks around the changing room in his boxer shorts”.
Another nurse who spoke to the paper was sexually abused as a child, has PTSD and struggles to be alone around males. She described an incident in the changing room during which the male colleague repeatedly asked her if she was going to get undressed. “He stood there, two metres away from me, with a scrub top on and with tight black boxer shorts with holes in them and asked a third time whether I was getting changed yet”, she said. “Flight or fight mode kicked in but I felt glued to my seat, I could not move. My hands started to sweat. I was petrified and felt sick and began hyperventilating.”
A third nurse told the paper that many of her colleagues are women from different faiths and cultures and, for them, undressing in the presence of a male is impossible. “They've found this extremely difficult and they don't really want to come forward because they're frightened they're going to lose their jobs”, she said.
The woman also expressed her concern that this situation could impact on patient care. She said that some of her colleagues are so uncomfortable, they have had to change in the disabled toilet on the ward to avoid the male nurse. “We are not allowed to go home in our uniforms for infection control purposes”, she said. “But because we're so nervous about this person walking in people have decided to maybe chance it. We're also dealing with patients who are already stressed coming in, and then to be presented with a nurse who is super stressed with anxiety, being in tears, it's not good at all”.
A spokesperson for the NHS Trust said it was “Committed to providing an inclusive and respectful work environment for all employees”. They added, “As our internal processes continue it would not be appropriate to comment in any further detail at this stage”.
Meanwhile, the trans-identified male nurse continues to be allowed access to the female changing room.
See you next week.
What an horrendously tangled web of misogynistic male narcissism dressed up as kindness and inclusion we have woven. I fantasize that it's the death throes of the patriarchy, but fear it is the death throes of humanity. If there is one thing violent misogynists have always been good at, it's taking others down with them. And finding female allies to help them. That US woman defending her decision to transfer a violent sex abuser to a female prison, is one of the most despicable betrayals of women I have seen, which is saying something. JL, I admire your stamina for this total shit fight. Only the strongest women can save us now.
Ted Cruz - Champion of Women's Rights.
God almighty. I have to say that carefully lest my mouth explode.
