A Week in the War on Women: Monday 29th June - Sunday 5th July
Monday 29th June - Womb Transplants for Transwomen
THE DAILY MIRROR: A British surgeon believes that transwomen should be entitled to uterus transplants so that they "Can have their own babies".

Surgeon Christopher Inglefield believes that a uterus transplant in trans-identified males is now achievable. Moreover, he feels that transwomen are entitled to such surgery and has suggested it would in breach of UK law to deny them it.
The first successful uterine transplant surgery two years ago gave hope to many infertile women, especially those who suffer from Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome, a condition which affects the development of normal reproductive organs.
The problem, of course, is the scarcity of donors. Wombs suitable for transplantation are extremely rare. Since the first successful surgery two years ago, there have been only 39 womb transplants across the world.
Inglefield believes that there would be huge demand for such surgery among trans identified males. "Just looking at the potential number of trans females who might seek uterine transplantation surgery and it’s abundantly clear it could become a vital medical service."
Christopher Inglefield
Inglefield is the founder of the private London Transgender Clinic. He is a specialist in 'gender confirmation surgery' and facial and body 'feminisation surgery'.
The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) has confirmed that there are no regulations in place to prevent a trans-identified male from receiving a uterus transplant or from having IVF treatment afterwards. The patient would not even require a gender recognition certificate and would be recorded on all official documentation as the child's legal mother, even though biologically male.
Has nobody realised that transwomen already have an opportunity for their own children without any need for complex and expensive surgery? It's called fatherhood.
Also Today - No Feminism, Please; We're Reddit
4W: A radical feminist forum has been banned from website, Reddit, following swiftly enforced changes to content policy.
Reddit is a social news composite and discussion website with headquarters in San Francisco.
On Monday afternoon the radical feminist "subreddit", r/GenderCritical, was banned from the site. The group had nearly 65,000 subscribers and was the largest and most active radical feminist forum on Reddit.
The ban coincided with Reddit's rapid implementation of changes to their content policy which, in turn, were swiftly followed by an announcement curiously titled ‘Remember The Human’. It all happened so quickly that subreddit moderators had no time to ensure their content would conform to the new regulations.
The new regulations state that, "Communities and users that incite violence or that promote hate based on identity or vulnerability will be banned."
Reddit defines "Identity or vulnerability" as, "Marginalized or vulnerable groups include, but are not limited to, groups based on their actual and perceived race, color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, immigration status, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, pregnancy, or disability. These include victims of a major violent event and their families."
Notice a the group missing from that list? Despite being one of the most oppressed and abused groups of people in the world, the female sex doesn't warrant a mention.
Reddit clearly isn't interested in protecting females; despite the sudden change of regulations, there are still hundreds of subreddits devoted to the hatred of women, including the most violent and degrading pornography.
So much for "Remember the human".
But then Silicon Valley doesn't seem too keen on women at all, especially when they are defending their sex-based rights and spaces. Search engine behemoth, Google, a company based in the USA, is trying to influence UK politics by urging its Twitter followers to lobby for self ID legislation.

FUN FACT: Google's Creative Director is 45 year old transwoman, Tea Uglow, who began transitioning four years ago. Tea now addresses women's rallies where he lectures women about the need to challenge outdated gender stereotypes.
Tuesday 30th June - Those Blurred Lines
THE DAILY MAIL: TV presenter and gender ideologue, Adam Savage, has been accused of raping his sister when the pair were children.
Adam Savage is an American actor, special effects designer and former co-host of science-based television programmes, MythBusters and Unchained Reaction.
He waded into the gender debate several years ago when he tweeted that "Gender is a spectrum. The closer you look at ANYTHING the blurrier the lines get."
Also, listen up: gender is a spectrum. The closer you look at ANYTHING the blurrier the lines get. INCLUDING GENDER. LIFE is complicated.
— Adam Savage (@donttrythis) April 26, 2017
He then compounded his adherence to gender woo with the following statement:
Hey!! I love all of you and here's a note that elucidates my thoughts on some of the complex debates happening on my twitter feed. pic.twitter.com/aeI28pqPJ6
— Adam Savage (@donttrythis) April 27, 2017
The five rambling paragraphs present no proof to validate gender identity ideology. "The published science on gender identity is not something I'm able to immerse myself in right now..." With some flowery generalisations about "The panoply of possibilities" and things being "More complicated than they might seem", Savage concluded to keep an open mind and, anyway, humility, something, something, why can't people just be nice?
Given that he used to host a science-based television programme which explored the validity of popular fallacies, why was Savage so quick to defend the pseudoscience of gender identity ideology? Could this be a clue?
TERFs are shit. https://t.co/LP6lSthomj
— Adam Savage (@donttrythis) November 15, 2019
Why are men like Savage so keen to advocate for "Blurrier" lines between males and females, erasing women and girls' sex-based spaces and privacy?
But back to current events; Savage's younger sister, Miranda Pacchiana, has accused him of raping her in the late 1970s. She says that Savage abused her repeatedly when she was between 7 and 10 years old, nicknaming himself the 'raping blob' and masking the abuse as a game. Pacchiana, a social worker from Connecticut, has filed a lawsuit against Savage with Westchester Supreme Court.
Wednesday 1st July - Meet the New Blasphemy, Same as the Old Blasphemy
THE TIMES: Proposed changes to Scottish law could make the criticism of gender identity ideology illegal, with perpetrators facing a maximum penalty of seven years in prison.
The SNP’s Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Bill, supposed to abolish Scotland’s obsolete “blasphemy law”, is currently before Holyrood. If passed it will criminalise "abusive material", ie spoken or written words, likely to “stir up hatred”, however unintentionally, against "Persons based on age, disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, transgender identity, and variations in sex characteristics."
You will notice that biological sex is not included in that list of protected characteristics.
"With the term “abusive” being subjective, there is no telling where the boundaries of this law begin and end, nor where a judge would side... Silencing legitimate discussions on gender, feminism and biology, the bill would, in effect, condemn all who challenge the popular “faith” of our day, as dictated by the Church of Woke."
Thursday 2nd July - The Clocks Were Striking Thirteen
Merriam Webster has changed the definition of 'trans woman' from 'an adult who was born male but whose gender identity is female' to 'a woman who was identified as male at birth' pic.twitter.com/ShkCA50Jxd

Thanks to Twitter User, ripx4nutmeg, for drawing attention to this mauling of the English Language.
Mirriam Webster is a US based company that publishes reference books and is especially well-known for its dictionaries. It bills itself as "America's most trusted online dictionary for English word definitions".
It has just altered its definition of “trans woman”. The word had previously been defined as “An adult who was born male but whose gender identity is female.” Which is bad enough. But the updated version now defines a transwoman as “A woman who was identified as male at birth.”
Friday 3rd July - The Mermaids Myth
Jo Bartosch published an excellent piece on Mermaids.
It is four years since former IT consultant, Susie Green, became the CEO of Mermaids. Under her control it has become a very powerful voice in gender politics, attracting corporate allies like Starbucks and Tesco, garnering support from celebrities like actor Jameela Jamil and US Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, acting as an advisor to TV and radio producers, providing training for businesses and public bodies and even influencing government policy.
Despite mounting evidence that its methods are baseless and harmful, Mermaids adheres to and proliferates an anti-science ‘born in the wrong body’ theory and has an affirmation-only approach to 'trans children'. Furthermore, it insists that the use of puberty blockers is not only harmless but necessary.
However, the charity evades all and any scrutiny and, when not maintaining a wall of silence, responds only to critics with aggression, hyperbole and lies.
"While Mermaids’ story of ‘wrong bodies’, suicide and persecution has a base appeal, the speed at which this small group of true believers came to exert such an influence over policy-making and clinical practice is concerning. The story of Mermaids’ success is testament to the credulity of adults who should know better, and the vulnerability of the children they ought to protect."
Saturday 4th July - Hey, Teacher, Leave Those Kids Alone
An education charity is deliberately misrepresenting the Equality Act 2010 on the material it produces for schools.
No Outsiders is a registered charity which describes itself as promoting, "Respect for diversity through education in schools." It supplies materials, lesson plans and 'guidance' to schools and libraries throughout the UK. Its founder, Andrew Moffat, is also available to provide training for teachers, address conferences, visit schools and even attend events as an after dinner speaker.
On Saturday, Andrew Moffat tweeted a picture of a poster which is currently available for purchase by schools on the No Outsiders website. According to Moffat, the poster is designed for classrooms and references "All protected characteristics in the Equality Act 2010".
Just one small problem, the poster is wrong. It lists GENDER as one of the protected characteristics where it should say SEX. The Equality Act 2010 lists the characteristics 'Gender reassignment' and 'Sex'. There is no mention of 'Gender'.
Did No Outsiders deliberately misrepresent the characteristics in the Equality Act because 'gender' can contain both sexes and thus implies the rights of women and girls can be ignored? Or was it accidental? Hard to believe it was the latter as the poster still appears on the website even though numerous people pointed out this grave error to Andrew Moffat on Twitter. (And were immediately blocked.)
We too have been blocked. pic.twitter.com/XcAWKVAbOD

Sunday 5th July - Female Author Sacked for Supporting Female Author
MAIL ON SUNDAY: A children's novelist has been sacked from her job after expressing her support for JK Rowling.
Gillian Philip is one of several authors who writes under the name Erin Hunter on a popular series of children's books for literary firm, Working Partners. Last week she was sacked from her role after expressing her support for fellow novelist, JK Rowling, and thus falling foul of the online wokerati.
Philip added the hashtag #IStandWithJKRowling to her Twitter handle following JK Rowling's involvement in the debate around gender identity ideology. This prompted a barrage of sexualised abuse and threats of violence from trans activists to which Philip responded by tweeting, "Bring it on, homophobes and lesbian-haters".
The cancel culture vultures then turned their attention to Philip's employers. They bombarded both Working Partners and the publishers of the Erin Hunter novels, HarperCollins, with messages, demanding her head on a block. And her employers obliged.
Within 24 hours, James Noble, managing editor of Working Partners, issued a statement to say that Gillian Philip will no longer be writing the Erin Hunter novels. Publishers HarperCollins also distanced themselves from Philip in a statement that they had no involvement with the author, "Only an arrangement with Working Partners".
In a statement Gillian Philip said:
"I am disappointed that the hard work and professional attitude I have brought to my work for HarperCollins and for Working Partners counted for nothing in the face of an abusive mob of anonymous Twitter trolls... It is concerning that my concerns about women’s legal rights and spaces have been presented as 'transphobia', and that this accusation has been allowed to stand by my former employers."
"We did it lads."
See you next week.
