Last summer, a New Jersey school district instructed pupils as young as eight and nine to complete a survey which asked about their gender identity.

The survey drew objections from parents who, after being shut down and ignored by the school board, took legal action. Their case was successful and a court has found that the Cedar Grove school district violated NJ state laws by implementing this survey without parental permission.

She talked about the FOI requests which revealed that SNP minister, Shona Robison, consulted only with trans lobby groups on proposed GRA reform, despite manifesto pledges that the government would hear the views of women’s groups.
