An absolutely jam-packed edition of good news from the gender beat this week. Enjoy!
A Woman Of Substance
Don’t miss this brilliant interview with the redoubtable Baroness Emma Nicholson, a steadfast campaigner in the war against gender ideology.
“She has stood up to the Taliban, exposed wrongdoing by Saddam Hussein and has even taken on Margaret Thatcher. So it was perhaps naive of trans activists to think that they could ‘cancel’ Baroness Nicholson of Winterbourne.”
Back Where He Belongs
The women of Limerick Prison can sleep safer in their beds; Barbie Kardashian has finally been transferred to a male facility.
Neil Doubles Down
Andrew Neil’s conversion to Team GC remains strong. In an article for The Daily Mail, he proclaimed he’s proud to be a TERF and join JK Rowling in the gender wars.
“These injustices happened under my nose. Either I took no notice, or didn’t think it was my fight — when it should be everybody’s fight… I’m delighted to be a foot-soldier in a just cause.”
Two Steps Forward
The US state of Oklahoma has passed new legislation that defines sex solely in biological terms and ring-fences women’s spaces.
Governor, Kevin Stitt signed the Women's Bill of Rights into law through Executive Order this week. This law defines sex in accordance with biology, not gender identity, and it will protect women’s sports and female-only spaces.
Stitt commented, “Today, we're taking a stand against this out-of-control gender ideology that is eroding the very foundation of our society. We are going to be safeguarding the very essence of what it means to be a woman”.
Great start, Governor! Next, let’s talk about those abortion laws.
Saving Oar Sports
British Rowing has announced updated Competition Eligibility Policy & Procedures rules which prevent tans-identified males from competing in women’s categories.
Taking effect from 11th September, the new regulations will mean that only actual females will be eligible for women’s events under British Rowing’s jurisdiction.
Courting Disaster
The Good Law Project has lost yet another legal case.
The Good Law Project represented four trans activists in a legal action against NHS England. The case concerned the waiting times experienced by those seeking medical treatment for gender dysphoria.
The claim was dismissed in January this year but the litigants appealed the decision. Their appeal has also been dismissed.
Case Dismissed
Continuing our legal theme, The Bar Standards Board, the regulatory body for the 17,000 barristers in England and Wales, has scrapped its advice re ‘misgendering’ on social media.
She Never Loses
And while we’re on the subject of the law, ‘journalist’ Patrick Strudwick has been forced to retract the defamatory claims he made about Kellie-Jay Keen in the ipaper.
Strudwick’s article made the outrageous claim that KJK ‘staged a mass Nazi salute’ at her Let Women Speak event in Melbourne. She, quite rightly, took legal action and, of course, has been successful. The paper has published a retraction and an apology. Strudwick posted the official apology on his Twitter account but has still not apologised in his own words.
No Balls Please!
A trans-identified male has withdrawn from the women’s tennis tournament in which he was due to play following opposition to his inclusion.
Brooklyn Ross was due to compete in the women’s open division of the Wyoming Governor’s Cup tournament in Cheyenne this weekend. However, opposition to his participation was voiced widely on social media and reported in the press. He subsequently withdrew from the competition.
Although Ross did not receive any personal threats or negative responses, he is citing ‘safety’ as his reason for dropping out, claiming the event would have become ‘a circus’.
State Senator, Anthony Bouchard, was one of the people who had protested Ross’ participation. He commented, “What women and everyone should realize for this is that a single voice, that their voice matters. That when they stand up and are bold, their voices can make a difference.”
A Step In The Right Direction
The American Academy of Paediatrics has agreed to an external and systematic review of the evidence for medicalising gender-distressed minors.
Green Women Fight Back
The Green Women’s Declaration was initiated by members of the Green Party of England and Wales (GPEW) who believe in the right to advocate for women as a separate sex class.
“We reject all attempts to undermine or limit the rights of women to self-organise and we call on, and expect, the GPEW and the wider green movement to actively support these essential freedoms.”

These updates are so necessary
A great week, thank you. The Baroness and KJK are tremendous, as always.
Aaah, the poor spider in Simon's Cat. 😊
